Mediocre at best. Teenage kids that don't take pride in their work and managers that except their mediocrity. I've gone there a couple times to try to give them a couple chances. Not worth the frustration with so many car washes close by. read more

I have been going to this at wash since it was happy Harry's. They did a wonderful job, it took a while, but you knew they cared and did a good job. I went there today and it took about 10 minutes and they didn't get my mirror, a few windows And the interior still looked awful. I purchased the ultimate and I just wish they would do their job. Awful. Awful. Awful. I paid $240 for an interior detail and a headlight cleaning and the incompetent detailers somehow managed to ruin the railings on my driver seat that allow the seat to move forward and backward. I took it into the mechanic the following day and they said the rails were completely stripped. What these incompetent idiots did was force my seat out of the railing so that they could get into some of the crevices and hard-to-reach spots. A 240 dollar job and I was quoted $1100 for the seat bracket fix. They have the gall to pretend like the stripping was a result of the age of the car. You mean to say that the mechanism that was perfectly functional prior to the detail is now completely non-functional? No. You bet your ass I'll be filing a claim or suing them read more

It's management like Noah that keep me coming back . I have a bunch ok cars and trucks and I don't take them anywhere else to get washed . I have had several bad experiences here but I keep trying to give them a chance. Their $24 wash is a joke. It's not even a good spray job. I will never come back here, NEVER. When I asked about mesquite leaves left all over the car, including the hood, I was told that I need a detail for that. I was livid. These people simply don't deliver as advertised. Not happy with my Cobblestone "Works" full service car wash today! There were black hand print smudges around the vehicle, particularly on the back hatch and rear doors. The dashboard was not vacuumed and neither was the center console (see pics). Also, your description says "dust dash & console" and my dash was not dusted or wiped; dust still present (see pics). When I drop $22, I expect a quality wash and clean interior/exterior, not a half assed job. I will not recommend you to ppl and I will not come back. However, the auto glass guy was very nice, patient and had great customer service skills. That was the only positive experience I had today. Your workers need to pay attention to details or else you will go out of business!!! read more

I got my BMW detailed today! Nick and Teyon did a FANTASTIC job. Nick has great customer service. Teyon is AMAZING!!!! My BMW was like brand new. I had spilled an entire bottle of red wine in my front seat on my leather seats and Teyon was able to get the stains out! Teyon's attention to detail is unprecedented. I tried this location for the first time, it's near my house. The employees were nice and the guy talked me into buying 8 car washes. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They did a pretty good job! I've become used to a lackluster car wash from places but this place was better then average. I hope this can be a learning moment for the management team. I just got a month ticket for car wash recently. First time washing was last week (mid September) and my expectations were kind of low since it had been a few months since the last wash. I considered it ok after leaving since the majority of the dirt was gone. My problem was a week later (today is Oct 1,2020) when I actually watched the "drying" process. Young man that I guess is a new hire is assigned to tire rims and door jambs. My concern here is using the same cloth first on the rims then attending to the inside of the car. You can't can't get the rims clean enough to be doing the drying in that sequence. My next grip is the front windshield. It seems to be an issue with all car washes in AZ to not do the windshield inside or outside. Driving into the sun all I get to see is the same dirt that was originally there just swiped an inch or two side by side or up and down. I would willingly spend extra $$ to be able to see where I am driving without looking through smeared dirt. If nothing improves with my next wash, possibly next week, then my next review will drop more stars. Please don't reply with the suggestion that I swing by for a rewash as it is considerably out of my way. The main reason I started going here was on the recommendation of a friend that lives near the SPA. Update: it appears there was some training done as my latest wash I saw rags being used from the top on down. The downside is there appeared to be zero movement of the inside dirt on the windshield. I guess change doesn't come easy or maybe it's not about customer service but just making $$. read more

I've been through many times. They always put armorall on the tires and 2 days later my car is covered in black gunk. So i went back and talked to my man Kenny, he hooked it up and wrote on the car 'do a good job on this one' so they cleaned the car all the way hopefully it stays clean for a little while this time. Kenny is the best customer service guy here. He listens to customers needs and handles the biz. He saved this from being another cranky 1 star complaining review. I am done with this place after the last wash. Just flat out LAZY detailing for a $35 wash. Best thing they did was install vacuums so you can finish the job that you paid them to do for you in the first place. They don't open the trunk to dry the deck lids, do a lazy job on the windows and mirrors as well as the wheels. Wish I had something positive to say about this place other then it is close to where I live. read more

I love the relaxed upperscale feeling here as I wait for my car on a leather couch. They have always been reasonably fast. Once I couldn't wait for my wash after the oil change so they gave me a card to come back with. They do an above average job on the cleaning so I don't have to redetail my car when I take it home. read more

I usually go To quick quack car wash for the self service and do the inside myself. I had radio frequency ablation on the nerves in my neck and was still experiencing some pain so I decided to get the full service at cobblestone. When my car was finished and I went to pick it up I asked the gentleman if they had clean the windshield on the inside because I was going on a trip and the sun would be in my face. I was assured it had been clean so I gave him the tip got in my car and left. As soon as I turned onto Cave Creek Road and the sunlight was in my eyes I could see they hadn't touch the windshield and to my amazement hadn't even wiped the dash down. I drive a Nissan Murano and they have a very large windshield and large dash area. I should've returned and complained but I was frustrated and just went home and took the 15 minutes myself to clean the windshield the dash and the inside glass on the rear window. Lesson learned next time do it myself at quick I would like to say I was contacted by cobblestone auto spa about my complaint and the problem was addressed and corrected. I'm changing this to a five star review due to the customer follow up. They contacted me immediately and have done a great job of responding to my complaint. read more

They take zero pride in their work. Took my car home and re-washed it myself. Sticky Easy to wipe up soda that spilled on the consul was not wiped up. They vacuum the middle of things but don't get near any cracks. My car still looks filthy. I do not expect a detail but I expect it to look cleaner than when I brought it and I can't even tell that they did a thing. Drive a little bit further and go somewhere else read more

I fill my propane tanks here because it's very close to my house. Price is on the higher side but I am only filling 2 small tanks. I give them one star for my last visit. I asked the counter worker to send someone to help me with propane and was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes, 20-minutes later I loaded my empty propane tanks back in the trunk and went elsewhere. I would have been fine if they just said they were not selling propane today because they were too busy. read more

I bought a car detail, brought the car in at 7am when they open so it could be ready at a reasonable time, left my number for them to call when ready. They said it would be 2-3 hours. No call, I arrived 5 hours later, car is not ready! It was parked at the edge of heir lot. I spoke with the manager and he said there were 4 other cars ahead of mine, not very likely as I was the 2nd car there waiting for them to open on sundays at 7:00 am. They did clean part of the car but wanted it for another hour to finish it. I could not wait for that. They did not offer a refund, discount, or free wash. Waste of $130. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I will not be coming back to any cobblestone car washes in the valley at all. I get all my oil changes and car washes here and the refused to go the extra mile and remove some road tar from my car. They wanted to charge me extra. It would of literally took 5 extra minutes and some elbow grease. Going the extra mile is huge in my book. read more

The customer service here is far superior to others. I have a fast pass so I go to different locations. Today I had my car derailed and couldn't be happier!! I went in on Thursday to ask about options, Collin explained everything and was beyond helpful! I went to pick my car up and it looked amazing! My dogs are in my car every day, (they come to work with me) and I was amazed how little hair was present. I then got an apology for having two hairs present! (Seriously 2, I expected a lot more at how often they are in there!) Upon check out, Alex took great care as well with my points and gift card! Not the closest to my house, but I will make the drive and come here everytime! Thank you so much! I also find it disappointing that people post bad reviews about things that are out of the staffs control. They are trained to upsell, its corporate!! Contact corporate, don't fault the location and staff, (who even most of the bad reviews state how awesome the customer service was!) If I could give less than one star I would. Awful wash and interior that I paid $100 for. It was the same kind of interior that I used to get from Happy Harry's with the deluxe wash. By the look of the outside of my car it does not even look like it was washed. This was the 3rd time that I have been there and three strikes you are out. I will NEVER go back. I will be taking my business to classic car spa on scottsdale rd. Oh and by the way.....anyone you talk to basically has the same opinion as me. I read the reviews all the way back to 7 months ago and believe me when I say that despite the replies from someone at Cobblestone NOTHING has changed. So I decided to give the new cobblestone car wash a try now that it isn't Happy Harry's anymore. I paid 60 dollars for what I was told would clean the outside of my car and inside plus cup holders. Ended up getting a horrible outside wash and an even worse inside wash. After the third time sending it back and 2.5 hours later they still didn't even clean the cup holders!!! The only positive thing about the experience was the manager was very nice and gave us a free car wash for the future. I may use the free car wash but will never pay for anything there again! read more

I've been here multiple times before and always had a good experience. I haven't been in a while and when I went today-- well I never wanna go back. First, as I was driving through the wash it was not working and there was no soap or water, nothing! Then there was almost a pile up in the wash because the guy in front of me stepped on his breaks while the tracks were still moving. Ok I get it. There was an issue and they fixed it, but it was very inconvenient to have to go back through for a second time. After the wash no one directed me to where I needed to park my car to be cleaned so after I parked I was asked to move over. Annoying.. When my car is ready I look inside and there are so many spots not covered by the armor all the Amor all that is there is smudgy and not rubbed in good enough. And then there were finger prints of armor all on my leather seats. I don't know I was not happy at all with my service. And when I mentioned something to the manager he was rude and said say it to the GM and then when I talked to the GM all he had to say was sorry. I pay good money to have my car cleaned here and I got a half assed job. This place really use to be the go to spot but not no more I'd rather just do it myself. I'm not sure what happened since the last time I was here. If you are going to go here just buy the most basic wash. That way your expectations won't be so high and get let down when you see your car finished read more

Drove in with a radar detector tucked in the door pocket. Was not there after employees finished vacuuming and windows. Manager belligerant and unhelpful. Phoenix police wouldn't even take report because we "couldn't prove anything". This is NOT Happy Harrys. We'll stick to Quick-n-Clean in Cave Creek, where the vehicle is never out of our sight. I won't be returning. I bought a gift certificate for an exterior polish for my son's birthday. I was hesitant at first but the salesman said he'd throw in a clay bar treatment to really clean up the outside of the car. I didn't see it on the paperwork I got but the salesman assured me he'd get it. I told my son that's what we got and he went down for the polish a couple days later. The salesman told him the clay bar treatment wasn't on the gift certificate and he'd have to pay extra for it, which unfortunately he did. They also up-sold him an interior job for another $100. Total ripoff, liars, cheats. I will never go back. By the way, their work was mediocre. Shame on you Cobblestone. read more

Just moved to the area from the east coast. This is the closest car wash to me so I tried it out of convenience. Been thru 3 times now and I'm impressed. I have only used the quicky service (wash only), so that's all I'm commenting on. Each time they come out and remove my antenna and secure my rear wiper blade. They even give u a damp cloth for your dash and an air freshener! My truck sparkles on the other end! Best $10 I've ever spent! And if you go after 6pm it's only like $8! read more
