Just moved to the area from the east coast. This is the closest car wash to me so I tried it out of convenience. Been thru 3 times now and I'm impressed. I have only used the quicky service (wash only), so that's all I'm commenting on. Each time they come out and remove my antenna and secure my rear wiper blade. They even give u a damp cloth for your dash and an air freshener! My truck sparkles on the other end! Best $10 I've ever spent! And if you go after 6pm it's only like $8! read more

OK cleaning, you get what you pay for if you stick to the mid grade car washes. However, my issue is with honesty. After my last wash, my earrings went missing. I can't remember for 100% sure if I left them in the car, so I only hoped they were not stolen. Today I went back and, just for curiosity, counted the change in my change holder. I had 6 quarters and some other change for 2.37. When I got my car back, I had 0. 37. Just a few nickels and all the pennies. Ugh. Not a big deal, but stealing is just not okay with me. I have been coming to hapoy Harry's for years and loved it. Always a good experience. Now the prices are outrageous and I don't even get a clean car or any assistance to help clean up the few things still dirty. I went to just get an exterior wash today and after running my car through two times I got out and looked at all the dirt still on the car. I ended up grabbing a towel and wiping it down myself. No manager or other employee came over until finally someone who had gone to the same high school as me came over to say hi and offered to help finish cleaning it. I will never pay for a wash there ever again. read more

Having been there dozens of times and never complained, it's a $30 car wash not a $100 detail I get it. My trip today was my last! Ask for the inside of my windshield to be redone and got attitude. Horrible Service, way too expensive - Had to stand there with them showing streaks of dust on dashboard after they swore they had used the interior dressing, Had to remind them that their Plus package included the Exterior dressing. I just went through and had my car washed after getting my oil changed. The oil change team was great! When I got in my car I noticed they left some trash and the front dash still had dust and dirt on it. The front and hood of my car still has bugs and dirt. This car wash used to be Happy Harry's - which wasn't a great car wash, but it wasn't too bad. I was pretty excited when I learned that Cobblestone had purchased it, as I had been pretty pleased with the Chandler location when I lived south. Wow - what a disappointment! Apparently the only thing that is now being emphasized here is to up-sell the customer at all costs! Overwhelmingly irritating, to say the least. I cannot begin to say how displeased we are with this company. We took our brand new car there for a FULL SERVICE wash. For the price of $27.00 they did exterior, and DUSTED the dash, wiped down windows. They did not wipe down the kick board area/door jam area. Nor the door panels. When this was Happy Harry car wash. It was full service. Now that Cobble Stone took over, there idea of full service is dust dash, and steering wheel. I could not be any more unhappy with Cobble Stone and their management. Don't bother going for $27.00. read more

Just had an amazing experience with this location. Was getting gas at the pump and my car would not start. Gabe was walking by and said it sounds like the battery. He has his team from the auto shop come over and test the battery and was able to replace on the spot. They were so helpful and did it all with a smile. They had me back in the road in no time. read more

Cobblestone bought out the locally owned car wash at this location, and it has gone downhill ever since. The prices have increased, the service is iffy, and if you go there in a typical weekend expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. There are employees everywhere, but only 1 guy working on each car. In addition, they have the prototypical "car salesman" out front hounding you to upgrade, get a wax, detail etc etc. I am done going to this place. read more

I took my truck to get washed here only because the other place I go to was undergoing renovations. They couldn't put my truck through the normal wash and told me they would have to do a hand wash. When I received my truck, there was dirt and grime on the running boards, tail lights, the hood, and bugs still on the mirrors. You can imagine what the interior looked like. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I took my car in two days later. I paid for a higher level wash, and ended up with the same garbage service. They barely wiped down the interior, but they didn't vacuum throughly anyway. Only because it could go through the wash tunnel, was the exterior good. The service is poor, the workers lazy and the quality is based on low standards. Don't waste your money or time here. read more

I just drove through and got the full service car wash at cobblestone in Cave Creek. I've been to other location and they did not do a good job. This one had three guys cleaning my car and it still looked bad when it was done. I had to point out about five things they needed to clean. Still had bugs on the front of my car. They did not vacuum the very back of my SUV even though I opened the hatch for them to do so. Still had crumbs on and under my driver seat. Still have dust around my stereo as it was not wiped down. I'll never come to this location again. read more

The best part about this car wash is the free vacuums. After paying $20-30 for a car wash you can pull up and vacuum the car yourself since these people don't bother to lift the mats or vacuum around car seats. read more

I used to go to Cobblestone in Scottsdale to get my oil changed but stopped because I was tired of the hard-sell I got any time I went there. Luckily I found Happy Harry's that didn't shake me down every time I wanted my oil changed. We haven't come here for years because the car washes are never worth the money since they switched management years ago. My husband and I were in a hurry so we took his truck in yesterday. They charged us an extra $5 for mud removal. We should have looked closer when we picked it up. There was still mud in all the wheel wells, dirt in various parts of the truck and the back seat vacuum job sucked. We had to re-wash it ourselves. We will never come back. The Quick N Clean car wash in downtown Cave Creek does a great job. We will go there from now on. read more

This was my first time at their oil change facility with my classic 1966 Impala SS. The manager made me feel like I have been coming there for years. Their attention to detail is second to none and they were very careful of my 48 year old car. They have gained a new customer today and I will return with all three of my cars. Awful, unprofessional service. I was sitting in a waiting area while my vehicle was being washed, and a woman entered with her two toddlers. She then announced to the entire waiting area that she had a gun in her purse and proceeded to leave her purse with her TWO TODDLERS while she went to the restroom. I voiced my concern to the manager of the store, who basically said "guns are legal in AZ" and then proceeded to talk to a customer that was behind me. I took my new car for a wash after a long trip to California. It was rather slow so purchased the wash and hand wax ($70 + tip) for my car. I stood along the railing to observe how they treated my car. The people working the wash side of the business were diligent in performing their respective duties. I watched carefully as two individuals started 'detailing' my car. I use the term 'detailing' loosely. For the entire 10-15 minutes they worked on my car I did not see either of them hand apply or hand buff the car. When I asked about the 'hand applied, hand buffed wax' with the individual who called my name he stated that the wax was applied in the wash tunnel. When the supervisor arrived to discuss the matter the first individual changed his story to say he sprayed the wax onto a towel and applied it to the car. Not even close to what I witnessed. I certainly did not receive what I paid for. Makes me wonder what else I've paid for in the past that I didn't receive - synthetic oil changes, car details, etc. If you value your money/car and want to trust that the business will deliver what you paid for, look elsewhere! read more

Pulled up to a guy whose hand had just punched something with blood dripping off. Then proceeded to get my car back with bare minimum cleaning done internally. Hardly vacuumed the floor, didn't touch under the seats, garbage was left in third row, didn't even go back there, didn't wipe seats or dash where some small drops of coffee has been spilled. Ended up spending 30 minutes with a vacuum and towel to finish actually CLEANING my car. read more

I was formerly a regular customer who was pleased with this car wash performance. I had recommended this to neighbors and whenever family visited, I made sure they used this car wash. Not so any longer. They continue to raise their prices, and create new, more expensive categories for the same services that were previously covered in my book of pre-purchases. I have watched the prices continually increase and the calibre of clean has deteriorated. Today I used my last voucher that I purchased for what used to be their Ultimate Plus. When I paid for the coupon book, Ultimate Plus included interior armour-all like treatment for the seats, dash, etc. Today I was told it would cost me an additional $10 for this treatment. And even worse, for the 2nd time in a month, I arrived home to realize my wheels were left filthy. When I questioned why I was being charged more the agent who checked me in said "well our products are very expensive and you should be grateful for the quality we chose to use". I only wish this business was grateful for its clients, as this is one who will drive on down the highway to find another location that is not Cobblestone. After penning this I began to read other posts. So sad. This was a busy, well received business in the area that continues to 'stick it to us'.. The quality and what is included in the wash selection is nothing like it use to be. We have been using this location for 6-7 years and use to recommend it to everyone. We also used their detail service and they did a very good job. After visiting and seeing the details of the cleaning were off, I though once... just an off day; but after a few more tries, I will go somewhere else. read more

Paid $21 for a hand wash and was completely disappointed. The left my windshield wipers on when I got in the truck. I had to have them touch up the car 3x where they never dried it. They cleaned only one side of the custom rims. All they cared about was taking my credit card and cleaning a very expensive new truck as fast as possible. I am been using Cobblestone at Tatum and Cave Creek for about 3 years now. From oil changes to car washes. We have four vehicles that we take there on a regular basis. I have found that good service is hit and miss. Seems like it's only getting worst lately. For example I told my vehicle in for an old change and a carwash. We have a fast pass on three of my four vehicles. I decided to upgrade my wash today and found that they like usual I was very disappointed in the wash. My side mirrors were still dirty, still have a few big spots on my hood. I asked the gentleman that handed grabbed my ticket if they vacuum the back of the vehicle which he replied yes. Ok great; however, that wasn't the case! Open I opened the back, it was even touched. They didn't wipe anything down nor did they even vacuum. This isn't the first time this has happen! That's why I am writing the review now. I told myself before I'm not going to upgrade any of my washes and yet I did anyway thinking things may have gotten better at this location. Obviously not! Want to pay for a car wash and still have a dirty vehicle? This is the place for you!! With that being said it is hit and miss with good service but you are taking a risk every time you pay for a wash and it not being clean! So take it for what it's worth!! read more

By far the worst car wash so far and probably my last with this location. After spending $27, one would expect the inside to be free of dust. Not so much. Even after I pointed it out to the employee and he re-dusted the interior, I still found dirt and places that hadn't even been touched. The back of the SUV had not even been vacuumed. Keep driving. If these guys put as much effort into cleaning your car as they do into upselling they would be great. Unfortunately , they don't. No matter which package you ask for they try to sell you the next highest. The windshield guy is like hawk, if you have a nick in your windshield he pounces on you. Actually one of the worse car washes ever. No one cares to do a good job, from the managers to down the line all give zero effort in cleaning your car. I've gone here 5 times now because I had a gift card and every time I'm so disappointed with the results. I could clean my car better with a squirt gun and a lint roller. This morning the "sales" person / attendant (nice person) inadvertently opened the driver's door into the grey attendant's service station box located between the service bays, at the entrance, denting the door (above the car handle - on the curved portion of the door dovetailing toward the drivers window. The attendant immediately recognized it was his fault, and was very apologetic; telling me a "manager" was needed to inspect the damage. The "manager" came over and quickly decided the dent did not line up with the corner (about 1/2" off) of the attendant's Station causing the dent; I explained I was sitting in the car when the attendant opened the door (also the transmission was not in park) and the alignment would naturally be slightly different. The "manager" denied (even though the attendant had admitted responsibility to me) the damage was done at Cobblestone... 2 star rating is 2 too many! read more
