I will never return to this car wash. They have raised their prices 100% for a 15 minute hand wash which wasn't that great. The windows were still smeared in direct sunlight and the front end still had debris (bugs, etc.) stuck to it. The person who sold me the car wash never told me about the large increase. They had already taken my car and started by the time I got up to the counter to pay. I was then told it would be $50 for a hand wash and the job was terrible!!!!! I complained about theprice and the guy at the counter proceeded to tell me that they had a LOT of complaints about the price increase. I told him this was the last time they would ever see me again. I regularly get my car washed here and am happy with the results. They pay attention to detail and someone looks over the work before its done. I like the buy 4 get one free offer and always renew the deal when they are offering a special price. The waiting area is comfortable with free popcorn and TV, or you can sit outside while you wait. By far the WORST car wash experience I've ever had. I used to come here when it was Happy Harry's and this is definitely NOT the same. I have a black vehicle with 5k miles and I know my car. I have had my car washed here 3 times and have cancelled my monthly service. I have found numerous imperfections caused by bad washers, greasy/scratchy drying rags, and staff. The lack of attention to detail is amazing. Every crack has left over residue, soap and dirt. Swirl marks in the paint. Scratches. DO NOT USE if you value your vehicles appearance. read more

This was the worst car wash I have paid for. I paid $20 and the inside looked as bad as when I got there. I could have gone through an automatic car wash and had as good of a job without paying for people to go inside my car to do virtually nothing. Really really disappointed. I would never go back. We have been going to this location for a couple years now, but after what happened a couple weeks ago, I feel I have to warn people. Please do not leave anything of value in your car! We dropped our car off for an oil change and wash/wax. When we picked it up, we noticed that items from our glove compartment were on the seat. Once I opened the glove box, I noticed that some irreplaceable things had been taken. My husband spoke to the manager and he said that "they must have thought it was garbage and threw it out". What gives the workers the right to determine if something is garbage and then dispose of it? I have heard other locals complain of items being taken also. Be warned folks. read more

Horrible. From the beginning of the transaction, they try to UPSELL you on future car washes, and some of these deals exceed $100. All I wanted was a car wash, hand wax and vacuum. TOO MUCH! I settled for the ULTIMATE WASH $29.99, and left. When I opened the hatch of our SUV, they never vacuumed the back. Smudge on the center console, and nothing but a complete rush job. This place (when it was Mr. Harry's....a real cheapskate. , could have been hiring illegal aliens, like most of these places do. Next time, do it yourself in the drive. This is one of the few Chevrons where you have to PAY for air. Bad news. Avoid this place and invest in a short drive up to the town of CC. They are much more reliable and do good work. read more

I am a little confused on why the negative reviews. I take my SSR to the Tatum Ranch location and my Corvette to the location on Scottsdale road that has a conveyor belt to accommodate the Corvette's low clearance. I am always pleased with the results and the staff is very friendly and polite. I do agree with the long waits sometime, but that is because they take their time to do a good job and are very busy, because of the good job they do. They also always go beyond my expectation. As an example I went into the Tatum location today with my SSR and my rear view mirror fell off my windshield due to the glue drying out. When I picked up the car the attendant told me how I could easily repair. I took his advice and attempted to leave. Before I could leave Noah and Gabe ran out to me to apologize. Not only did they apologize, but told me if I could wait, they would go to Autozone and buy the glue needed to repair and fix if for me! I was shocked with pleasure. These guys's really care! They repaired the mont and suggested I come back in the morning and they will finish by installing the mirror. They thought is would be better to wait until the morning to ensure the glue had dryer. I tried to give them a tip for all their help and it was graciously denied. Both Noah and Gabe did an outstanding job. I will be going back in the morning and I am sure they once again will exceed my expectation. On another note, some of the reviews indicate the staff is lazy. I beg to differ, on Saturday I went to the location on Scottsdale road with my Corvette and the attendants were running from car to car to move the many cars thru the process as fast and efficiently as possible. They did a fine job and once again was totally pleased. The staff remembers my name and what cars I own. I never write reviews, but feel compelled after receiving such great and friendly service. If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been getting oil changes here for a few years now, didn't have a problem with someone trying to upsell or tell me my filters or other anonymous things were needing changing. Went in Friday for a oil change, the previous ones cost $80 (Chevy Silverado) this time the price jumped to $111 because they weren't supposedly using the correct 8 quarts of synthetic oil. I told them to go ahead and do the oil change. I was then immediately told that my rear differential oil needed to be changed?? Huh? And then alarmingly said that there was water in my from differential and had my vehicle been submerged in water? I let them know that no it hadn't and I would go to a Chevy dealership to ask. They proceeded to tell me that this was dangerous and I needed this to be changed right away. Then I was told that another oil from the transfer was needing changed. Love that these gentleman, and I use that term very loosely, saw a woman and thought they could take me. I immediately went to 2 different garages (Chevy dealership and Payes automotive) Both said there was a small amount of moisture in the front, which is normal, and the back was fine. The "gentleman" did drain a considerable amount of differential from the front and back that we had to spend another $80 to have them topped off. I have tried to call this location 3x to speak to a manager, being told someone would return my call, my call has yet to be returned. I will never go back to this location again, and will let all of my friends (females) I know. You would think that in 2019 this wouldn't be happening. read more

Went in to get my windshield replaced with one of the glass technicians on sight. He called my insurance and I gave all my information and they said they would contact us when it went through. Fast forward to a week and a half later and I hadn't heard anything back. I called and spoke with the same glass technician and he said he hadn't heard back from my insurance company but would get back to me when he did. Cool cool I was totally fine with that. What I was NOT fine with was that no less than an hour later the guy calls me at work. I ask my boss if I can take this phone call real quick because I thought it would be about my windshield. Lo and behold it was not. The dude called me to hit on me and ask if he could come in to get a drink at the restaurant I work and if I was working the next day. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Listen dude, I did NOT give you my number so you could call to hit on me, I am your customer and I gave you my number for business only not pleasure. I was disgusted by the lack of professionalism that I will probably not return to this location. read more

If you must go to Cobblestone, take the drive to the one on Scottsdale Blvd. I moved here 7 months ago and signed up for the monthly pass to get my car washed anytime I wanted. I went last week and they told me my card was not working. I forgot that my card was lost/stolen and I requested a new card. I forgot to update this establishment with my new card. The guy out front said, "No Problem." I will be grandfathered in because now the price had increased. I went inside to give them my new card and the guy said he needed to call corporate for a special code. He was not able to make that call/decision. We tried and tried to get a hold of someone. I finally went and got coffee and came back and we tried calling again. We were told that "she" is not back in the office until tomorrow and "she" is the only one that can make this happen? WHAT? I spent almost an hour dealing with this and the guy at the store was very nice. Apparently they are not empowered to make any decisions. I was told I would get a call the next day and this would be cleared up. That was 8 days ago and I still have not received any communication from them. What a crazy way to do business having to go to the corporate office to get something so easy approved. This location did not clean the car as good as the Scottsdale location anyway. This is the last time I will be coming here. The service is terrible. I paid for the top service $44.95. I opened my hatch and there was dirt on the mat, the interior wasn't wiped down, there was garbage in the driver door pocket plus visible dog hair everywhere. No one takes pride in there work any more. I will be driving further to get my car cleaned next time. Convenience isn't always good! read more

Wow! I am SHOCKED at some of these reviews!!! Maybe they have new employees & manager since August? Or just needed time to perfect? I usually go to Danny's Car wash up off Happy Valley road, but I was in Cave Creek Friday so I stopped in while we enjoyed a pedicure next door & left my truck covered in dog hair, crumbs & spilt beverages... 3 dogs & a 4 year old :) I didn't expect anything spectacular to be honest... but that's exactly what I got!!! I CANT BELIEVE how quick and thorough these guys were!!! And friendly SMILES all around instead of acting like it was such a horrible burden... Like some other places I have gone to (Danny's) :/ I loved the customer service here and feel like I spent $50 on a half detail instead of a basic full car wash!!! If it were possible to give a rating of MINUS 5 stars I would. I purchased the $10 drive through car wash. After the attendant trying to sell me a package the car was sent through the wash. Upon exit a man signaled me over where he put tire brite on the wheels. He then signaled me to move forward. The car was still dripping water so I pulled up to the front in the shade and waited for someone to dry it. A man came up to the window and yelled at me to move on. I explained the car had not been dried. A minute later another man comes up and wants to know which car wash I purchased. Seriously? I had no idea that any company sold a car wash that doesn't include a dry. My car, windows and wheels were streaked with soapy water. I told them that I was not moving until the car was wiped down. They did a very poor job. The wheels, back end of the car and all windows are still streaked. I take great exception to being yelled at by anyone. There is NEVER an excuse for yelling at a customer....EVER. I also take exception to poor customer service. I highly suggest if you have any alternative to using this car wash.....take it. read more

Poor Management within the Carwash portion of the business. I cancelled my unlimited fast pass due to Management arguing with me about how I should exit the property. Management poorly designed and had built a narrow exit ramp for those who exit the express wash. It is a total blind spot due to the steep slope of the ramp. The driver is unable to see where the curbs are located on each side of the Automobile. This, making for a tricky exit. Now, because I desired to exit the area via the regular vacuum area, I was chewed out, harassed, yelled at etc... When I told the Manager that the exit ramp was of a poor design, he got extremely defensive. The employees who work tye entrance to the carwash informed me that many people complain about the same issue but Mgmt will not listen. I will never return to this business which os about 4 blocks from my home. It is worth the drive to go elsewhere! read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa on Tatum has the best Oil & Lube guys working there! Steve helped me on a rear taillight install plus he also recommended me to a really really great mechanic. Steve is caring, listens to his customers and cares about his customers leaving happy and safe. I will recommend Steve to my family and friends and keep coming back to them - even if I have to drive a little extra. My husband took my car in about a couple weeks ago and got a transmission flush, oil change and car wash. This morning we realized the dipstick wasn't in the transmission hole and there was fluid everywhere. My husband and I immediately went back in and they were so nice. They redid the transmission flush, gave a full refund and another car wash. We will definitely come back because Noah and the GM for the oil change place took care of us so well. They didn't have to do all that but they did and definitely will continue to get services done by them read more

In fact, let this complaint serve notice to you that I will challenge the $37 charge on my card - because you wasted my time and didn't vacuum the car. I have pics to prove it - didn't vacuum under the mats, wipe the coffee stains off the dash, pickup the straw and peanut shells on the passenger floor or even touch dirt in the console or old pieces of straw wrapper under the seat. Did you know that wadded up straw covers are trash? Or that the kids 1 old dried up fry and candy wrapper is trash too? Again, don't waste computer electricity whining about how I can come and waste another 1/2 hour to fix it. So sorry you don't get a second (third, fourth, fifth). Have been going to this car wash and oil change location for years. Over the past 6 months or so, I have been disappointed in the quality of the wash I have been getting. $26.99 should get you a great job, but not here. I just returned a few minutes ago, had to ask for them to redo the tires, inside and bumper. Only three customers were there when I arrived. The First Lady left and came back for them to redo the inside doors. The second guy pulled up to the vacuum machine to vacuum the front drivers side himself and had to pay for the machine, because it was not done right. Just had my last car wash here. I got the $19.95 Car wash and asked how much to clean the floor mats. I was told $5 per mat, $20 for the 4. I said you used to charge $ 4 for all of them and guy told me no more the price went up. He then walked away. When I was paying the cashier I asked her and she said it was $15 for 4 mats. Did the oil change here and it was quick the car wash took FOREVER!!! It was disappointing watching my car sit there while workers were so busy playing with their phones. I have been to this cobblestone many times for washes. I have always been happy with their basic wash. I ended up buying unlimited washes and bought the middle package. I was shown a brochure with all three options but strangely there were multiple crossed out prices on the brochure. I was told it would be $29.99, but found out when I went to pay, the middle package was only $21.99. So, It appeared that the guy who approached me gave himself a tip. Strange, but I like the car wash itself, so will continue to go there. read more

Most recently I had my car washed here. There is a problem that is known in this car wash and has been going on for months. There is a damaged hydraulic line spraying hydraulic oil over all of the driver side of the car. If you have a very nice expensive car I would highly recommend not going . It ends up just smearing in circles and takes forever to get off. read more

If I could give this place less then one star I would. This place is absolutely horrible. I have given this place many tries but today was it, I'm done. The time before today they broke my sun visor and didn't tell me. I had to find out two days later and it cost me $150 to replace, they also took my floor mats out and didn't bother to put them back on the hooks. Today I paid for the ultimate car wash and it looked like they didn't even touch it. A two year old could do a better job. There were bugs all over the front of my car still and when I asked the guy to fix it he gave an attitude and did it but there are still bugs so I just gave up and decided I would fix it at home. They also didn't remove the writing on my window all the way and my windshield looks like they sprayed stuff on it and did not wipe it off.
