Service is an absolute joke. Greeter had an attitude like I was supposed know the prices or selections off the top of my head without being shown the price sheet. Supposed to be the first image someone sees going there for a wash and his attitude and lack of respect for the customer by stating "just pick a wash" pointing to sheet 2 seconds after seeing it is how we're to be greeted. I barely go to this wash because the service has always been a joke but pressed for time needing a wash and couldn't do it myself. Continuing, while watching the car in the finish line a worker is asked to please ensure the air hose is used on the front. Snapping at me he states "sir you paid for a full service not a detail". Blowing water off a car is not a detail. I've run a car wash yrs ago and much better than this facility. I simply asked the gentleman to please make sure this happened. 2 mins later after his sarcastic response he tell me don't tell him how to do his job. I've done his job and much better with more enthusiasm than this young man has. Your stores manager, Maurice (he stated his name was) didn't even care to listen. He said "I was warned about you from the lady inside". You mean the lady that I told behind the register that the gentleman greeting us had a piss poor attitude? So you're telling me that as the manager you don't like hearing when your employees are doing the wrong thing towards the customers? He wants to tell me what I should be doing when so far two out of three people that I've interacted with have had nothing but a piss poor attitude. This is why your store here has absolute shitty ratings and more complaints about customer service. Because your employees have zero customer service. Additionally because you keep raising the prices understandably in today's economy but your employees don't match that price just as the gentleman stating I didn't pay for a detail. None of the other cars in the finish line paid for a detail that we're getting fucking air blowing on them, so what kind of response is that from your employees?. The last bit after your manager at first refused to give me a refund because my car wasn't even finished yet he thought it would be fun to insinuate that guy had a problem with African Americans, by stating "you have a problem with Black people sir". If your manager states that this didn't happen he is an absolute liar. I have a problem with poor customer service and being talked back to as the customer who was greeted with an absolute piss poor attitude and who asked one of your employees to simply blow the water off the grill. I understand how it is to work and run a car wash and each time I've come there supplying a $10 tip because I know it gets distributed not kept by one. But your employees with such attitude, such lack of respect for the customer is a joke. You "manager" laughing at me from behind the counter because he refused to even look at a video rather than making false claims about my actions. Your manager telling me that I have an issue with "Black people"? Maybe your manager shouldn't be one at all and somebody should teach him that not all Caucasian Americans dislike blacks. That was the absolute worst response I have ever gotten from somebody. As a small business owner myself if he was my employee I would've fired him on the spot! Maybe you all should read these comments and figure out how to fix the problem, rather than probably just sending me some bullshit response that says please reach out so we can make this better. You haven't made it better at all for anybody based upon the reviews I've read. I usually purchase ultimate wash tickets from Cobble stone and give them as gifts to my friends and family. In Arizona we all need to wash our trucks more often. This afternoon, I went to the Cave creek Cobble stone auto to wash my truck. I used one of my ultimate washes that I purchased earlier. When the truck came out there were several spots on my black colored truck that was not cleaned by the car wash machine and normally it will be gone when they wipe the truck. No one wiped the truck, they just vacuumed it and polished the tires. When I asked the attendant why, he said that they will need more money to wipe the truck. The attendant was rude and didn't care for whatever I said. So I asked for the manger (Guillermo Lugo) and when I showed him their work, he said that there are many spots and I will have to pay them more money to wipe the truck clean!! He didn't even offer to take the truck through the car wash again which would have cleaned the truck completely. The manger told me that I will have to pay them more money for them to wipe the truck. He was rude and condescending and I am not sure how he got to this position given his interaction and attitude with customers. He definitely needs customer interface training. It seemed to me that all what they cared for is for customers to pay more money for them to clean the car. Actually, I saw another customer who was there before me and had a similar issue and he ended up wiping his truck himself in the bay while the all of the other workers were looking at him. I was furious with the manager (Guillermo Lugo) for his attitude and the way he was talking to customers. I was surprised how rude and unprofessional the manager was, he treated customers who pointed out issue to him with bad attitude. He actually asked me to wipe the truck myself similar to the individual prior to my arrival. It seems to me that this branch is money hungry and don't care for customer satisfaction. This kind of business strives on repeated customers, however with this bad attitude, I will be surprised as to why anyone will come back to the cobblestone auto Cave Creek location again. When you point out any issue with their workmanship, they ask for more money to fix the issue. The amount of cars that were at that location explains the reason for the low volume of work they do. I went home and I ended up wiping the remaining spots with my daughter and now it is all clean. I wanted to share my experience with you to let you know of the bad experience I encountered with the workers and especially their manager Guillermo Lugo. About a week ago, I pulled into a Cobblestone Auto Spa near Frank Lloyd Wright and Hayden, thinking as a Fast Wash loyal customer of Cobblestone, I'd get the same outstanding job I get every time at my usual place at No Tatum. Boy, did I blow it, as I drove away, I didn't pay much attention to anything, as I said I expected an outstanding job as usual. While on the freeway towards home, I started noticing the windows could have been better washed by my 6 year old grand daughter, and the carpets were either vacuumed with a clogged vacuum, or not at all. I will say they did one heck of a job on the armor all on the dash and seats, which as most know, only causes the inside of the windshield to film up, and should not be done. There were fingerprints all over the dash,and water streaks all along the sides of my truck, because they hadn't taken that little extra time to wipe it down properly. Lastly, I noticed my music was stat-icy, and promptly noticed I had no antenna. Upon checking the antenna had been broken off at the screws, with no notice to me by staff, in fact, they had secreted the broken antenna in the side pocket of the passenger side door. I should have returned, but was already in traffic on the freeway, and as my normal and usual Cobblestone was on the way, I stopped there and explained the problems I had just run up against. After being properly chastised by Gabe, the manager, (not really), he said he would take complete care of the problems, offered another complete wash, and stated he would take care of he broken antenna, all with a smile and attempting to cheer me up with his attitude and smile. My wife and I have been going to the No Tatem Cobblestone since before they took over for Happy Harry's, and have never been so impressed with the service, special attention to any particular problems, as well as having our oil changed regularly. I seldom recommend anyplace to anyone, but I will make an exception in this case. So not only is this not a great wash, but they fraudulently put me on a monthly membership while telling me it's just a one-time charge for one month of unlimited washes. This happened to me last October and they've charged me $20 a month ever since, it's apparently actually a recurring monthly thing and I have not given them permission to take funds from my account month after month. In fact, I called them in January when I realized they had charged me for 3 months already and told them about their fraud and they are still taking money from my account every month many months later! I've called them several more times to find that their automated phone system often doesn't work. Their outgoing message instructed me to go to their website to cancel, so this is obviously a common issue. Then the problem is that their website doesn't function properly and won't allow me to cancel. The bigger problems is that they will probably continue trying to take money from my account each month and they already owe me for several months. Someone needs to stop these thieves now. DO NOT EVER go to Cobblestone Auto Spa!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! One of my Christmas gifts from my dad was an oil change/car wash package from the Tatum/Cave Creek location. Just went to use it and they won't honor the price he paid. They now say their prices have gone up and now they say it was just a "quote". Who the f*** does that!? He just bought it December 3rd. It's not about it costing more, it's that they should honor that price...especially so soon after purchase. Then I said I wanted a refund and they "couldn't" do it in store...I have to call f***ing corporate. God knows how long that will take. And they will probably say that can't refund it. I've been coming here for years. I have always received the best service. I generally get the Express wash to save time and money. I was trying to decide which express wash to get for the best bang for my buck. This very helpful guy, Josh Stafford came over and helped me out. I told him what I needed done and he explained what i got with each express service. After that, he helped me by choosing the correct selection and payment for me. I'm not very tall so I would have had to get out of my car to do it. No problem for Josh. I never got out of my car. I stopped by Cobblestone, after leaving the vets office, to fuel up. After completion, my tahoe wouldn't start due to a dead battery. Mike (who works at the lube and service shop) saw me with the hood up, grabbed his battery charger / jumper and got my dog and me on our way. He gave me a quote on a replacement and when I got home I shopped around. I found out they had the best deal going with a 40 month free replacement , went back and had the battery replaced... I have had my car washed at three close by locations. I get the platinum service every time and for the last three times at this location I walk away thinking I could've gotten a $10 wash at a cheaper place and got better results. I keep trying with cobblestone because the scottsdale location is always very good. But I can't go to the Tatum location any longer. Long waits even when I told them I was under a time crunch and my timeframe, slow service, inside and outside mediocre. I understand it's hard to find staff and that the kids get very tired and hot. I cancelled my only authorized Cobblestone membership in May 2025, yet a second membership continued billing my credit card for over a year without my authorization. Cobblestone later confirmed this account was tied to a vehicle I do not own and locations I have never visited, yet refused to refund the charges while also stating they could not provide vehicle or license plate information. After multiple attempts to resolve this directly with customer support, I was shut down and told to contact my bank instead. I normally hate going to the car wash. They try and upsell you, and are aggressive. Not here. In fact, Ricky here was so helpful I signed up for the rewards program (with the nicest, most pleasant cashier ever). GREAT experience. My hubby normally takes my car here so I already know it will be a great wash. EXCELLENT service, fast, courteous and they care about their customers.
