This is the worst place to get a car wash. My car went through a car wash and when it came out the windshield had a huge crack. The manager insist that it happened because of the heat but after talking with other windshield glass people they were surprised that it happened because of that. They said that someone banged on the glass to make it crack. I left there aggravated because they insisted that it wasn't their fault. read more

This place is not good compared to other locations. It doesn't offer free self service vacuums. And the prices are more expensive than other cobblestones. The basic wash is $5 with no free vacuums. The one up the road is $3 with free vacuums. read more

I have to be honest, I only come to this place occasionally. They are a real hit and miss. I took my car here yesterday and they did an awesome job on it. I took my wife's car here today and they did a real half ass job on it. I watch how the workers attend to the different vehicles. If it's a real nice car like a BMW or Lexus, they go above and beyond. If it's a car like my wife's Honda Odyssey, they don't give it much attention. There is gum on the left front wheel well and they never cleaned it off. They didn't bother to clean bug or dirt grime off of the hood. I watched as they did it on other vehicles. I didn't bother to tip them. This place sucks! I'm never going back. I called the management at this site and they asked me to bring back my wife's van to have it rewashed and cleaned properly. This time they gave it much better attention. Giving them 3-stars for taking care of business and setting things right. read more

I have lived in the area for 16 years and today I went to get my vehicle washed. My entire family has used Cobblestone since it opened about 10 yrs ago. Today I experienced a truly unfriendly cashier, Sarah. I went to pay. Stated I had no points. I asked her to look under my husbands because they combined ours previously. She states " nope nothing there and it takes a week". I know this is not true because I used our points last time I was here to get my vehicle washed. So I tried to use my coupon (which I have many of them because our family gets one each car wash). She states "this expired over a year ago" and pushes it forward on the counter. I told her I would have to go get a different coupon out of my vehicle in the car wash line. "OKAY". So I did. I asked her to check our points again. She did but she was abrupt and unfriendly. Wont be using this Cobblestone in the future. If you are a cashier you should be friendly and helpful not abrupt, harsh and push customers away. read more

I've been to this location twice. I think their service is average; the facilities are quite large and offer Dunkin' Donuts and alot of other convenience foods. I got a Supreme Wash both times. The first time, it took 40min to get my car back cleaned, and I felt they didn't wipe down my car fast enough to prevent waterspots. I was not happy with this slow service. The second time I went I had my car back cleaned in just over 20min, which is much more tolerable. This particular location is quite out of my way, but I had vouchers that cut down on the price of the service. I have one more voucher and when that's used up, I will not return to this location, but I wouldn't rule out other Cobblestone locations. read more

Took my car wash for a full service supreme car wash. They did an good job except they were trash talking about me in Spanish. Still I didn't mind because the car washed looked good. A few days later, an dust storm appeared and that got covered by an 7 day warranty. But when I took my car back to wash it again. The belt at the car washed stopped, causing the car behind me to crash into me. The workers there tried to play it off like there was no damage. Beware, your car may be damaged when getting cleaned here. read more

I took my car there a few weeks ago and paid $30 for a works car wash and a spray on wax. I can say i was very disappointed and let management know about it. They did not do what they said they would do and what they did do was a lazy incomplete job. I realize mistakes can be made. I am giving it 4 stars because they made it right again. The manager offered to do my car over including the wax. I watched them and it was done very well. My car was cleaner than it was out of the dealership both inside and out. I was very happy with them in the end. I will only deal with the general manager from now on when I take my car back to them. He has earned my business back. read more

For $26 (Ultimate wash), you'd think they'd spend just a little more time and pay a little more attention to detail. These guys do a lousy job on the glass, every single time. While they get the bulk of the bugs, there are ALWAYS bugs left on the w/s. Additionally, they use wet rags to dry the glass - leaving streaks like crazy. These guys do not know how to clean glass. Beyond that, there always seems to be something they skimp on, especially when they're busy. Yesterday, they left some crud behind on the interior that was so obvious it could be spotted from outside the car. It also looked like they wiped down about half of the dash and console; there was still dust throughout. Only thing they did a good job at yesterday was cleaning the grime from the wheels (as long as I overlook what was left by the valve stems). Those were relatively clean compared to what they started out as. This overpriced wash is anything but "ultimate." [EDIT] Though I appreciate Mr. Dyer's comments and efforts, I feel that if you have an entire team of employees that do one thing - and one thing only - and that is washing cars, I should not have to talk to a manager to get my car washed. If I had purchased a $10 wash, then the results I'm getting would be appropriate. And the last time I asked to speak with a manager (I have on 2-3 occasions, but usually because the DB salesguys charged me for an "oversize vehicle" when it most certainly is not), the cashier gave me some serious attitude. When the manager eventually came around, I was given a coupon towards my next wash, I think it was for $5 off... Seriously? Again, if I have to ask for a manager every time I want my car to actually receive an "ultimate" wash - then your business model is flawed. At the car wash, washing cars should be the best thing they do and second nature. Instead, here, it is most certainly quantity over quality. read more

Good place for car-wash, I drive a little extra as I know I get good service and wash at this location. They have great attention do detail and they want to ensure you leave their location satisfied with the service. The donuts shop on location is great idea also, I usually go early in the morning, wash the car and pick a dozen of donuts for the family. read more

My teen daughter went there for a basic wash with a coupon and I warned her they would try to upswell her and she kept saying 'no thank you' but when it came time to pay, it was $17!!! I am impressed at the lengths the manager Carlos went to make sure this matter was resolved. He understood it was the principal not the money that was the issue. Carlos wanted to make sure that 1 his men had followed procedure and had done the right thing and 2 that I would be a satisfied customer. After speaking with my mom that Sunday and letting her know they had thrown out the wipers, he realized they had not completely thrown out the trash and went through the dumpster to find the bag with the trash from Saturday and my wipers. (he knew they would be Dura last I had told him I bought them at AutoZone) He found them and wanted to show me that they did need replacing. I also did my work and got a duplicate receipt from Auto Zone showing I purchased the blades on June 15th. He is returning the worn blades so I may return to Auto Zone and get a replacement to use at another time. He is attempting to refund the charge for the blades, but the biggest refund was listening to all that Carlos went through to prove what kind of a company he works for and to stand by his men. I appreciate the hard work and am returning to Cobblestone knowing that in my case they were not trying to pull one over on me. This was a lesson learned by all, Carlos stated he would stress the importance of making sure the customer understands why something needs to be done and perhaps I have learned to take my own car in! I know losing one customer was not going to bring the company down and appreciate the time and effort that was taken to make sure they had a satisfied customer! They scam you out of your money! I did a car wash two months ago...since then they charged my card three times. Had to finally get a new one. First two times I had them refund me my money which took about a week each time and way too much of my time. I would like to bring this to your attention. I went to cobblestone about 3 weeks ago and received an oil change at 2021 S. Alma School Road Chandler AZ 8528 location. Yesterday, December 5, 2018, My car notified me that my engine was overheating. Myself and children were in the car. I immediately had to pull over as my car was no longer safe to drive. I checked the car, come to find out the coolant cap was not on, and I had completely no coolant in there which caused the engine to overheat. I immediately called Cobblestone since there were the ones that serviced my car recently. Devin Suizuki, the Oil Lube Manager immediately got on the phone, mind you it is 6:00 pm, assuming the service center was closed or about to close. Devin was very kind, took the time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful. He took the time to drive to where I was WITH coolant, and to make sure my car was safe enough to drive for the kids and I. Mind you, I am fully aware he did not have to do this but, did it out of the kindness of his heart. When he came, he replaced the coolant and stayed with us, until the car was good to go. I see why he is Cobblestone's Oil Lube Manager. Even though this was a SERIOUS issue and I was completely livid, wasn't going to use your company for my car services anymore, Devin completely changed my mind. I hope your company recognizes what a great employee he is and I hope this reaches you and him. read more

My wife took the car in to fix the A/C in May. They said the valve was leaking. So, they replaced the valve and recharged the system. It worked for about a week and stopped cooling. When we took the car back to them, they said the replaced valve was fine and it is probably leaking somewhere else. Well, we took the car home, brought a $35 A/C recharge system from Home Depot and recharged the system myself. The A/C has continued to work through the hot summer. I don't think I would take our car back to Cobblestone. read more

Terrible place, I have a brand new Ford F250 and after being there today, it has a broken windshield and scratched hood. The wash itself was even bad, dirt all over and the wheels weren't cleaned at all. I asked for no sent, it's a new vehicle.... They spayed that nasty new car sent all over. I talked with a supervisor and basically was told "to bad". I'll never go back and I hope they change things around. I'd recommend not going there.... read more

I too have had a very bad experience in there. The guy with the red hair (military cut) was very rude today to my wife. He is one of the annoying sales people that continually want to upgrade you to a better service. After my wife tried to cash in on a free car wash that she had coming to her, he interrogated her about it. Instead of trying to understand her point of view, he told her that she needed to get her car out of the way, so that other customers could move up. (There were only 2 other vehicles waiting and they have four lanes). She broke down in tears over the way that he was talking down to her (she doesn't normally cry, unless humiliated). I suggest going to the new Danny's on Gilbert Rd and Germann. read more

They completed my ultimate wash in about 10 minutes, which was quicker than I expected, and would have been nice if my car had been clean. There was still dog hair inside my car, along with missed spots on the dash. But the outside was worse, there was still bird poop on my car! For an ultimate wash I would at the very least expect my car to be clean. Very disappointing. On the plus side, I wasn't hassled to upgrade to anything. read more

Brought my car here to get it detailed and also repaired. They did an AMAZING job on my detail and the prices were a great deal. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I really love the way this auto spa is set up, with several different food restaurants to eat at and a very nice lounge with TV's to enjoy while your car is being cleaned! I didn't realize this was only an auto SPA and not repair, but the employees referred me to an actual repair shop, Caliber Collision, to get my repairs done and they also did an AMAZING job on my repairs. Overall WONDERFUL experience here at this Cobblestone Auto Spa, along with an amazing referral. Will definitely always return here for my auto detailing services! read more

I even had a tire blow out close to their shop- as I pulled in, several employees rushed right over to help! Car Wash is ok. I am very upset by the upsell and complete lies in the oil change area. Usually they try to sell me stuff I don't need like air filter etc. But this time my daughter took my car because we are getting ready for a trip. They told her she needed a power steering flush because the fluid was low and she could lose her steering. When she got home I looked and it was fine almost to the max. Come on, this is not the firt time they tried to make some money by making her feel she is in danger. Shame on you Cobblestone, first auto glass predators and now auto repair predators. Yesterday I went through the car wash and my rear wiper blade snapped in half. I've been through this car wash for years, and this has never happened....I think it was just a one time thing. Anyway, I went back today and let them know what had happened. Carlos, the manager, was very helpful. He took one look at it, told me he would replace it, and within 2 hours, he had called me back letting me know the part was in and ready to be replaced. I went down, and within minutes had it replaced. I love that there was no drama, passing it off to another department or run around. Unfortunately my window was left down and my seat and carpet were soaked with water. I was needless to say, UNHAPPY! But, Jaun, a manager at the carwash not only took my truck and said he would take care of it, but my truck didnt even look this good the day I bought it brand NEW! Shame on you Cobblestone, I have viewed the video Metatag Data within the Video file and I can tell that you have modified the video, added your own sound overlay and tried to make this video look like my car on March 10, 2015. My car does not have anything in the back area, but the vehicle in your video shows a large object in the back. Also, after your broke my 3rd brake light, my light is still on the car. No wiring shows like the vehicle in your picture. The screw holes on the light are snapped off on the left side of the light. Again, your own employees admitted that this happens all the time and that the managers have failed to fix the roof cleaning device that does damage to SUV's. As you know, I canceled my monthly passes and wil be sharing my experience with over 700 homeowners within your neighborhood. With all the money I spent at your car wash for washes and detailing, I can have someone come to my home and that of my neighbors. I am looking forward to having over 100 cars being washed at our homes where no damage will be done to their cars. I have come here twice and love the service. No pressure to upsell the car wash, they politely offer other washes, I declined and that was it! Not like 90% of other car wash businesses. Tons of food, candy, Starbucks, Dunkin'donuts, fun soap spray for the kids to try as the cars go thru the tunnel. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is courteous and quick. Requested undercarriage, wheels & wheel wells cleaned, since they were muddy, with basic wash on my Xterra. Greeter sold me an Ultimate wash & when car was finished wheels, wells and undercarriage were still muddy and car did not looked washed at all. However, after a lengthy discussion with the supervisor they relinquished to run my car through again, and this time the undercarriage, & wheel wells were clean but the wheels were still muddy... so again after a discussion with Juan P, he agreed to apply wash and wheel treatment to the wheels.... & finally the car was washed to my satisfaction. read more

Thank you for resolving my concerns. Overall they did a great job vacuuming my car ( 100 percent better than ocean blue). The inside detail was descent, they did remove my stains. They do leave a very oily feel on the dashboard when they clean it. Not sure what type of product they use. Over all I will try that " sons" place first before I come back here. read more

I went to Cobblestone on Monday after work and paid for the second most expensive car wash they have and noticed as soon as I left the Windows looked like they cleaned them with the same towel they used to wipe all the shiny product they sprayed very freely all over the cab. They also had put so much tire dressing on the tires it looked like I had a two tone paint job from it flying off as I was driving home, I was in a hurry and figured I would take it in the next day which ended up being a waste of time. I was told the Manager would come and inspect the truck and that I should park in the shade. After a few minutes I was told the Manager was too busy and the man who informed me of the managers busy schedule would look at the truck. It became very obvious he had that "it's not my job" attitude and told me I could wait in line and they would run it through again. I just told him it was too much of a bother and I would just go home and degrease the Windows. After some elbow grease and plenty of vinegar and water I was able to get the petroleum based product off my windows. As you can imagine I will not be going back and don't recommend using their services unless you like heavily greased Windows. read more
