I've had nothing but great experiences here soo far. Huge shout out to Austin one of the service managers!!! I've brought in three vehicles for oil change and he's been there to help me with two. He genuinely cares about the customer, and is not here to nickel and dime you!! He really goes above and beyond! Bradley at the counter is very friendly. The waiting area and seating indoor/outdoor is very comfortable! Free popcorn, small basketball hoop for the kids and a cute water gin set up where the kids can spray the cars as they go through the wash, it's just super cute! I had previously given this place a two star review due to a terrible experience with an oil change. Since my experience, this store has changed management and has really upped their game! I was in for a full service $23 car wash on Friday 1/24/2020, and the workers failed to vacuum by backseats and trunk (crossover SUV). I didn't realize this until after i got home, which was my own fault. I called the store and spoke to Aisha (I'm sorry if i spelled your name wrong!) and Derrick. Both of them were very professional and Derrick invited me to come back and he would vacuum out my car. When I got back, Derrick met me at the front of the store and treated me with respect. Not only, did he a manager vacuum out my car but he also made sure to wipe down everything and really go the extra mile! Thank you Derrick for taking such great care of my car and I! Brought my lifted truck in for a Works Hand Wash (did not want it through the machine as it has custom fenders and height would be close). Guy writing up the ticket said it should fit but i wasnt about to try it and said ill pay the 60 for a hand wash. go inside and sit at the window to watch it get washed and see the truck instantly start to go through the machine wash after vacuuming. I run outside yelling to stop the wash as its hand wash only! they stop the wash, the front end is in the brushes at this point so a guy has to hold the brushes back so someone can get in the truck. i make sure they back it out ok and move on with the wash. Once all said and done, i didnt complain, could have been an honest mistake. Get home, realize they never blew the water out of any of the seems, my wheels, door handles and so on. armoral all over the chrome or polished areas and some parts only got half armoral. i clean the rest of the truck up and decided to bring my built tracker back for a redemption. it has to be hand washed as well but i was given a "free basic carwash" when i bought my hand wash for the truck. He discounts the wash (32 dollars from what would have been 50). Its washed correctly at the hand wash and dried. Upon inspection, windows have tons of streaks or missed cleaning, rear bumper was not wiped down, again wheels are dirty, and other painted areas missed. The guy goes around and half ass tries to clean it up and but doesnt do much before pushing me out. I hop in the tracker and leave. as im driving i feel parts start hitting my arm and look down to see my inside door handle has been blown apart. Seems someone got overzealous with my door handle and broke it. I take it back and start telling the guys at the front what happened. they go get a supervisor, he comes out and says "let me go get a manager", manager comes out and instantly start to play this off as if its my issues and came in broken that way. he says his general manager will need to look at it and if i wanted to fill out an incident report. Yes i do! i fill it out and he says the GM will need to talk with the guys in the back if they remember breaking it, look at videos (it was hand washed, no video cameras back there) and he would call me that night (this was Friday 11/8). well its now Thursday 11/14 and never heard a word. I didnt come in there demanding money back or raising a big stink but thats two vehicles you guys have messed up on, 100 dollars of my cash out the window for about 20 dollars worth of work plus another 20 bucks for a new inner door handle. Wont be seeing any of my 4 vehicles making it back here any time soon. Customers beware of how they handle issues. its poor and you are the accused. I just went through the express car wash and it left a film all over my windows And my car. I had to use my wind shield wipers and auto spray so I could see! I've never seen anything like this. read more

Gave this Cobblestone location a try today. Prior to this, I'd always gone to Danny's /Jackson's but was getting sick to death of their high-pressure/shady sales tactics. My hope was that Cobblestone would be different. I was happy to find that they were. Great service and reasonable prices. The rewards club seems like a nice perk and the unlimited wash plans seem really enticing, as well. Would have given 5 stars, but I still had a bit of bug goo on my windshield and I didn't notice it until I was driving off. Still..happy customer. Will go again. read more

I came here due to receiving a coupon for a free car wash in the mail and had such an incredible experience that I got an oil change immediately afterwards. The customer service was impeccable from mechanic to cashier, and the location offers indoor and outdoor seating and complimentary popcorn, in addition to a fully-stocked store with a selection of snacks, drinks, and auto supplies. The waiting room has AC and a multitude of TVs, computers, and games to enjoy while you wait. Best car wash and fastest service I've ever had 10/10- thank you! read more

Had a new car given to us and it needed some TLC. Took it to Cobblestone and everyone there was nice. When telling them I needed to see about removing some light surface scratches they said it was no problem. I dropped my car off for 3 hours and then showed back up. My cars interior was in the same condition when I dropped it off and they did not clean the carpets. I left it there for another 2 hours and all of the work was done but not for the price that I had paid. If your looking for a "deep clean", do some research and look at reviews. Car looks better than it originally did but not as good as the price that I had to pay. Will do some research for my other vehicle before taking it somewhere. read more

Husband and I dropped off our vehicles today and got great service! We purchased an express wash for his truck and an interior detail for my car. They were able to get a pretty large stain out of my leather interior which I was really impressed with. Leather conditioner left the interior moisturized without feeling greasy. Both vehicles look great, we will definitely be back! We were helped by one of the managers Sean, and a service advisor Charlie, recommended this place to all in the area. read more

Went to pickup car after 3hrs and they had forgot to buff polish and detail. Customer service is lacking and their actual detail service after 5hrs was amateurish at best. Heavily wet coating on the interior that stains hands and clothing. The buff and polish looks like a first timer did it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Fantastic customer service! The staff is very friendly! This is by far the nicest car wash I've been to and has a great waiting area with comfy chairs, TVs, basketball, water shooting game (you can shoot water at the cars when they go through the wash). When they were cleaning the windows etc they noticed the backseat still had some dog hair in it and brought it back to the front to vacuum the rest out. I was impressed! Very courteous and friendly! DONT GET A DETAIL HERE!!! I went here to get the interior of my coup detailed. The car is in great condition already. However, I wanted the interior to be clean due to my child in the back and it being a little messy. I also paid additional for an order bomb, which by the way is overpriced and not worth it. You can buy an oder bomb online and do it yourself much easier and cheaper. I paid $270 for an interior detail, outside basic wash, and order bomb. I did think this was a bit expensive but I was in need of a detail and they were close to home. I two young men I spoke with were nice to work. I thought it was going to be a good experience. However, when I picked up my car they car smelled the exact same, the interior seats still had spot of dirt, and the worst of all they didn't even clean the inside of the windows. The next day I went back to speak to the manager (Dominic) who by the way was rude and was not trying to accommodate me at all. I explained to him that my windows were not clean and asked him if they shampooed the seats inside. He said they did not shampoo the seats and they can clean the windows now. The was beside the point, I should of not had to return my car and asked for a proper detail. They do not do a good job at all for a detail or wash. They work way to fast and don't take their time at all. read more

if i could give zero stars i would. every time i go here i have a bad experience. i thought i would give it a second chance, but boy was that a mistake. carpets weren't vacuumed thoroughly, cup holders weren't wiped out, spots on my dashboard could have easily been cleaned up. i had to take my car to a second car was after Cobblestone was done with it because it was still so dirty. worst full service car wash i've ever gotten. highly disappointed. read more

I said "are you sure" when they called my name, how they knew my name bugs me too? The guy in the hat said "oh yeah, they are done." I went there and I thought it was a good day because I was the only one there, how wrong I was. Five minutes is how long they spent on my car (wiping it down, 15 minutes for vacuum and outside washing) and I paid for the ultimate wash. Didn't even get the new car scent added. I kicked myself cuz i handed the guy $5 with the receipt and couldn't get it back. I drive a gmc terrain and I opened the back and asked him if they were going to wipe that down and he told me they don't normally do that and took a very damp cloth and wiped it down which was worthless because I had to clean it later. He then told me they only wipe down the dash and doors. As you can see from the photo, they did none of that. I came home and had to wipe down my own vehicle. What really upsets me is that he wouldn't just call over a couple of the people just standing around doing nothing to fix it, he just kept trying to get me in my vehicle to leave. I will never come back even if it was free because my time is worth more than the product they produce. To put the cost into perspective, I paid $35 for the wash and it was done in 15 minutes, THAT'S 140/HR! for me to spend that much and the guy had no issues with what his crew did is unacceptable and I hope he doesn't treat you this way.
