Went there on 11/25/24. When I got home I realized a piece of my front bumper was missing. They would have noticed because I'm assuming it came off in their wash. It is a smaller part so I didn't notice until I got home and stood in front of my car. They did not say anything to me nor did they leave the piece of my bumper in my car so at least I could attempt to re attach it. Do not recommend going here!! read more

Garbage... You pay to have your vehicle detailed and they don't even wipe off the console area or cup holders. Vents and visors weren't touched. Seriously?? I could have shampooed the carpet myself. I was paying for the cleaning of the hard to access places that I don't have small tools to deal with. The tech was able to get a Dr. Pepper stain off the roof fabric. But aside from that.... It just looks like they cleaned the carpet and rubbed Armor All on the dash. Not worth almost $400. And would not recommend their detailing service to anyone. read more

ZERO STARS. After a 12 hour, two day road trip this is always my first stop after unloading the car completely. I always feel a bit hassled to buy a monthly pass, but ignore that. For an obscene $115 for quick inside and outside detail, I thought I'd give it a shot. Loved the past work. I was told it would be 25 minutes, no biggie my 1 year old could wait it out. OVER AN HOUR LATER- they still were not done and I said I'd come back. They asked for 20 minutes and said it would be perfect. I don't think anything other than the drivers seat was touched. Sticky stuff, milk from my daughter, dirt, dog hair was visible on all surfaces. IS, this only happened a few hours ago. Then to top of the disappointment, I drove home and couldn't find the keys. Knew it was inside because, touch button. After calling twice to speak with the service man who told me they were in my cup holder where I placed them, My husband found them. IN THE WINDOW. No idea how they didn't fall off driving home. I hope this issue can be resolved or moved forward, though no one can answer the phone. I tried all evening. read more

I paid $79 for a full service wash, vacuum, tire dressing, inside dressing and outside dressing on my black plastic parts. I still had bugs stuck to the front bottom of my pickup, dirt splashes at the back fenders, and they totally forgot to put black dressing on the rear bumper. I will NEVER go back. I told the gentleman what was the best wash I could get in about an hour. It was not a busy day. There were maybe 4 other cars there. He talked me into an exterior and interior cleaning that would be $110.00. And said it would only take about 45 minutes. Almost two hours later, they said my car was done and ready to go. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! Arrived at 9a to get a wash. Talked into buying an unlimited plan. I got the Platinum wash. The best and most expensive. 950a not ready so I go and ask the guy if my car is done. Replies ya, go ahead without checking my receipt. I look in the car. Not vacuumed and mats not replaced. See pics. Tell him. No responsibility taken and blames the front. No resolution Drive back to front. Nice guy says he'll do it again. I don't have time as I've been there an hour. Gets manager. Derrick apologizing and offers to vacuum again. Platinum wash and not vacuumed and windows not done. He offers to vacuum himself. No above and beyond offer but to just do what i paid and asked for an hour earlier. I complain. I vacuumed myself. AWFUL SERVICE. AWFUL RESPONSE AGAIN.... SLOW!!!!!!!!!! Came to cancel my 3 month plan from last visit. Had to ask 3 times to cancel to finally be told I had to go online. Got oil change. Paid $80 for detail of JUST my dash and doors think it was a good deal (until I got my car back). I was there for over an hour, needless to say there were MAYBE 10 cars the whole time. But when I was brought to my car from a distance it looked beautiful!! On getting closer I could see water spots all over my windshields and mirrors, dirty patches on the passenger side, and once getting inside my car there's grass & dirt still ALL over the floors, my mats, change AND cup holders. Yes, of course "they" send a little OLD lady that speaks no English to walk me to my car knowing full well of the halfass work they did. I walk back into the store but unable to find a English speaking employee. SO frustrated that I just left, deciding for LAST TIME that I would NEVER go back (used to get my oil changed here until they started overcharging and under producing). read more

So disappointed ! We tried out the new car wash this morning ! My husbands truck was dirty but not bad . When it was done ,it still looked dirty. Water Spots all over it ! Bugs and dirt still on the bumper . We paid $39.00 for this truck wash ! I think my husband is going to take it back !!! Swung by to get an oil change and wash for my truck, but found out that the shop that does car washes won't be open for a couple of days. Bummer, but figured I'd give it another chance once it opened up. Huge thanks to them though for sending out some coupons to show the neighborhoods around them they are open. For the second time in a row they messed with the rear view mirror in my wife's car and broke off the cover for the mirror wires. Would give no stars if possible. Had been here before for full details on two different cars if mine on two separate occasions. For those experiences we had excellent results, done same day with no appointment, took a couple hours and left with spotless vehicles. However this last trip, we decided to get a monthly unlimited wash membership as it made the full detail clean come down to a promotional price. Turns out that my cars roof racks aren't secured we'll enough and the power from the drive through wash machines was too strong. I get that it wasn't cobblestones fault for a defective if my car, so I went in to cancel my membership after just one wash. This was two weeks into the membership. Manager said sure , she'll give my info to department that handles that. I asked they call me to confirm so I'll know it was processed. Sure thing she said. Two weeks later my membership monthly fee charged. I went back in and asked why this happened if I was to have it cancelled. That I had wondered why no one confirmed my cancellation with a call. Manager again said she'll reach out to have it cancelled and that only corporate can handle refund after cancellation is processed. Again I walked away hoping it to be resolved. In the meantime I emailed corporate through the website regarding this experience. They responded that without that membership -# they couldn't do anything. We'll naturally I had pulled off that sticker with the number weeks ago when I thought I cancelled. I responded to them asking to look me up in any other way. No response. I calked this location two more times with voicemails about my issue and also once live to again ask them to process my refund. I have never received any follow up and they kept a months membership fee . Awful business practice , awful service. I am reporting them to BBB as well. read more

Wish you were able to rate a place more then once. Pulled in today to get my truck washed on my fast pass and I had a couple issues about some of the sprays they use as I have a puppy battling cancer and I have to be very cautious on what he's around. I spoke with the manager Derrick and he was absolutely amazing and understanding as well as helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out and I can't say how grateful I am for that. These guys are great here and I'll definitely be a long term customer. Thanks again Derrick. Used to come here before CobbleStone bought it and they always did a great job. I decided to give these guys a shot and got a monthly pass since I'm always taking my truck offroad and getting it dirty. Anyways I couldn't be happier with the service. These guys are great have excellent customer service and always seem to go above and beyond. I'm there almost weekly and the guys always remember and make sure that not only is my truck cleaned well but I'm out of there fairly fast as well. While this place was super busy we were quickly helped. They have many options of the type of wash you want and you can even sit and watch it go through the wash. I loved that they had a little soap gun for the kids to sit and aim at the cars. As a parent this can be a lifesaver on certain days! Errands can be so boring to s kid so distractions for the win! With approximately ten people working the line, minimum price for wash... I watched my vehicle sit there, driver side door open for 40 minutes. The Ram truck next to me the same. This was my second chance visit, there will not be a third. Understand that I went to Cobblestone on Val Vista and Baseline every month when I lived on the east side. In July and December, I bought the buy 4 get 2 car washes free coupon book and got the Works. I moved to the West Valley last year, this Cobblestone is the closest and is about 20 minutes away. I found a car wash I like closer but wanted to use my coupons, I felt they were worth it. The first time I visited they said I was ready, but they did not vacuum my car or dress the tires. So, I had to wait. But I like to give second chances, could have just been a bad day, right? Looks like I was wrong. This time when I was there, I checked the tires and the vacuuming, but what I missed was worse. The time of day and sun really had an impact on what I could see. When I pulled out onto Bell, I noticed the middle console was not wiped. Then I noticed that the dash was not completely wiped, then the side mirrors and the rearview were not wiped. What was worse was that the center screen was so streaked, you can see in the picture that I ran my finger through it to show how awful it was. Then I could see the sun hit the passenger window, which was not cleaned at all, not even touched and still had proof of my dog putting her face on it. (See pics). Today I was driving, and the sun hit the back window and it looked as awful as the center screen. I spent like 20 minutes yesterday when I got home cleaning these surfaces, today I had to clean the back window. What a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I have one more coupon to use, but I will have to drive even further to a different location to use it, maybe I will have better luck there. read more

After running it through 3 times on a platinum service I still had bugs on the front of the car, kick panels and door panels still had dirt from shoes on them, and grease smears that weren't on the truck before it was washed. When I addressed this with the manager he said the $40 platinum wash doesn't cover wiping down the interior. I pay for a monthly service and the manager seamed to not care if I quit the subscription to a monthly wash!! would have given them less than 1 star but it won't let me. I would not recommend this car wash to anybody as they don't care about quality or customer service if I treated my customers this way I'd be out of business. read more

However after receiving a follow up call from Austin and returning to get the oil change done, Austin took great care of me, provided a wash voucher and I received the type of customer service that had been my previous experience. I prefer to patronize Cobblestone as they recognize Veteran's and even offer free oil change on Veterans Day. read more

She had my keys and said someone came in and said Hyundai, I Didn't Hear Him At All. The didn't park my car in front where all the other cars were. Over the past couple months, I've done the Express Wash and the full service and I recently decided to sign up for the Unlimited Wash on a monthly pay basis. The wash mechanism uses a conveyor instead of those wheel tracks, so no worries about your oversize tires or wheels here (see the vid I posted). Lots of high pressure for the undercarriage, sides and your rims with soft cloth for the body and roof. Kids can blast the dirt off with the "Suds Blaster" when your car is being washed and they love it. When it's busy on a weekend they move slowly but they are thorough when getting to the details like interior, tire dressing and wheel fine cleaning and polishing. It appears that a supervisor checks work at every station before they take your receipt and get your keys to you. If you're in a hurry, you should mention to someone in a maroon shirt or visit on a weekday morning when it's not as busy. The lounge inside to wait for your car is comfortable and the outside has plush patio furniture and shade. Food and drinks available for purchase and free popcorn. There are tons of free vacuums outside with compressor guns to dust off your ride if you want every drop of water gone. Look for coupons in your mail and expect to pay about $32 for a thorough exterior wash, interior clean and vacuum w light detail plus tires and wheels polished and dressed by hand and don't forget to tip the hard working people who do the things the machines can't. read more

I've always been a loyal customer to cobble wash! My experience today was really top notch! From arrival to the clerk to departure. Normally I get the diamond touch but today I didn't have the expense so I choose the express wash. The express wash really out did it self from outside to in! The vacuum team could've done a little better but that mistake was not too bad to mess up my experience today! The last advisor (manager, maybe?) who checks the vehicle & calls the customer to pick up! REALLY OUT SHINED everyone!! I just had to write a review. Not only did he wiped every inch of my car. But he tripled sure his staff was on their top game -- despite how hot it is.. he was working hard! That made me had to give more gratuity then just $5. These men work hard! & working with the heat is not easy OR FUN! I been to a variety of cobble stone in the valley and will observe every customer service action and this one location really out did it! Simply, easy & good customer service!! My car smells very extra too! I love that, most locations are greedy with there scents, so i always buy extra in the store! Anywho, hopefully I win the gift card so i get can me a membership! Just pay 235 dollars for a full car wash and oil change first thing the car was not clean correctly there was dust and dirt inside they didn't clean the windows either then I opened the front of car to see why my car was losing power when pushing on the gas and found one of the air hoses off they never got it back in place me and my family will never go back to that place I would not recommend it at all read more

I am an unlimited customer of Cobblestone and get 4 or 5 car washes each week. I was thrilled when your location opened up at 51st ave & Bell Rd. I have always had great service at your Surprise and E. Bell Rd locations, and when you first opened this location it was very good, the energy of your young staff was great, and Chino added a sense of professionalism and excellence. But lately the service has been terrible! Usually wait over an hour to get my car washed. Today when i drove in, no cars were being finished and guys were sitting around while there were 10 cars waiting at the vacuums with only one guy checking in and one doing vacuuming. my boyfriend & I went to the surprise location and got a oil change done on his truck along with fuel filters to give them a try . worst experience. Won't ever come back. truck left with 3 different codes. Threw itself in limp mode. The truck went into them completely fine. Truck was leaking oil from the oil filter and oil pan. We called the 51st and bell location because we have better experience & trust this location. James & Seth took care of everything. Found out there was air in the fuel lines and a few other things that could've avoided this situation even though it wasn't their mistake. They took care and fixed everything the surprise location did wrong. I highly recommend this location for the service department. Thank you guys! read more
