I went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa at Bell Road and the 51 in Phoenix, I had coupons from my best friend for my birthday, and the person at check in sold me something for $60 that was supposed be partial detailing and nothing like that happened. It was no better then Quick Quack for $20. Be careful there. They will try to upsell to something you do not need and then not provide the servie. read more

First time coming here & Paid for the "Diamond" wash, for $79.99. Was told my interior would be "conditioned" and the process would take about 30mins. It was busy and my car was ready after 15mins. Lol. Outside is still a bit dirty because of course the wash Machine isn't a human. inside was just vacuumed, and wiped down with a cloth for dust. 2 stars are only because the employee, Spencer, was nice and the car was washed. Overall, I'm not the type to get upset, complain and make someone fix something. I Cannot give less than 1. I went in for the first time, telling the person checking me in that this was my first time here. I asked for a best car wash (I had my reasons for wanting a full and complete wash). It was $60 but I was okay with that. Then comes the hard sell of getting this and that all for $300. No. I just need a wash, yes I know you will not get all the dog hair out, I'm more concerned with the outside. Took almost 90 minutes, even though I was one of 3 people there. It sat in the vacuum area for almost 40 minutes alone. Then I went to pick up the car and they asked for my ticket, which I was never told to keep since I had mentioned this was my first time there. So we've been going to Cobblestone for years. I always used the coupons and went when in need. After getting my partner a new, all-black Cadillac CT6 I decided to buy a wash package. He loves a clean car that's full of gas. The wash package and the car were great decisions. Before I go any further, I highly recommend going to see Josh in the check-in lane to buy a wash package. He'll fix you right up and provides great service every single time I see him. Personally I prefer to pre-pay annually, none of this monthly debit BS, but hey it's your choice. Here's how it works with a wash package: Pull up, the attendant scans the barcode sticker (for aestethics, I recommend putting it in the door jamb rather than in the window) you walk in get your paid receipt, wait for your car to be done, tip the dry side attendant and drive away. And if you're short on time you can use the Express Lane too. What I've found is when you have a wash package they hassle you less for upgrades, details, etc. It's not to say they don't ask which always drives my partner nuts, but unless I want one of the services I just say "no, thank you" and I'm on my way. You can't blame them for trying to make a living. And who knows, you may need a detail anyway. Lastly, if you want to avoid the crowds and the long wait, go early weekend mornings or very late in the afternoon, just before closing. read more

Do not recommend. It's all a bait and switch. Under a plan but did not fully utilize it so decided to canx. Upon emailing them to canx they offered me the basic plan for $20. Not introductory price just their basic plan. After 4 mos of the $20 they went back to the original price of $34. I brought the mistake to their attention immediately and they charged the account again the next month for higher amount. I brought this to their attention via email AGAIN and " they"responded differently. When I say "they" I had 2 different people answer the reasons for different causes why the mistake. I don't use the car wash enough to justify $34 / mo. $28 total overage and they still say it's my intro price. Well canx my membership like I wanted to in the 1st place. It feels like a bait and switch to me. Goodness I'm not gonna go through this stress for a car wash. It definitely feels like that gym membership back in early 2000s that you can't get out of. If you need my $28 keep it but I will no longer be using your services. Now i dont YELP much but i only do so if serviceis really good or REALLY REALLY BAD. Went to cobblestone this morning to get my oil changed and get my car washed. I decided to go with the most expensive car wash they provided (Ultimate Plus), an boy do I regret it. Spent over $100 and the front grill still had bugs and dirt on it, my rims were still ridiculously dirty, as well as under my front lights. My family has been coming her for a long time, but it has definitely fallen off on the quality they provide. I feel ripped off, and will not be bring my vehicle here -Updated: Store manager reached out quickly and had me come back in for a re-wash. They were very apologetic, and promptly got me my car the way it should have been the first time. They also gave my car a wax for my troubles. I'm changing my review to 4 stars and not 5 just because they shouldn't have let a car leave their facility looking the way mine did. read more

I have been a two vehicle member for over a year. Went in today to upgrade my membership and add a third vehicle. I went into the wrong office, and I guess it was the oil change department break or service room. I wasn't sure where to go, so I waited for someone. A technician came in and completely refused to acknowledge my presence. So after about 5 minutes, out of frustration, I asked him if he was going to make me wait to finish his task before he asked me why I was standing there. In response, he asked me who asked me to come in there, as if I had intruded into his private home. It was an exterior front door to the business. I tried to explain to him that I was told to come into the office to manage my plan, but he immediately matched my frustration with confrontation. Never had a bad experience before. I loved the place. The staff is usually great and very helpful. This is why I have been a loyal customer for more than a year. But did I really just go to Cobblestone to upgrade my plan and add a vehicle, but instead, I almost got into a fight with a technician for having sought service in the wrong office. read more

I recently moved to Glendale and had to cancel my car wash membership with a company due to proximity, sadly a friend told me about a new location of Cobblestone down the road at Cactus and 67th Ave - I am at least a weekly run my truck thru the wash person - so I decided to give it a shot. I paid for the highest wash, went through and was stopped by an employee who told me that the system hadn't washed the soap off my truck and that he was sending me back thru free of charge. I asked him if this was typical and he advised he'd never seen this happen and I told him I was interested in a membership (even with a hiccup, I appreciated his attention to detail and concern for my wash being good). He signed me up for the $37 a month membership and I went thru for the second wash. Upon getting out of the wash - I stopped another crew member and asked him if it looked like the soap had been rinsed - he said he thought so and I expressed concern that only half of my truck had been dried by the blowers - he told me that some of the blowers must not be working.... The next day after I got to work and was able to see it in the sun - I realized that there was dried soap all over the backdoor and sides of the bed of the truck, there were water spots all over from it not being dried properly. I called and left a voicemail (you can't get anyone on the phone) asking to be contacted - waited a week and still heard nothing. So I submitted a form online explaining the situation and was offered a "penny pause" of my membership with a refund, I said that I wanted it cancelled and refunded and got told they couldn't refund the first month.... I literally used this car wash one time and single paid for that wash... The $37.00 membership has never been used at any location... You are a disappointment and a disgrace of a company, your customer service is trash. I guess you figured out a way to keep the lights on though. read more

I filled up with gas at the Scottsdale location and accidentally left my debit card there. I have never been so disappointed and upset with a customer service experience EVER! There are no words to express how much this company could care less about their customers. Don't ever have a problem or concern or emergent need from them. First when you try to call it sends you to a central voicemail. It lies and tells you you will get to speak to someone but you won't get to. You can leave a message which they won't get back to you or leave a number for them to call back. Now half of your day is gone! When they do call back they can't give you the specific location you went too so you can check if they have your lost card. But they can message them and they will call you. Believe me they won't call. You cannot talk to anyone who can or will help you. I will never ever use one of their facilities again. Worst experience I have ever had. Over 24 hours now and still no call or help after five or six calls I finally shut down my card and pay to get it sent to me all because this company couldn't pick up the phone and make a phone call to help me. Went to Cobblestone to get my car washed, left Cobblestone needing a windshield replacement... Is the car clean? Yes- more so than they usually do but Am I satisfied? No- because a simple errand turned into an awkward exchange, a phone call to my insurance, an appt for replacement & the need to write this review. As soon as they called me to my car, I noticed the huge new crack. I said something to the person & he blamed the temperature outside. He said hot days are problematic and the same thing happened to his car. I was surprised and annoyed but it was clear he wasn't going to take responsibility, so ‍? I snapped this photo and sent it to my husband who noticed the scratch on the top of the car immediately. This wasn't temperature related, something pressed down on my roof and then continued onto the windshield- something with enough force to scratch the paint and crack the windshield. We both felt like the representative was just trying to politely send me on my way & I assume I didn't/wouldn't know any better. Today is not the hottest day of summer, nor was it the hottest part of the afternoon. I hadn't been parked in the sun immediately prior to this. It wasn't heat. It was the car wash and I wasn't taken seriously with my concerns. Cobblestone carwashs aren't cheap. This company does not honor the written terms of their promotions. Bought a Groupon for 3 washes that they say can be used for either the "works" wash or a "$23.99 credit towards any other full service wash". Upon paying for my carwash (after they had already started), I was told they wouldn't apply the offered credit because I selected a "full service handwash" and that costs them more labor. Was told if I wanted them to honor their agreement, I'd have to pay a higher than retail price. I'm still confused as to why this wasn't in the terms and conditions that they wrote from their email account when they sent the certificates out. They blamed Groupon as if Groupon somehow had control over their email address. What was also confusing was being berated in the lobby by the staff. Now I'm stuck with unused certificates that will go to waste. Obviously, 1 star for terrible customer service. Also for a few weeks ago when I came in and the broke the automatic side view mirrors on my Range Rover by forcing them closed by hand when they are electric. Expensive fix. Thanks guys! For a $39 platinum wash, my expectations were not met. Had to go in again to make sure they took care of it. Glass had my dogs licking stains on inside window, dry dust on inside panel near gear etc and even the deodorant was not sprayed. Even dead insect stains were not fully gone on windshield. Costco does better job for $7. Will try another location which is further away. Looks like a manager lady who might have been behind the counter and laughed a lot unnecessarily, told me that dust on driver controls and panel in front of driver seat was only taken care of during detailing which costs more. My wife got talked in to paying up front for a detailing; she wanted to do something sweet for me for my birthday. When it came to my birthday, I decided that I had no need for this 300 dollar detailing. I simply went to the store as any consumer to return a product that was never used and get those funds back... Not only did the store not care about this situation or the fact that this is literally weeks worth of groceries - they also don't care to burn a customer relationship to the ground by caring more about selling you something then by standing by the brand. You CAN get great service for cheaper - I have. You CAN shop a smaller business that cares more about you as a customer. You absolutely should consider taking your money somewhere else. Anyone who just wants you to accept less service for no reason needs to not get your money. This company basically tricked my wife into a non-refundable card and created a customer service structure where the customer DOESN'T MATTER. My advice to Cobblestone - with all the money you spend on flyers and promos and marketing - you could just SPEND THE MONEY TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER. In times of economic hardship and an insane pandemic - you keeping my 300 dollars and losing my business forever is not a proper strategy. Look around at your reviews on YELP compared to all the other auto Spas... Cobblestone has forgotten that they offer a service and they are here to help people. Shame on any company that wants to punish a consumer relationship because of some stupid return policy. You will pay more trying to the customer back and the only thing you exist to do is offer excellent service. Well the attendant talk us into the monthly unlimited pass and that was the best thing we did.. The manager of the auto spa Primo is the best if you are unhappy with anything with your vehicle just talk to Primo and he will take real good care of you. Fast service, no sales pressure, good value! The waiting area has food, drinks and miscellaneous items for sale. The seating can't be beat! Nice cushioned chairs and couches and plenty of them. Update: I got my car washed today and was planning on getting the $18 service but they said the $24 was so much better... I disagree. I should have looked at everything before I drove away. They didn't dust the dash, or anywhere else. My car really needed to be dusted and it's obvious they didn't do it. The floors look good but the seats weren't touched. Within minutes of writing this previous review, Ryan, an operations manager messaged me and asked me to bring the car back. He said they did a terrible job and wanted to make it right. I wasn't far so I took it back right away. They took it to the details center and cleaned it from top to bottom. They did extra cleaning services to make up for it. I would be very careful in getting your oil changed by the company. About 5 months ago I took my wife's 2019 Santa Fe in for a oil change. At the time an oil change was about $30, but when I arrived I was told it would be about $90 to do it. I declined the bait and switch oil change, and all the "other" add-on's they tried to get me to buy. The shop manager appeared to upset that I didn't want anything else done on my car. I left about 30 mins later feeling ok about the experience. Now it comes to today, where the oil change is needed again. I have a lot of mechanical experience, so I decide to tackle this job my self to save $$. When I try to remove the drain plug, it wouldn't come off with a socket wrench. I then put an pipe extension on to break it free, and still wouldn't budge. I finally had to use an impact socket wrench to break it free. The torque on this drain plug is supposed to be 25 foot pounds! I'm very upset that they found it necessary to over tighten my oil plug. I'm attaching a pic of the crush washer compared to a new washer. Go somewhere else for an honest, reliable oil change. read more

After driving cross country, my baby needed a bath and some serious scrubbing. After looking for a place close, we decided on Cobblestone. Upon arrival, the entrance was open and easy. 2 choices whether you wanted full service or not. We choose self service and as I drive up to the machine, was easy based on the clear options available. Even so, a nice assistant checked on us to see if we needed any assistance. This was nice as even though it was self service there was still an attendant close by. We proceeded to the wash bay and executed the ramps perfectly. Threw it into neutral and watched as my baby got its much needed cleaning. I always feel like she runs better after a wash and this was no different. Came out clean and dry and no need to turn on the wipers to get the excess water off. Overall a great experience. read more

I brought my car in because of a mess made in back by my dog. Salesman sold me a package for unlimited car washes for the month of December only!! I asked him if it would renew and he said it was a month pass only. Just got automatically charged for 35$. I immediately called to cancel and was told to call back in 2 hours so it could be taken care of. Don't trust them for anything. Went in today for services oil change and car wash. Lube and tube great service, gals inside great! The ones to dry and amour your car was terrible with rude customer service. But the manager Aaron handle the complaint amazing! I give 4 stars because the facility is great and I recommend it to anyone, and I have full confidence they will take great care in your car. I know if you have an issue they will handle it well. Aaron wanted to make sure I was taken care of and refunded my money for my wash. So please go there. I just wanted to review with a smile .. thanks Update!! Went to get my car washed today giving them a second chance.
