He didn't try to sell me more or less-just what i needed. so propz. So coming out of the wash, it was good wash, the blowers didnt leave a bunch of residue. They also have solid strong working vacuums, blowers and wash stations. Overall pretty good for the price, and close to my house. read more

I love the location of this place it's convenient, and the waiting area is actually really nice if you're hanging out while your car gets cleaned. My experience overall was just okay. They do offer a lot of extra services and definitely try to upsell, which caught me a little off guard. I went in planning to stick to one service because I'm on a budget, but somehow still ended up paying more than I expected. I had to keep repeating that I really only wanted the basic option. That said, I did appreciate that they manually dry your car that's a nice touch and makes it feel a bit more detailed. But next time, I'd probably just go for the express service to keep things simple and affordable. The biggest downside for me was the wait time. I was originally told it would be about an hour, but after I paid, it suddenly turned into a 4-hour wait, which was super frustrating and honestly not cool. I value my time - I had no means to go home and come back for my car. I already paid a premium ($280+) for the service so why should I pay for an uber/lyft back home? I decided to wait it out instead. Also, just a heads-up: Sunday mornings around 7am get BUSY, so definitely plan ahead if you're thinking of going then! Brought my car in to have it washed before a family trip. I used to come here all the time and was always happy with everything. Today I paid for the Ultimate wash ($38), I was so disappointed. Nothing was cleaned on the inside, some straw wrapers and leaves were still on the floors, it was not vacuumed, dirt and loose wrappers in the door handle. dash was never wiped off, sunroof was not cleaned. Door jams were not wiped off, all of these items used to be included in the past.$38 + 10 tip is way to much for nothing to be done properly. I don't mind paying more for a quality job but was told the Ultimate wash was the best and it was far from it. Again so disappointed. read more

This used to be my go to car wash, but it has steadily gotten more expensive and less effective. Now, I am never coming to Cobblestone again. Besides the hard upsell practices and ridiculous prices, now they make you pay for the car wash outside and won't allow you to get cash back for or add a tip. If you go inside to try to get cash for tip, they make you buy something first. Sneaky and horrible business. And the girl at the counter was rude when I asked her about the policy. I don't usually leave bad reviews but they scammed my elderly veteran dad and have continued to try to as recently as last week. In January of 2024, he purchased 2 of their car wash passes, one for each truck. When he took his second truck in they told him he didn't have a sticker connected to the original account that was set up and said they just put one on. WHAT THEY DID WAS ADD ANOTHER PACKAGE TO HIS ACCOUNT SO HE WAS NOW PAYING FOR 3 ACCOUNTS! I reviewed his credit card towards the end of the year and saw 3 accounts being billed. I explained it to him and he went to the Bell road location to clear it up and to completely cancel all but one vehicle plan. The manager canceled and refunded the fraudulent 3rd account but didn't take care of cancelling the 2nd vehicle package. My dad has been being billed for it for months. We went to the location and were told to call administration directly. They couldn't deal with it in store. My dad called daily for a week. When he received no response, I did the same. We went back in to cancel All services and were told we could only do this online and through admin. We were unable to access what we needed or get admin to call us so that we could get a refund on the truck that should have been canceled in November if 2024. It's now June 2025. We have called Chase to dispute and put a stop on the billing. My dad went in to JUST GET A BASIC CAR WASH LAST WEEK AND HIS CREDIT CARD WAS KICKED BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO BILL HIM FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN!!! he told them he just wanted a basic car wash. I paid $56 for the "silver" package. This photo says it all about their lack of attention to detail. I was told it would take 25 minutes, it took 55 minutes. I opened the back hatch when I got home and it was not vacuumed. They hadn't even opened it period. They also did not touch the back seat or cup holder. We are talking about a Mini Cooper. It is the smallest possible vehicle to clean and should have been an easy one. What a waste of my time and money. read more

Do not use Cobblestone for any type of detail for your vehicle! On January 10th, 2025, we took my father's special edition Mustang for a detailing since it was going to be in a car show the next day. Clear instructions were given to Jose regarding the work expected. My father spoke with Jose a few times by phone and felt confident they would provide good service. However, the service provided was far below the standard we were promised, and the quality of the work is unacceptable given the price of $750 for the job.   Upon picking up the vehicle, we noticed several issues (documented with photos) including:               1.           Dirt and Water Spots: The vehicle still had dirt and water spots, which we had to address ourselves while the employee observed.               2.           Failure to Clean Tires:  Despite a clear request for the white wall tires to be wiped, this was not done.               3.           Unvacuumed Trunk: The trunk was not vacuumed as expected.   The employee gave my husband his rag as my husband went around the vehicle wiping down several dirt and water spots while the employee watched. When we got home, we opened the trunk and it wasn't even vacuumed. Completely unacceptable! I called and left a voicemail for the manager to call me be back asap. I spoke with a manager 2 days later and they offered for us to take the vehicle back to have the service redone. We explained the car show was the day after the detail so that is not needed. I truly feel Cobblestone took advantage of my father because of his age and over charged him for this service. I believe a full refund needs to be offered. read more

Lots of car wash options here. I like that you can get your car serviced here too. The staff overall are a bit pushy always trying to get someone to sign up for unlimited car washes. I tend to get one of the higher priced washes and it never fails ... I always have to go vacuum out my car or wipe something down. Says it's included in the wash, but never done thoroughly. At least the vacuums are free, but I feel like I should just opt for the cheapest option now as I'm doing most of the work that I paid them to do. Not sure if it's just this location or what but better attention to detail is needed here. read more

I had a great experience here I went for am oil change and the guys were so helpful and kind. My car feels awesome. They offer a free car wash with the oil change and then I got a free car wash inside when I bought a drink while waiting. what a deal!!! I will for sure come back here next time I get my oil changed. great pricing and great experience. Look for coupons in the mail!!! I am happy with my service at the oil center. I have a monthly membership and this car wash is one of the worst. Your car never comes out clean most of the time the towels used to wipe your dash in car or dry so you end up just smearing around the dirt on your windows that doesn't come off in the car wash. I wash my car three times a week so there's zero reason a pass-through should not get my car clean. On Tuesday I took my 2020 Subaru Forrester to the Cobblestone car wash on Bell Rd & US 51 about 12:30 pm. I paid $27 for a car was z& tipped another $5. But it was the wrist professional car cleaning I've ever seen. After driving away I inspected my car only to find that there were several areas that had not been touched by the cleaning crew... da so h panel, inside front wi Dow, wheel wells, back gate door window and track, side mirrors were all still dirty! On 8/10/25- I entered the car wash along with a caravan of other vehicles. The vehicle in front of me was unable to exit and the conveyor/track that the vehicles are on failed to stop and my vehicle was forced into the vehicle in front of mine repeatedly. My vehicle received minor damage to the front bumper. The vehicle in front of mine finally went forward and exited the car wash and I followed. I asked the person driving the vehicle what happened? She said, "I don't know, my vehicle was stuck". We both agreed to talk to the manager. The manager on duty was Thomas Conway. He pulled up the incident on the monitor inside the office and said that their safety mechanism didn't work. He said that there are sensors to shut down the conveyor to prevent collision but that it doesn't always work and that it's not their fault. I was like "How is it now your fault? "I have no way of stopping my vehicle from colliding with another vehicle, you guys control the tract that we all are on. Cobblestone should have safety measure in place to prevent car pile ups". He disagreed. I escalated the matter and got the same response from the regional manager, "It's not our fault". They told me to call my insurance and put a claim against the lady I bumped into. They took no accountability at all. So if you choose to have your vehicle washed at a Cobblestone car wash just know that you enter at your own risk. They are terrible and treat you like crap even though it's 100% on them to provide a safe environment when you're on their property. This didn't happen out in the street. This was inside their spa! Needless to say, I cancelled my pass and advised all my family and friends so they cancelled thiers also. read more

It was my first time at Cobblestone, and it was an absolute disaster. I paid $56 for a wash and waited an hour, only to find my car still filthy when I checked on it. The salesman didn't bother to tell me I needed to remove my items from the floor, so nothing was vacuumed. I ended up having to clean the car myself! When I brought this up to the supervisor, they were completely indifferent, and the onsite manager couldn't even be bothered to speak with me. To top it off, they offered me a free car wash for my next visit--like that's supposed to make up for this nightmare. There's no chance I'll ever return to this place. Total waste of time and money! I paid for the platinum full service (most expensive car wash they offer) and was greeted by an extremely rude gentleman Carlos, and then I wait 45 minutes for my car, you think it would be in tip top shape, right? Absolutely filthy, I asked for the manager Mitshell to come take a look at the car and he said that's not included, and that he's unable to remove that with a rag, not to be condescending but I grabbed a rag and wiped it off in one go. Have been to two Cobblestone carwashes. Both are not good. Paid for $79 wash with $20 additional charge for floor mats. Hoped $99 would get a good cleaning. Drive away and noticed all the places on dash and door panels that had been missed in cleaning. Cup holders are still dirty. Gave this place several chances and unfortunately got the same subpar result each time. First, the exceedingly annoying salespeople that greet you & try to upsell non-stop while you're waiting for your ticket is worse than a cheap used car dealership. Last time i was there i asked the guy to stop upselling me and just print the ticket. He turned to the other 5 employees standing around by the cashier booth & they all gave eachother a little smirk. No one wants to go to a CAR WASH and be hammered with upsell options until you literally have to walk inside to escape. Needless to say their customer service and training needs desperate attention. I've purchased the platinum each time, and 4 of 4 times it's been more like stained copper :/. They do a poor job on the interior both vacuuming and cleaning. they sprayed some cleaning solution on my displays that i had to later clean off with glass cleaner it was so fogged up. They didn't get into any of the nooks & crannies when vacuuming. The rims were dirty, the wheel shine sucks, and there were water spots in every place on my car that wasn't covered by a rushed wipe down. Oh, and it took an HOUR to get the wash done.
