The Cobblestone on 67/Catus scratched and dented at my 3 1/2 we brand new car I am mediately contacted the manager Joe asked for an incident report. Joe acted like he didn't know what I was talking about said there was no such report and he had no such paperwork. Joe never even looked at my vehicle. Update: went again to try this place on 1/27/2018 and purchased "Ultimate" carwash as I got a $10 coupon. Sad to say nothing changed. Attaching few pictures soon after their Ultimate cars which cover interiors! This places do not complete a "FULL SERVICE" car wash properly and have the worst customer communication. At the first place, the car was not cleaned properly with dirt on floor and on the body of the car after the full service wash. I was enrolled into a $29.99 monthly recurring expense without even communicating clearly to me. The agent at the entrance was in a hurry to sign me up, without conveying full information. I was not informed that this is a monthly recurring expense. I was ONLY told that this is unlimited wash for a month. And when I saw the charge and called them, their manager asked me to go to their Bell Road location in person so that they can TRY to get my refund from their corporate. I go here because it's close. I get the monthly pass and i go multiple times per week. It really seems that the quality has seriously been going down hill since the 7 or 8 months I have been coming here. My car is always dirty when they are "done". The service is lacking and the guys there are just not great to deal with. Guillermo is great, but that is really about it. He will actually remedy a complaint that you have, all the other guys pretty much give the attitude that they don't care. Time for new help, Cobblestone. I took my truck here after a little playing in the mud and the very first thing the guy says at the window "your gunna have to pay for the extra mud package if you want all that off". WTF? What is the point of a car wash? These guys are so into up-selling and hustling for a few extra bucks that it is embarrassing. Are you serious? A mud package? You're telling me right off the bat that I need to pay extra for you guys to just do a good job? Or they want to sell you on a quick hand wax, which is a guy spraying Meguire's quick detail on your car and rubbing it off; very poorly I might add. The driver side windshield was wiped but on way to my next destination I started to notice the rest of windows were missed, side mirrors, the inside side panels missed everywhere except drivers side. The vacuum must not be working very well, there was little effort there. I think they only cleaned drivers side hoping I would not notice. I bought the Groupon for three supreme car washes. I've already used two of them. My second experience was MUCH better than my first. I waited in a long line to pay on my first visit and the cashier was a snappy bit**. The second visit went much better and my car windows were completely streak free. I even bought an insulated refill mug from the attached Dunkin' Donuts. As mentioned in many of the reviews, the guy who took my car when I pulled up both times started to upsell me, but stopped when I said I wasn't interested. Both times my antenna was inside my car and not reattached. Is that the norm? I have until July to use the third and final Groupon, but I'll probably use it before then. I wish there was a Cobblestone closer to me than this one. I have to drive 16 miles one way to get there. Because of the distance, I won't buy this deal again. I sat for probably 10 min seeing my car running doors open and no one in sight. I went over and shut the car off. The inside looked the same as arrival. I'm told $45 only buys you a light dusting of the inside per the manager. There was a hard sell on arrival for the what ever deals. This place is the worst. I have never really had good experiences coming here. Haven't been here since Covid so I thought wth I'll give them another try. They are so incredibly pushy about upselling. I bought the ultimate ($35) car wash. One of their top tier washes. Not the cheaper one. The dang "ultimate." And they tried to upsell me to the unlimited package. I politely declined. The man questioned me on why I'm ok paying $35 and not $5 more for the unlimited. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Then I asked to make sure they please vacuum my trunk and they said they will "lightly vacuum" but if I want a thorough vacuum I have to pay for pet hair removal. I'm not asking for the world here, just for a general vacuum. I hate how this place makes me feel every time I come and spend money. I always leave in regret. A pretty shitty feeling when you spend your hard earned money somewhere. Never ever again. I'm sure they won't care about this review, but for what's it's worth whoever sees it can hopefully make an intelligent decision not to patron this business and spend your money someplace else that will hopefully not fill you with regret. I went to Cobblestone Auto Spa for the first time today. Although they were a little busy, they got everyone checked in and moving fairly quickly. I choose the $28 car wash, which included the usual interior vacuum as well as the glass, tire shine, etc. I don't often go and have my car washed and vacuumed for me but I'm about to have a baby and can no longer do that for myself. Here's the deal, I still had to go home and touch up things they left behind. Re: my husband had to do it. Whoever vacuumed my car did the bare minimum. My mats looked like they were barely touched as did parts of my back seats. It does appear that they did vacuum under my mats as they had been unhooked and put back without putting back in place. I found dirt along side the seats and the door which could have been easily vacuumed out. The dash was wiped down, 2/3 of the way. I drove home staring at the line of dust at the back of the dash that I couldn't reach and they didn't try to get. Not to mention the incomplete job on the windshield. Honestly, I'm bummed that I paid for a job not fully done. I get that they were busy but there something to be said for doing things right. I thought I would stop in to get my car washed at Cobblestone since I had an appointment across the street. I asked for the $18 car wash and I was immediately told the $24 was a better wash. Since it was going to take awhile, I left my car there and went to my appointment. When I left, my car was in the drying area, ready for a wipe down. I let the attendant know that I was leaving and would be back. I returned in 1 hour to pick up my car. When I started looking over my car, I found the job to be shoddy at best. I was severely disappointed to say the least. When I pointed out the areas that had not even been wiped down, I was told by Ismael that the car was dusty and basically, if I wanted it cleaner I would have needed to pay for a higher car wash. I asked him if their wash job was a $24 car wash, he said he would go and get the manager but did not return. After waiting for a few minutes, I went inside and asked the cashier for the manager. He picked up the phone and said a customer wanted to see him. The clerk hung up the phone and told me that it would be a "minute" as the manager was busy. I asked if the "minute" was going to be an actual minute, or would it be a longer time. I was told by the clerk, it would probably "be a long time." I then asked for my money back. Again he called the manager and told him the customer wanted the money back, he was told to give me a refund. The cashier handed me $18! I told him no, I paid $24, he ended up giving me the correct amount back. He also told me that he just refunded someone $200, yikes. So basically, I did not have a good experience and will not be coming back. I don't think that it's too much to ask that for $24 my car actually come out clean and have been vacuumed out. Seriously, it's like people just do not have any pride in their work. I get they are busy, but still. The other issue is the manager. I don't believe that management should be too busy that they couldn't talk to an unhappy customer. This whole fiasco confirmed to me that customer satisfaction is not their highest priority.
