This place has committed fraud multiple times. I went in to have my oil and fluids changed, my engine flushed, and my driver-side running light replaced. I ended up asking him to replace all of the lights while he was at. Might as well, right? But of course, the guy STILL tried to upsell me. My car needed the "premium" oil change and blah blah blah. Completely lied for the company, like it was scripted or he was trained to do it. Ended up paying almost $1,000. Guy was "done" in MAYBE 15 minutes. Pulled my car around like everything was good, and NOTHING I paid for had been fixed. Took it to a trusted mechanic shortly after and he confirmed. Sad thing is, it wasn't the first time I had come to this place. Coming in for a single fix, like an oil change, isn't an issue. But don't pile on an order for these guys. They WILL scam you. Even funnier part, the windshield guys tried to hustle me after they knew I got ripped off. When I didn't agree to their windshield deal, an employee took down my cell phone number off of their company document and proceeded to pester me via text message about how much he needed me to buy a windshield so he could "meet his goal." He was a younger guy, maybe 20 or so. I assumed he didn't know better, so I politely let him know how it was illegal to do what he did, and left it at that. This place is poorly run and a sham. Go to an actual mechanic or an auto shop that you trust. A car wash is one thing, but to mistreat your car and lie to you entirely is an injustice. You deserve better. read more

Taken by surprise...I purchased a buy-one get-one free during a visit on 12/02/2018. Little did I know (and not highlighted before you purchase) the purchase expires after 30 days. I paid for a free wash and Cobblestone is now telling me my money expires in 30 days. Absurd. If I bought your bogo you should honor it whenever I want to use it. Poor customer loyalty Cobblestone! I brought my car to get an oil change and the kid insisted that i get a new air filter whatever. Nothing was wrong with my car at all before i brought it other than needing oil. The asshole kid broke my ac and tried telling me it was like that before they had it. So being a female i brought a male over with me because y'all treat us like we have no clue about shit. And he was extremely rude. I have been going here for years for many things but this blew it. My ac is worse than it was when y'all gave it back and it's been a few weeks since y'all said "it might be dust." Thank you for breaking my shit and wasting my money read more

I went to get a good car wash and was very disappointed. I spent $49 to have the Diamond option, the wash plus the conditioning for the inside. When they were finished there were still dried on bugs and an awful job on vacuuming. Not going back read more

Still sitting here waiting for my truck detailed to be done 5 1/2 hours later. It was supposed to be done 2 1/2 hours ago. I saw them move it and left unattended fir almost 30 mins so went to check if it was done and realized that they had only buffed out one headlight when I had paid $50 to have both of them done. So I had to sit and wait again for them to do the other headlight. There's no excuse when someone gets there as soon as they opened no other cars are waiting and the job doesn't get done until 5 1/2 hours later. I sat and watch them multiple times walk away and leave it for periods of time until I would go ask when it was going to be done again and then they would go back to it. read more

I'm in town from Chicago, helping my dad through his radiation chemo treatments at Mayo Clinic; I was on a tight schedule due to the almost round-the-clock attention my dad needs. My Mercedes rental desperately needed to get washed, waxed and vacuumed--Cobblestone Auto Spa saved me! It only took them about 30 minutes to get all that done! Really liked their waiting area, which had nice comfy couches and armchairs plus a bunch of TVs, and a bazillion different snack and drink options and an in-house Dunkin Donuts to have a nice quality nosh! Friendly and efficient staff too! I would definitely come back!!! read more

ok, going somewhere once and having a bad experience is a one off..... but the second time you go it becomes a pattern of behavior. went to this place a few weeks ago. I got my wife a brand new car. BRAND NEW so she pulls into the service area and the " predator" service writer PRESSURES her into paying $3 odd dollars to wipe down the seat....Seriously no one has sat in the car except my wife and its 3 weeks old. so i go into pay, I buy a card with 20 basic car washes on it. its more convenient so the car wash should be paid for right... NOOO had to pay the $3 dollars for the "seat wipe down" what a freaking rip off . i called the manager and told him that i understand the "up sell" they do but to pressure women who obviously are oblivious to the crap they spew they are just bullying woman as they do often in auto shops. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Totally out of line and i call BULL CRAP on this type of harassing business. So fast forward to this weekend. It rained... Ok let's be honest we had a rip snorting monsoon downpour,. my beloved truck had big spots of mud rain all over it. so i thought i didnt want to drive it like this so i'll do the cheap $3 dollar exterior wash and get the crap off... I drive to the car wash put my $3 in the machine and drive through for the "express wash" Get through the wash and it didnt rinse and blow dry the truck. so they told me to go through again. Drove through again.... AGAIN it didnt work so i have soap scum and mud crap all over my Beloved Truck... so a very caring employee said" i'll rinse it off for you with the pressure hose. So that's what she did , thank you morgan. But when Morgan asked the dryers to wipe it off they all refused. so i went to talked to the Manager AAron. Aaron said he was sorry and said he would dry it off... well he tried but it was already water spotted and my chrome rims looked like crap. Now.... through my company i used another of their facilities for my company vehicles. Car washes, Oil changes and gas for several vehicles total about $50,000 a year we spend there. well guess what they just lost $50,000 off their bottom line. will find another business who puts their customers first. Moral of this storey cobblestone, every customer needs great service because you never know who will be pulling in for a car wash. Cobblestone is always pretty quick with oil changes which is pretty much the only positive. They advertise oil changes as $29 but somehow EVERY time I come here I end up paying $80+. Definitely false advertising, don't get your hopes up. read more

These guys suck! By "guys" I mean employees! I just left this place and needed my back seat carpet spot cleaned. The stain was smaller than a paper plate. I was quoted $20.00 for the for the whole strip of carpet in the back seat by the guy in the drive through. He stated, "It would cost the same to do the whole strip or just the spot!" I opted for the whole thing. When I returned to my car it was just spot cleaned and then I was told it was $60 for the whole thing. These guys are scammers, make up prices as they please, nothing is set in stone and they're all on a different page! I will not be returning to this location. read more

Been coming to this car wash for years, was there this past Monday to wash my new car, no issues noticed at the time. Yesterday I check to reset my tripodometer and notice it had been broken. I have never had a bad experience. I just bought a new car and they were ready to help right away when I brought it in. I also have the fast pass for unlimited car washes and couldn't be more happy. Went today for the $3.00 special and my car was still DIRTY! I went back around to go through again and was told by manager, Paul, the $3 wash is not a wash just a light rinse. If I want a wash it's $5.99 and Paul, the manger (he made that very clear) refused to rewash my vehicle. Mud and dirt was still on my new 2015 Honda CRV. He was so rude and arrogant I told him that is why we have Yelp! to let others know they do not stand behind their poor car rinse. I said "It says 'wash' and Paul claimed, "NO, it is a light rinse, we do not guarantee the rinse" Be Ware!!! Other $3 car washes in town do a fine job for $3! I will not return! read more

Went there, been going for many years. They increased there prices, and service is poor. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my car washed. I told them they took 3 cars ahead of me. The front attendant said no, they time stamp these. I said exactly, the others were ahead of me at this end but behind me when I pulled in. Also the inside of my car windows were NOT cleaned. Save your money, avoid this place. I still use it but only for the $3.00 self drive through exterior wash and that's only after my truck has been out in the desert. read more

They sold me a "gift card" for a detail was which was $115. When I purchased this I was told it's just like a gift card so if I wanted to use it for other things I could. Today I came to get a regular car wash and wanted to use this card because I didn't need the detail. They told me I couldn't... classic bait and switch, I'll come get my detail and make sure it's perfect before I leave... even if they have to spend 8 hours on it... no one gets the better of me!!!! Bought a $35/- Ultimate plus car wash coupon. There were still MULTIPLE spots all over the car which were not cleaned properly. This carwash is always a miss for me, I always end up telling the person who hands me my car to give me a rag because they always miss something on the inside or miss something on the outside , my last visit I was in a rush and didn't notice until I got home that they only semi cleaned the dash on the driver side and door and also semi cleaned the middle console, stain and drink spills were not even cleaned. I was disappointed since I had paid a higher grade car wash and was expecting to get my moneys worth but I will definitely have to visit another location from now on. read more

Good car wash but can improve. First having the side wash rotating brushes go completely across the front bumper & grille and again completely across the rear bumper area for a COMPLETE CLEANING process!! 2nd to have a couple of of hands brushing the wheels prior to entering wash area to clean the wheels thoroughly. 3rdly having the hand drying crew needs to wipe dry the ROOFS & rear hatch jambs & side door jambs thoroughly & USING CLEAN rags for interior windshield cleaning ( too many smear wipes) !! So I read a number of bad things about this place from some reviews on Google but decided to go anyways because it was so close. The end result was that the people that did my oil change were amazing (Matt especially). They even figured out that my spare in the trunk was what was keeping my low tire-pressure sensor on. As to the car wash, that was a bit less stellar. It was "OK," nothing amazing, particularly for the cost. So I'd recommend this place so long as you avoid the more expensive car cleaning services. read more
