I've been going here for years for a hand wash. They have doubled their price ( Double) in the last few months ( first time getting car done in a few months) . I pointed out that some how chewing gum had splattered up onto the panel behind the rear wheel. No problem I was told, they have a solvent. Evidently, they didn't care because when I looked at the area the gum was still there. I had to point it out and stand around whilst they took care of it. You couldn't miss it. Won't be returning due to huge price increase and lack of attention to detail. The staff told me they are getting a lot of complaints about the huge price increase. I understand inflation but to double the price is ridiculous. As an update: two days later I was taking my wife to the airport. Previously they would vacuum the trunk. They didn't do the trunk. Do not deal at all with them, I asked for cash back and they gave me counterfeit money I gave it back and demanded a real $20 and they refused. They wouldn't even talk to me. After calling the cops they accused me of being the one that had the fake money and I was just trying to scam them out of it. I wouldn't deal with these people at all they are very shady. read more

After visiting this cobblestone location, I was very impressed!! I love the fact that it is a one-stop shop for my vehicle. They did an excellent job detailing my jeep, very through. The staff is friendly and listened to my needs and gave me a fair price. There is a dunkin donuts that serves lunch while you wait for your vehicle. The location is clean and kid friendly. I have also taken my jeep here for the oil change and inspection. They were able to get me in right away with out an appointment. I don't know much about mechanics, but they took care of everything I needed that day without over charging me. I really appreciate the cobblestone crew, and will continue to bring my vehicle here, I recommend this cobblestone location to all of my friends, family, and anyone reading this review. read more

My husband took our car through the car wash and it completely ruined the finish on my rims. My husband put in a review on yelp about the experience. We received a response on the yelp that said to email them because they wanted to discuss the damage done by their machine. He emailed them and we still have not received any response to our email. Apparently, they respond on yelp to make it look like they are interested in the issue a consumer had but in actuality they don't. read more

I was referred here by a friend who only comes to this place for their car washes. I pulled my car up in line and found that the staff was very friendly from the beginning. I needed a full cleaning for my car so I got one of their full service washes. Guillermo took very good care of my car and made sure it really got cleaned. I have been going to this location for sometime and the quality is just awful not to mention the wait time is insane. They have 1 person at the entrance and you wait and wait then it can be 40 minutes for them to finish your car. walking up to the car there is always water still dripping from the mirrors or door handles and bottom of doors. My fiance and I have been going to Cobblestone Auto Spa for years and have always been very pleased with the service and value we have received. That is, until today. We took our 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser to Cobblestone Auto Spa for a full interior/exterior detail (shampooed carpet, treated seats, dash and exterior wash & buff) which set us back $150. Quite honestly, I feel that the service we received was worth less than half of that. Here's a quick rundown of the good and bad: The good: - The vehicle is cleaner than before. The bad: - Upon pickup, the first thing I noticed was that the rear windshield wiper was completely mangled, presumably from running it through the wash. The manager did replace the wiper after I brought it to his attention. - There were several new surface scratches on the vehicle. Thankfully they were easily buffed out, again after I pointed them out to the manager. - They had taped the rear wiper down to the vehicle's body and didn't clean the gummy residue off after removing the tape. - Residue from the compound they used to buff the body was all over the vehicle's trim and molding. A simple wipe of the molding was all that was needed. - None of the black molding was treated. - The windows were not cleaned. In fact, the wax writing with the detail instructions was still on the passenger windows. Notice a theme? This place paid absolutely no attention to detail. While inspecting the car I was voicing this quite openly to the manager and employee. While the manager was handling things professionally, the employee at one point made the comment: "It's not like when you brought it here it was the shiniest vehicle ever." He was visibly upset and took quite an aggressive/confrontational stance toward me for critiquing his work (or lack thereof). Extremely unprofessional. Things were the same inside the vehicle: surfaces were either not wiped, or they were soaked in cleaner to the point of runs and pooling, vacuuming job was poor, and the third row seats weren't cleaned at all. The list goes on. Needless to say, when one spends $150 on a detail, he/she does not expect to have to spend several hours at home finishing up the job. Oh wait! The manager did offer us a free car wash. Uhh, no thanks. Overall, the quality of work was abysmal and the whole job just seemed like it was rushed. I am very disappointed and will never, NEVER be returning to Cobblestone Auto Spa again. Next time I'll save my $150 and pay my blind, elderly grandmother to do it. I would bet that she would pay more attention to detail whilst "detailing" my vehicle than these guys. read more

This is a super nice gas station/car wash place. The staff are super friendly. The inside of the place is very welcoming, it has a Dunkin Doughnuts inside. Even waiting for your car wash they ask you if you want popcorn as I wait for my car to get cleaned. However, one of the salesmen was trying to sell me into getting my car waxed. The reason was because my car was going to have stains on it from sprinkler marks on it. Which seemed a little weird. The point is was he was trying to sell me to buy for having my car waxed. I did not get my car waxed, I ended up getting a regular car wash, and my car turned out fine after it. read more

Back from a weekend that included a half mile drive to a cabin on a wet dirt road, I paid $9.99 for a wash with the best exterior seal etc, while allowing me the opportunity to personally detail the interior. Regarding the exterior: the passenger side looked great. After cleaning up the interior and back at my office, I noticed that the passenger side did not get all the dirt splatter off, when I was at the wash. I immediately drove back. In my astonishment the supervisor offered a "mud removal" charge. Come on I wasn't mud hopping in the desert, I drove about 1/2 mile down a dirt road. The bottom of the car was not caked in mud. The sides had that spattered appearance along the bottom doors etc prior to the wash It is obvious that the person ( who took the receipt) had given attention to just the one side. At that moment, he should have suggested "mud removal" detailing (which it never needed). All it needed was for the guy to walk around to the other side and give a blast or two. Now I have to confront all the sealed in dirt to remove. What the supervisor was really seeing was how to get compensated for the effort necessary to remove the sealer etc in order to get back to the dirt that was there prior to the wash. Anyway, I certainly did not pay more. My simple request to run it through again was not honored. I am guessing because it would not have washed off. Wow, I had been going here for a year or so because of the opportunity to avoid the sales pitches via the drive through service. There were milk stains everywhere. Didn't even bother to wipe down the seats or the doors. Just signed up for a membership! Its ok because of the convenience of the locations but the quality is average. I have a black vehicle and noticed a film half way up my car, and the dryer didn't seem to get the back of the car. Additionally the wipe that is provided is not more than a small baby wipe other companies provide a damp shammy type towel that can wipe the interior and exterior with no problem, not sure how long Ill continue my membership read more

I get my car washed here and a few weeks ago I locked the keys in my car. I requested AAA and went inside for a soda. I mentioned to the cashier what happened and she said: "oh, we can help with that". A few minutes later, a very nice man (sorry I don't recall his name) was at my car and opened the door. No charge. Very unorganized and doesn't matter what order the cars come in. You will wait in your car until they get to it. Then go inside and wait in line to pay. I was at the register the cashier called up the guy behind me to go to the next register. She checked him out before me. She said she's only one person. What does that have to do with it, he was behind me. Thinking about giving up on my pass and going somewhere else. This has happened too often here so not just coincidence. read more

So I pay 30 bucks to have my car have an ultimate wash at cobblestone. Didn't even look like it was vacuum doubt dashboard and middle console not even wiped off back seats not even vacuumed off. Completely disappointed . Right after I went to a $3 car wash with a free vacuum and had To vacuum out my car myself and got home and took Armor All to my - and center console myself and my back doors and my hatch inside. I remember when cobblestone used to Armor All the inside did even look like they did anything except for wipe off the dust. I will never ever go back again I can clean my car better than they did. I had such a great experience at this location! I went in for a carwash and the free vacuumms and was surprised by how great the sucction on these machines are! Quick and CLEAN :) There while doing all that I met this young lady that pointed out a chip on my windshield. She mentioned how the process worked and got my repair in minutes!! He didn't show it to me when I asked him. Another employee quickly flashed it at me before he subjected me to the rude person. If the vehicle was damaged as you said then post the picture, AND if it was damaged why wasn't the dirt cleaned off after going thru the car wash, because it was dirty after being washed. I have been trying out this place as I have had too many issues with Jackson's. Pros: great lobby. Comfortable chairs inside and out. They have a dunking donuts inside. All the employees are super friendly. I also brought in my truck for an oil change the guys called me and pointed out a leak in my truck and told me to call my mechanic ASAP so grateful they noticed. They do a better job then Jackson's Cons: tipping is a pain and many of the employees are confused on how to help me. If you get gas you can pay for your wash at the pump and save some money. However, you have to go inside for your claim check (which is good) and I want to get tip money. Every time they do it differently and some times have charged me a fee to do it. Today I paid inside and it took two people to figure out how to get me the cash. I will point out I am using a credit card. I bring in business vehicles and I must put it on a business card and I do not have cash for tip. At Jackson's it is easy to get a tip and it is on the receipt so the tax people are happy. Hoping this figure this out. I would like to tip but it takes a crew of people to figure it out every time. read more

I usually purchase ultimate wash tickets from Cobble stone and give them as gifts to my friends and family. In Arizona we all need to wash our trucks more often. This afternoon, I went to the Cave creek Cobble stone auto to wash my truck. I used one of my ultimate washes that I purchased earlier. When the truck came out there were several spots on my black colored truck that was not cleaned by the car wash machine and normally it will be gone when they wipe the truck. No one wiped the truck, they just vacuumed it and polished the tires. When I asked the attendant why, he said that they will need more money to wipe the truck. The attendant was rude and didn't care for whatever I said. So I asked for the manger (Guillermo Lugo) and when I showed him their work, he said that there are many spots and I will have to pay them more money to wipe the truck clean!! He didn't even offer to take the truck through the car wash again which would have cleaned the truck completely. The manger told me that I will have to pay them more money for them to wipe the truck. He was rude and condescending and I am not sure how he got to this position given his interaction and attitude with customers. He definitely needs customer interface training. It seemed to me that all what they cared for is for customers to pay more money for them to clean the car. Actually, I saw another customer who was there before me and had a similar issue and he ended up wiping his truck himself in the bay while the all of the other workers were looking at him. I was furious with the manager (Guillermo Lugo) for his attitude and the way he was talking to customers. I was surprised how rude and unprofessional the manager was, he treated customers who pointed out issue to him with bad attitude. He actually asked me to wipe the truck myself similar to the individual prior to my arrival. It seems to me that this branch is money hungry and don't care for customer satisfaction. This kind of business strives on repeated customers, however with this bad attitude, I will be surprised as to why anyone will come back to the cobblestone auto Cave Creek location again. When you point out any issue with their workmanship, they ask for more money to fix the issue. The amount of cars that were at that location explains the reason for the low volume of work they do. I went home and I ended up wiping the remaining spots with my daughter and now it is all clean. I wanted to share my experience with you to let you know of the bad experience I encountered with the workers and especially their manager Guillermo Lugo. The worker at that branch, definitely, needs more customer interface training. I am definitely taking my business somewhere else. read more
