I was told to go into the location to fill out a form for a refund from an auto detail card I purchased. I went into the storr on saturday the 5th and the supervisor said to talk to the manager, the manager said to call corporate. I have left corporate 3 voicemails and sent 2 online messages since Sunday with no return call. I called this location again today to ask them to get corporate to call me and the lady again proceeded to tell me I have to go in and fill out a form. She then said all she could do was send corporate an email. I just want credit for the $200.00 plus gift card I am not going to use because I just bought a brand new vehicle. Usually when I get a car was I feel good and excited BUT NOT TODAY! I paid $30 dollars for a car wash let me tell you when I got in my car it still felt dirty and my car wasn't bad at all. The dash was not wiped down correctly still missing spots the center still had bits of dirt and the vacuuming was terrible they don't remove the floor mats. Overall terrible work I think there in such a hurry to get cars out that the forget about the detail work. I will never come back read more

I have been a customer for two years with Cobblestone. At this location there has been a couple of incidents with possible damage to my car in the car wash, the latest of which occurred last Sunday January 9th. The was a young man that drove my car through the wash to the drying area was rude to me when I asked him to make sure that my windows and doors were dried out, as they do every week. I attempted to help dry the mirrors with the air blower to help them out and save time as they were busy and I also had an appointment to go to. He told me not to help, and it cost me extra time. When I walked around my vehicle, I noticed a new scratch and dent that I had not noticed before. Therefore I asked the manager to review security footage, which showed that it may have been there prior to the wash. Which was satisfactory to me, however it cost me more time and I had to cancel my doctor appointment. The young guy that had been rude to me at the car drying area had followed me when I went to talk to the manager about the possible damage (to make sure I was not going to report his rude behavior.) He then acted even MORE unprofessional and went up to another customer AND a service mechanic where I could see and hear him talking about me and laughing. I reported it to the service manager as well. (Then the other customer in which he was talking about me to had approached the service manager as well, stating that "his $400 sunglasses were missing from his car" after his wash). He was upset as well and digging through garbage cans in search of his expensive glasses. I returned to this location yesterday Sunday January 16th for a wash and there was a new cashier who stayed her name was Amanda, at the desk who was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional . I went to the counter with my receipt and she snapped at me "I don't need that! Take it outside!" I stated that I needed to get cash back for a tip for the car detailers outside, (as I do EVERY week) with other cashiers without any purchase ever required. Amanda was rude and nasty and said "you have to BUY something" rolling her eyes. I asked if she was new, as I never recalled seeing her before, and that maybe they had not been trained on how to do the cash back. She snapped at me stating that "SHE was the store manager" and "knew what she's doing". I went outside and attempted to call corporate office, to report her unprofessional behavior. However, It was Amanda who answered the phone, I called four times and each time she hung up on me and REFUSED to give me her supervisors phone number or corporate. I did not want the workers to go without a tip so I decided to return into the store and bought I product in order to get cash back. I asked Amanda to please provide corporate phone number. And told her I did not appreciate her hanging up on me four times. She snapped "it was disconnected!"Again, she refused to provide the contact phone numbers I requested. She then brought up the incident from the previous Sunday and stated "we have a problem with you every time you come here, you accuse us of putting scratches on your car, etc etc!" This was already a resolved issue that had NOTHING to do with her at all. I told her I would be reporting She stated "GOOD! I don't want this job ANYWAYS". And she said "I AM CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP!" And told me to "get out" she was yelling at me in front of other customers in the store. I told her that her behavior was EXTREMELY unprofessional and could cost her her JOB, and that I would go to a different cobblestone going forward, due to the unprofessionalism of her and the other individual the week prior. I have never had any problems with the hard working auto detailers who greet me upon arrival and work hard on cleaning my car. It is too bad that unprofessional employees ruin customer relations and also make the entire business look unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. Now I have to drive further to a different cobblestone (IF she didn't cancel my membership) or I will be cancelling both mine and my sons memberships due to this woman's verbal attacks and unprofessional behavior. Like most have already stated, serious lack of attention to detail and common sense. I paid extra for a hand wash, and the fools washed my car outside in the bright sun with112 degree temperatures. Guess what: car was covered with hard water spots. Additionally, the interior detail was just as bad. Large areas where they used detail spray and air freshener which was never wiped down. The inside of the windows were not cleaned properly either, some areas of the window I could write with my finger. I pretty much wasted my time and money, had to rewash the car myself when I got home. Some of the water spots were so bad I had to use vinegar to get them off. ARGHHH never again! read more

This afternoon I came in to this location for an oil change after seeing a large banner advertising "$19.99 oil or lube." I was met with Andre (who claims to be the general manager at this location) and he flashed me a list of oil change options that did not include the $19.99 option. Naively, I assumed the basic option was the discounted option, however after speaking with the cashiers I went back to Andre to discuss the miscommunication. He was nothing but rude and defensive when I brought up the $19.99 offer being misleading. I will not be returning to this location. Since I moved to AZ I've had yet to find a good drive thru car wash until now and this place is it! It's great, better then others as they provide air freshener, dash wipes, clean towels to all customers. It's never crowded, the machine does great washing the car, never disappointed like I have been at others that do not wash and rinse right. I travel farther to wash my car here instead of right by my house, totally worth it! read more

Wanted a full service car wash, ended up leaving after paying. Horrible customer service, one guy was nice but then a guy in a green shirt (don't know if that made him a manager or what) came out and was aggressive and careless, he guided me, I followed (From drive to neutral, from off the tracks to on the tracks) and when I went to neutral the tracks took me and it almost wrecked my vehicle. He said it was because I went into drive, NOT. AT. ALL. I followed him and his directions. So angry I went down the road to a different car wash. read more

I have been going to cobblestone for years. But I tried this location today and I was extremely disappointed in what was done. I asked for a full service wash and i didn't even get an interior treatment, the mats were filthy, and there were chunks of dirt left in the wheel wells. I will continue going to my location in Mesa but never again in chandler. read more

I drove in to check out the new spot. They offered $10 off their top package "ultimate" which is normally$35.99. The outside of car is clean and the inside was still dusty ( we live in az where you can't escape the dust) but there was no attempt at wiping the dash or front portion of the stereo. read more

Customer service is great at this location with most of the staff - there are some that are just cold. Stopped coming because there have been plenty of times there are 3-4 cars waiting (not a full lot) and it takes over an hour to get my car washed - hate blocking out over an hour or two just to get my car washed. read more

Everyone working here was so kind to me especially Al who I believe is one of the managers. The car I cleaned belonged to my wife and was a complete mess (two kids 1 year and 3 year old) and when I say horrible mess I mean terrible mess. I came in close to closing because I just found out how messy it was and despite all that they treated me with kindness and took care of my car. They let me know with the amount of mess I came in with it's somthing more then the washes they normally give but they were gonna take care of me this time anyway. Not surprised, but definitely not using these guys anymore. Vacuums have too much force, and towels don't actually absorb. Lost a longtime customer for life!! Only 2 months ago they were charging $29.99 to hand wash my truck and increased the price to $59.99 for the same service. Not interested in doing business with a company that tries to RIP off there customers. Took my girlfriends car here today and was blown away by the quality of the drive thru car wash. We paid for the $7 wash and I honestly expected the quality to be average especially how quick our car was pushed through the wash. When it came out I was incredibly surprised how clean and dry it was. The only con is that vacuums were very weak. They did the job but took longer than should have. We'll probably get the monthly subscription. read more

DO NOT GO HERE- First off, this team is full of idiots. None of them know what they're doing, they are all incredibly rude, and when my sisters car broke down from their idiotic choices, JR from this location lied about it and screamed at our mother. He tried to say it wasn't their fault when they literally left a wrench in the engine, stripped wiring, used the wrong oil, and many other issues. They are all incapable of doing their jobs. Save your money and go somewhere else. On top of this- management just responded and did absolutely nothing- due to their mistakes we had to pay for two different tows, a mechanic visit, a hotel for these poor 4 teenage girls who got stranded in the middle of the desert due to the incompetence of all of these employees, and much more- they said they'll comp the price of the oil change but it is WAY beyond that. They are a terrible company who will not accept fault for their actions. The manager, JR, actually had the audacity to tell my mother that there was no way his team did that and that she probably went to jiffy lube. Now, we wish we had gone there since none of these people are capable of doing their job. To top it all off, besides the car breaking down stranding a bunch of teenagers in the desert, the wrench being left in the car, the wire being stripped, and all of the other problems we had dealt with, we came in for an oil change and they could not even do that. I brought my car in to have the interior detailed. I live 25 miles away (without this service in my location), so it was a day out to get this done. On my way home the sun hit my windshield showing it was covered in overspray of some Armorall type product. I tried to wipe it away but it made it worse. This substance was on EVERYTHING. I was on the freeway and needed to get home, so turning around wasn't an option. I called as soon as I got home and they said to bring it back. I explained that I had to clean the windows in order to drive so it was pointless. They shampooed the seats which were left soaking wet. I was so upset about the windows that I didn't think to leave the windows down, nor did they tell me to. A couple days later my car stunk of mildew. I spoke to the manager who only offered to redo everything. I explained that A) I would have to do another 50 mile round trip, B) I already cleaned my windows and C) It would just get the seats wet again. I asked for a full or partial refund and he refused. He said the mildew wasn't their fault and said he would never give a refund for a missed window. I explained it wasn't just missed, it was all windows and they had been covered in a greasy residue. He didn't care. NEVER take your car there. read more

I foolishly keep going back after telling myself it is a waste of time and money. Don't expect to get a thorough cleaning unless you give in to the upsale for the top service package and then you'll probably have to complain to the Manager to have the job done right. They have a service called the "Supreme", sounds like it should be a fairly thorough service! They don't even vacuum under the floor mats and leave a lot of surfaces dirty. There's more but looking at other reviews it won't make any difference to this Outfit. Save your money. If you must go there, just do the Express. read more

This place is terrible. My wife paid for the most expensive service they offer, which they explained to her as a "detail." She waited 40 minutes expecting her vehicle to be "detailed." When she opened the door she discovered they did almost nothing but a simple vacuum. There was still plenty of work to be done. Their definition of a "detail" is crap.
