Post snowstorm bath. I find this location convenient for use when making a trip to the shops nearby. Towels are normally stocked but I always have my own under the seat just in case. The tunnel always seemed to do a decent job, vacuums always work and plenty of them so you don't have to be stacked by someone else espically if you use the back row. I HAD been frequenting this location for the past 1 1/2 years, until today. Pulled in to wash one of my two cars on the unlimited plan, and the young woman, who never smiles, was pulling me in. She indicated for me to go to neutral, I did, then started waving the placard, so I put the brakes on. She went and got the manager, not the guy who's always on in the mornings, .... This guy said to disengage the parking brake, but it was not on. No apology, neither one smiled, no wave, or even thanks for understanding. What a poor way to greet customers. Lucky for me, there's another Cobblestone not 1mi south, this is where I'll go from now on. This location needs to train their employees to be courteous like ALL other Cobblestones are. My wife went to get our car washed, and even though we have a subscription, the computers were down. The "assistant manager" refused to let her get the car washed. When she complained, he said he'd call Parker police. She refused to be bullied, and this gentleman would not give his name. Called police via 911. Police were perturbed, since this was not an emergency. So, we pay for a monthly service, but when the computers are down, we're expected to pay? I'm furious. I've never heard of a customer being assaulted by an employee like this. Shame on you, Cobblestone. read more

Normally I don't leave reviews, only in cases of EXTREME bad service. Well here you go...I've been to many different car washes and always get the basic wash ($10) and it gets my car clean. After I came out, it looked the same as before. I went in to talk to them to get another pass through, and the general manager Bobby Campbell refused, saying that if I wanted my car clean, I should have gotten the $14 wash. I told him if that's true, they should list that on the menu. He said it was company policy that nobody is allowed to go back through, although he wasn't able to show that to me anywhere. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and had NO customer service. The only thing he did was give me the number of the corporate office to call, which I did, but nobody answered. If you look at previous reviews, there are other people with the same complaint. The company says it's not policy, but looks like they haven't informed their General Manager. NEVER going back. UPDATE: I see they've replied here, but I've also left 4 messages at corporate without any return call. I contacted them at that email and continued to try to call corporate and left messages. This company does not care. Cobblestone took over operation of a long standing family owned and operated car wash that has been here since this was built. I had a membership there since the day they opened and found the location convenient and the former owners/staff were wonderful. The GM they brought in is the most rude, inept, unhelpful, and vile person I've ever interacted with. They fired everyone who worked here for years, but yet complain that they're understaffed. The first interaction I had with this jerk was when he yelled at me for not pulling in the bay while he held a STOP sign up to my car. Their license readers don't work, I was stuck at the gate with a line building up behind me. Instead of coming to help when I motioned 4 times, he stared at me and did nothing. I paid a fee to get through a bit hold up the line instead of using my membership that was prepaid. When I came in for a refund he told me he didn't know how to operate the register and I had to wait for Ty, the only person in their operation who is decent and knows how to do anything. Ty had to tell this asshat to back off and calm down for how he spoke to me. There's probably a 40 year age difference between the GM and Ty. Ty being the younger and more mature of the two. Tell me why this young man isn't the GM? Corporate should know that he not only doesn't help customers, but throws a fit when you tell him what you know you're entitled to as a paying car wash member. He refused to help me cancel my membership. I asked to have someone contact me and he wouldn't take my information. I filed a complaint a week ago along with my membership cancellation request and that has still not been handled. This company is a joke, don't waste a penny here. read more

Took my car to this location for a wash today. Quite possibly the worst wash I've had at a Cobblestone. There were about 4-5 streaks of dirt from the hood of the car, over the windshield all the way to the trunk. read more

Went from the best car wash in town to one of the worst, I mean I was a customer for almost 3 years before the change of ownership now it's trash, employees are stoned and pay zero attention, the equipment is constantly broken down and of course they are always closed. The manager offered me a discounted rate but then I went back to use it and again you guessed it broken down and closed. read more

10:30 am on a Wednesday and they were not open, no signage explaining the situation, nothing. Based on the other reviews I'm guessing no one bothered to show up to work. They were also short and seemed bothered to help me switch my account after the takeover. This location is very convenient, but I may have to find a new car wash. read more

Horrible!!!!! Wish I could give a zero! I tried the new Castle Pines location. I came out of the wash to find my back bumper dented in and the fog light damaged. A customer who came out of the wash right after mine had two dents on his trunk that weren't there before the car wash. We called over the manager and he took our names and phone numbers and promised he's get back to us. Needless to say, he never did!! We both went in a few times and the manager made excuses for why we hadn't heard anything. I called the customer service line and left messages with corporate. NO ONE bothered to return my calls, so I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Only then did the manager call me to say that their car wash could not have done the damage to my car. I took my car to get repair estimates at two different places and both said that they have seen this kind of damage from car washes. Cobblestone customer service is SHOCKING! Was greeted by this rude gentleman who claims to be the new general manager, Troy. My license plate was not being read, so I honked which seemed to upset Troy as I interrupted him sitting on his phone. When he came over, he stated "the sun won't ready the plates, you have to enter it in yourself, very rudely. I explained to him this was only my 2nd time being able to utalize this car wash as they seem to close earlier than 5pm every single day for the past week. I asked him what time he closed to which he replied you can go to any cobblestone. I asked him again what time he closed to which he answered, you can go to any cobblestone. After explaining to him that this cobblestone is most convenient as I live across the street And I'm not home from work until 6pm, he told me to fuck off and enter the car wash if I wanted my car washed as he was "clearly the only person who wanted to work anymore and is here all alone every day" as if that's my problem. He refused to give me corporates number, had to call a different location to get it, and blocked me from leaving at one point! I am a paying customer, and only the second review. If this situation is not handled, you can expect many more reviews like this. I will happily be canceling this membership, and you should be happily firing this man who claims to be the general manager. Please contact me with a resolution. read more

All 4 workers (young kids) standing at the payment machine. Politely told the one kid I come here all the time I can do it myself and then he gives me an attitude and says Okayyyyy. Then starts talking to the other kids and all of them start asking me, Good sir? you're good sir ?you're good sir?? Like 5 times with an attitude. Then they started mouthing off. Went inside to speak to the manager and one of those boys said he was the manager and I said I don't appreciate what I just encountered and the first thing he says to me "don't you dare disrespect my employees, because I was out there with them and I know what happened" Are you kidding me? He tells me again how it went down because he was standing out there when he wasn't the kid that gave me the first attitude. These kids think they can talk to anybody they want in a demeaning manner when a customer is complaining about the service or how they are treated. This place needs to learn to talk to customers if they are upset about something or the service that is provided. We just don't come to the business to bitch..we are paying for a service and then to be disrespected by the employees is ridiculous.
