It really gives an island vibe when eating at the cove from the high ceilings to the music to the great food choices and especially sitting along the water. You'll also never know what type of boat you might see as well, which makes for a fun time. I think a highlight appetizer is definitely the conquers. They are super flavorful and you definitely get the seafood taste without much filler. I also love the black and mahi sandwich for an entrée. I think that they always give a very nice piece of mahi and the blackened seasoning that they use is not overbearing, but really adds flavor. My favorite drink here is a blue moon on draft. I think that there is nothing better than a blue moon when sitting along the water. If you haven't tried the cove, I definitely recommend stopping by. I think their food is phenomenal. The atmosphere is great and the service is a 10 out of 10.

There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. While I tried to convince the others for the flan, we went with the tres leches. It was fabulous! So try and save a little space for dessert if you can. Fast forward to today, and it's a completely different story. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The steaks were massive, juicy, and cooked to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere, and I've paid top dollar at high-end steakhouses. The Hawaiian ribeye, in particular, was incredible, tender & juicy. The wings were huge and packed with flavor, honestly some of the best wings I could ask for. They've also stepped up their starters. The new bread with honey butter is insanely good, and the avocado eggrolls with tamarind sauce are absolutely next level. I added on the crab cake which is of insane quality, big lump pieces, it's actually hard to find breading. Service was just as impressive, attentive, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. I even had the chance to speak with the manager, Dani, who explained they made a major shift away from distributors that were hurting their quality. They went back to basics, focused on what made them great in the first place, and it shows in every bite. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, across any cuisine. J.
