I'm so disappointed and their customer service I received recently. I really enjoy cocktail wings but recently I ordered them and I never received them and I paid for them. The only thing that they can do for me was give me a refund and told me my refund would take five days. As a customer, I just thought I would be taking care of better or offered something more. I paid for something and I never received most places go above and beyond to fix the mistakes they made in your order But not cocktails too. read more

kyleigh was very very very polite patient considerate about the people coming in and out if this establishment...great with giving others time to figure out what they want to drink and animosity or downgrading energy towards others. really deserves a raise and perhaps a employment of the month reward. read more

I seen people complaining that kids can't come in. I think it's depends on who Sam likes. They told me, kids weren't aloud- when I called. I definitely seen a picture of Tiffany-bartenders- baby siting at the bar while customer's were drinking. read more

I just left and we were sitting there for about 30 minutes and no one came to take our order, we got up and went to the bar told the young lady that we have been waiting and if we can order or our drinks. With a bad attitude she said " I'm outside, not a the bar". Terrible experience. Food was very much average. Servers looked and interacted like they would rather be anywhere else. A grown man was yelling so obnoxiously that we asked the bartenders to say something. The one male bartender only made a joke with the guy that my party was outnumbering him so he should watch it. He then proceeded to curse at me in front of the restaurant and staff. No one addressed him at all. I love supporting local but this is inexcusable behavior from both the customer but even more so the staff. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Went to enjoy a bite to eat and enjoy some music on a Friday night. We sat at a table, ordered drinks and asked for a menu. Drink was delivered with menus. Were told we had to pay immediately for the drink, we couldn't order food and then pay the total check when done. Told we had to give a credit card and start a tab to avoid this. We wanted to pay with cash. Server stated this was "their policy". Have been before and this wasn't the policy. This isn't a cafeteria. We paid for the one drink and left. read more

We came to this place last night because my friends just got married. One of them works nearby so they come to this bar every so often. There were maybe 15 people sitting at the bar when we arrived and no one in the rest of the restaurant. Me and one other person ordered food together. I was the sober driver so I wasn't drinking. When we ordered the waitress/bartender named Jasmine blew us off so she could go talk to people outside and socialize. When she came back we ordered. Then we waited an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered a pizza and Caesar salad and my friend ordered fried pickles. We sat there for so long the ice in my drink melted completely and we had to flag down the waitress again to ask about our food. It was obvious that she forgot because she rushed back to the kitchen and returned immediately with our food. The cook told us it had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes and apparently the bartender/servers "do this all the time". The pizza was cold, the salad was a soggy blob and the pickle chips were so salty they weren't edible. We flagged down the waitress to tell her we couldn't eat the pizza because it was cold so she said 'okay' and picked it up and walked away. She didn't ask if we wanted something else or anything. 20 minutes later she comes back with the same pizza she took where she had put it back in the oven. Since it was reheated instead of being remade the pizza was flimsy, the crust was burnt to black and the cheese was a blob. We went to the other bartender and said we did not want this, we could not eat this. We went to the cook and asked what happened and he said the bartender didn't even ask him to re make it she just put it back in the oven herself. We told him we wanted chicken fingers, cheese bites and potato skins instead and he said okay 'I'll hook it up.' About 15 minutes later the other bartender brings out our food and also tater tots. We eat and then my friend needed to go home so we asked for a check. She said okay, walks behind the bar and starts taking drink orders from people at the bar. After making about 10 drinks I walked up to the other bartender and said this was not acceptable because we had to leave and all we needed was our check. The other bartender goes to get the checks and the first bartender Jasmine bumps her out of the way and starts frantically running our order in. Saying that they were 'busy' and acting like we were asking for something way out of the realm of reason. She brings out a check and there were items on it that we didn't order. We told her this and she walks off and then comes back and says 'you know what? I'll just pay for it.' We get the party together to leave and Jasmine pulls aside our friend ON THEIR WEDDING NIGHT and starts bitching to them saying we didn't want to pay our bill which is 1000% false. Take responsibility for your own screw ups!! Highly inappropriate to start drama with someone that not even involved on their wedding night. I will never come back to this "bar" and I had to write a yelp review to warn others. Oh, and I've been bartending for over 12 years so I KNOW what it's like to work in the service industry. Food was ok but the service sucked and being a sports bar it was kinda crappy being a bar in Kentucky it was pathetic

Stopped in with some friends and wore a mask. The bar tenders and waiters had masks, but not a single one wore it correctly. It was either resting on their neck, nose hanging out, or off completely. I understand it's annoying to wear one, but I wear one 9+ hours at work to protect myself and others. It's not that hard to put it on and keep it on properly. read more

*kids not allowed: Been coming here a while, would normally give at least 3-4 stars based on food and service. Today I took my wife and 2 kids for a quick bite at 6:30 on a Saturday. My husband and I along with 3 of our friends were there to watch the UK game, have a few drinks and a bite to eat. Service was slow which I understand as it was a large crowd. We had to finally flag a server down to order our drinks. We had arrived around 4:30 and by 5:15 or so we placed our food orders. Our server was not very personable and never came to check on us. Our friends orders arrived around 6. We were told the orders were being staggered-whatever that meant and that ours would soon be out. After 45 minutes we still had no food and our friends of course were finished eating. There seemed to be no management around or we would have let them be aware of our situation. So we flagged her down again told her to just bring our drinks ticket. She offered no explanation or apology. Based on this experience we won't be going back. read more

I am not the person to leave a negative review. However, our experience with Brandy our bartender has made it worth leaving. Our group of girls went to see the Barbie movie and then headed out to have a couple drinks after. We were having a decent experience until Brandy decided that after she finished her cleaning duties early and that she wasn't serving anymore. Instead of saying she didn't want to have to clean anymore glasses, she told us we would be cut off "due to seeming intoxicated". If anyone in our group had seems obnoxious, loud, or overly intoxicated we would have understood. However, no one had more than two drinks before they were told they weren't allowed to have anything else before closing the tab. I had one drink here. After being asked why, we were ignored. Brandy was extremely disrespectful and rude to our group. A gentlemen who worked here that we spoke to said this was not her first complaint, We will most definitely not be back to this establishment. read more

Don't expect to be served unless you're a middle aged white guy who looks like he has money. I politely sat at the bar for 25 minutes during the afternoon and did not get acknowledged once. I'm a server myself so I understand places being understaffed,but I feel like I was actively made to not feel welcome. read more

The food is good, the staff are welcoming, and the prices are great! It is more of a disco than a restaurant or bar though. The music is so loud you will not be able to hear what anyone is saying. May give it another shot during football/basketball season. This place could be great if they turned the juke box down a bit, otherwise, not my style. read more

Pros - Drink prices are better than most in the area. Has the large Roll Up Doors and some seating outside. Nice staff. Cons - Service has been slow both times I have been there, even when bar is not busy. "Garage Doors" have been open both times (Summer Time) making the temperature inside uncomfortably warm. They have ceiling fans but they do not help enough. They also leave the back door open to let air circulate through but that also let in an odor that was from the trash stored out back. Tip - Use the AC in the Summer! read more

Can you give a place zero stars? The waitress I had last night was so rude to me. I asked for a drink. She said she didn't know what it was. I asked for a different drink and she said she didn't know what that was either. So while I paused to think of my third runner up choice, she said, "or you could just tell me what's in it if you don't wanna be difficult". I cannot believe how incredibly rude she was. I have never been talked to that way by someone who was in food service. And for no reason at all it seems to me. Maybe she felt I was insulting her intelligence but she absolutely did not have to say what she said. It was like she was speaking in her head but decided to say it out loud. I still tipped her close to 20% when I closed out. But she really didn't deserve it. My best friend stayed after I left and he spoke to the bartender and the MANAGER and they got rude with HIM! They absolutely didn't want to hear it. Terrible waitress. Terrible manager. Terrible customer service. Terrible at taking feedback of their service. And my bestie is the nicest person, so for them to be rude with him when he more than likely came to them with a cool head, level tone and a heads up just blows my mind. I will not be returning ever again. Worst place I've ever been for a drink. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the waitresses don't need to know how to make a drink; they just need to know how to repeat it to a bartender so that they can either make it because they know what it is, or look it up and make it. I stopped in last night to meet a friend for a drink, and I was quite surprised! The staff were super friendly and quick (pretty good looking girls haha), fun atmosphere, and the live band was awesome. Oh and the wings were fantastic. Would be a great spot to meet the boys to watch a game. Will definitely be back in there again soon. read more
