Creative window coverings is one of only 3 listed Norman brand contractors in orange County, from the Norman brand website. I got quotes from all 3 people (window design group, budget blinds, and creative window coverings). I'll just say the other 2 companies were way more expensive. My cousin used to work in the window/shutter industry and he said creative window coverings price was fair, and the other companies essentially ripping me off profit wise. Creative window coverings sent Rai out to my home. He was very straightforward, honest, and gave me a lot of options and things to think about. Very knowledgeable. The other companies, one guy was in and out and didn't explain anything to me (tilt options, waterproof options for bathroom, how many panels I could choose, etc) and the other felt way too much of a sales pitch.
