Had a wonderful time here. I saw Sunny, who I remembered from another salon she used to work at. I got a mani and pedi. The pedi was a hot stone style and was sooooo relaxing. She also gave me a mini massage with my manicure. Both lasted more than 2 weeks. For regular polish, I feel like that's pretty good. They had a wide range of polish in regular, gel, and dip options. Had a terrible experience there today. I had a man who decimated my nails. I told him I wanted them rounded and he proceeded to grab his clippers and cut off my entire nail off. He then asked me if that was okay .... After he had done it! I had long nails which I spent a while growing. He cut them so short you could see the nail bed. He then cut the rest off to make them even. He had dry skin and man handled me the entire time and cut my cuticles. It was the worst manicure of my entire life. I paid, wanting to get quickly out of there and never return and he stopped me as I was leaving and asked why I didn't tip him. What terrible service. read more

The worst! Zero stars! While I was getting my pedicure, another woman came over to take my nail polish off (gel polish). I understand they're trying to be efficient (even though they were not busy AT ALL), but she didn't stop there. She proceeded to do my manicure while I was in the chair. I had to balance the soaking bowl on my lap while leaning over so she could reach my left hand) she was on my right side). This was straining my shoulder and neck. It was painful! She seemed annoyed when I asked her to finish at a table. As soon as the pedicure (which was mediocre at best) was finished, she motioned for me to move to a table. My toes were still wet. She made no effort to help me out of the chair. Not surprisingly, I nicked the polish on my big toe in the process of climbing out of the chair while holding my handbag, phone, etc. When I pointed it out to her, she sighed, yelling out to the woman who did my pedicure. They had a long, loud exchange of words. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. I considered leaving without being polished. When I go to pay, I find out they only accept cash tips. Don't have cash, no problem--they actually have an ATM In the salon. No thanks--I'm not about to incur at $3.00+ service fee on top of terrible service. She also overcharged me, but I was so done with this place I just wanted out. I left without tipping, which I never do. As I'm walking to my car, the owner (I presume) came running after me telling me I HAD to leave a tip. Pretty sure not tipping for poor service isn't against the law. Just an awful experience all around. This salon doesn't deserve your business. read more

I am so glad Coco Blue (Blue Bell) is right down the street! They have provided wonderful, efficient and thorough service for each manicure and pedicure. They have every color choice you could want, including gel, and I always leave with my nails and toes looking beautiful! Even the basic pedicure has great touches including hot wax for heels! **They also have implemented COVID precautions - everyone's temperatures are checked, they require masks, and they have set up plexiglass partitions all throughout the salon. I went here lastnight (01/19/2022) to get my eyebrows done since I was in the neighborhood. The appearance of the salon was beautiful however my brow results were not impressive at all . The woman who did my brows had me in and out within 1 minute and I have pretty thick brows. I am an esthetician and there was too little attention given to my brows. She did not shape them I could feel like wax going on and she only did the ends and did not follow it through my entire brow to create shape. When she was done she tweezed about four pieces of hair off each brow and ended the appointment. When I left it looks like a child did my brows. One is thicker than the other. I gave her 1: dollar for a tip then she requested more . Really awful . Not even one star . read more

This is my first time coming to this salon and I am satisfied with my experience. The woman I had do my nails was a young Hispanic woman and she was very sweet and gentle with my nails. She made sure everything was okay and made sure if I liked the color and design of the nail(I got a gel French tip). If something was sticking out she was quickly fix it.The place is very modern and clean and very spacious. Pricing is reasonable i paid 40 for a mani and plus 5 for gel. read more

Extremely overpriced. I got a dip manicure which was $45 but they charged an additional $10 to remove my existing dip. I've never had a nail salon charge for removal of existing polish/dip. The dip manicure was sloppy. Coverage was uneven. Nail length and shape was not consistent. The spa pedicure was $75. They don't have their prices posted anywhere. Shame on me for not asking first and for not asking when they upsold me while in the pedicure chair. Postivies: It was clean and they were not rude. I will not be going back here. There are many other nail salons in the area that do a better job and for less money. I wish I would've read the reviews first. I only went here due to meeting with a friend who suggested it. At my last pedicure appointment, the tech was rude and rushed when the place was empty. The polish was on my skin. It looks horrible. I asked her to break a $20 bill so I could tip. She rolled her eyes at me (I presume because she thought she was getting the whole $20, which would have been well over 20%). At a glance the lady did a nice job. I was left a little unsatisfied due to the bubbles in the tip and I got nipped 3 times in the cuticle on my right ring finger, right thumb (bleed throughout the appointment), and my left pointer finger. A day after my appointment, Saturday morning, my left thumb chipped and I noticed this is a spot that was skipped during the base coat that they put down before the gel. For all my nails they were slap dashed prepped with the gel prelayer, which I noticed is common at many salons. When they do this the gel does not properly adhese to the nail. Then day by day a different nail tip would fall off. In the end they didn't even last a week for a GEL MANICURE. Not sure who did my nails but it was a lady with glasses. Seemed super nice and finished with an excellent hand massaging. And they even convinced me to pay a service fee to take money out of their atm to pay them cash. This was my first mani/pedi since before lockdown in March 2020 and I was so excited. While my gel manicure looks great I was super disappointed with the rest of my experience. The nail tech took it upon himself to cut out my ingrown toenails (naturally they were struggling since I hadn't had them done in a year). He pointed them out and then just started snipping away. I should have spoken up but I was hopeful it would be ok. Well, I have an infection. He wasn't wearing gloves, the clippers were not very clean, the water was way too hot. My friend said she saw a dead cockroach on the floor. So very disappointed. I try to give the benefit of the doubt due to our current circumstance but now I have to see a podiatrist and take time away from work for something that's supposed to be nice and relaxing. read more

I will never be going back here. I had to walk out in the middle of a pedicure after the nail technician yanked a cuticle and caused it to bleed. It still hurts - a lot - 20 min later. I tired CoCo for the first time today and really enjoyed my experience. I'm a very picky salon person. They use liners for the pedicure tubs and it was all very clean and the massage chairs for Pedicures were very nice. I could see they either use brand new items or sterilize. Sunny did my Hot Stone pedicure which included a wonderful leg/foot massage. They also give you a short back massage post your service. I recommend it! read more

I have had good and bad experiences at the chain locations ( one in conshy and one in ambler) By far this one is my favorite. It is located in on of the new shopping centres in Blue Bell near my favorite brunch place. I had the regular and spa services done for my pedicure and gel manicures as well. Yes, little on the pricey side but compared to the service recieved and cleanliness of this salon, I surely would recommend! I usually have an older lady and she is fabulous! read more

This place is a total rip off. I've been coming here for awhile and things have changed. I went before my vacation last week, and it was during their slow time. I figured this should be hassle free. I am the only one there. So why am I getting a gel mani/ pedi at the same time? Balancing drying machines on your lap while trying to relax during your pedicure isn't what I am paying for. Since the gentleman had to do my manicure in my lap (did I mention nobody else was there waiting) he had a hard time cutting my cuticles. My pinky cuticle was bleeding because he yanked too much too deep. He said nothing. He just put a cotton swab on the bleeding cuticle and moved it along. It stung so bad. You could tell he was frustrated because he wanted to do the painting sitting at an actual table. Then the bill came and I was even more put off. $55 for a gel pedicure and $40 for a gel manicure?! Like where am I ? Unfortunately, I won't be back here because I can't afford to pay that kind of money for less than great service. Save your money and find somewhere else! read more

I made an appointment for a manicure. They were super nice and great service. When it came time to pay.. I was told 15.00 for manicure, 5.00 to remove gel nail polish. I gave the tech 40.00. She gave me back 15.00. I said did you keep 5.00 as your tip.. she said no. I said where did the 5.00 go? She said I don't know. I spoke with the owner.. the owner pulled up the cameras. To see what this tech was saying. Regardless it didn't get solved. This tech clearly does not know simple math. So frustrating on a Friday night. Very rude! I have heard from numerous people that they are not gracious about tips and if the tip is "not enough" (according to them), they will point to the ATM machine to indicate you should tip more. I do understand that people live off of tips, but any tip should be thanked. read more

I have been coming to this salon since they opened. I love it here, my escape from reality. The staff are so friendly and kind, the chairs and equipment are state of the art, and their sanitation is excellent! They give the best pedicure massages I have ever had. The colors are organized and easy to find. The music is relaxing, and everything about this atmosphere is just perfect for some quality self care. There are many salons in the area but I choose to come here each week because it is truly a special place! Cant recommend it enough! read more

First time here and had a great experience! Bella was fantastic! It was the best pedicure I've ever had, massage was great!! I do a lot of traveling, and tend not to always go to the same nail salon. I can tell you for a fact that I will be coming back to this one multiple times! All the staff were very friendly, environment was pleasant, and everything was very clean. I really enjoy the organic spa pedicures. Atmosphere is uplifting, clean, light and modern. Everyone is always very nice a pleasant. The only complaint is the music choice has to go. No one wants to hear depressing, love songs. Please change to Spa music and it will fit your image much better. Also, cooking channel would be a better choice instead of CSI shows...I've seen a lot of young kids getting treatments every time I'm there. Cooking channel much more enjoyable for all ages. This was a very upsetting experience. Please read this all, I get pedicures every month. She was not consistent in her pedicure, some nails were filed, some clipped, some buffed, some not. Then the scrubbing of the feet, she used a disposable "sand paper" which was barely sticking to the stick and it got nothing off my feet. When she saw me checking my feet she said that the next time I should get a spa pedicure to scrub them better. The base coat was missed in the middle of both my toe and another entirely. When I pointed it out she got an attitude and started filing them all. The color was applied semi-well. The top coat was missed yet again the center of my big toes. She then told me it would be $30 and charged me $35. I at this time was furious and pointed it out which they did not fix. On my way out she followed me saying ATM, ATM, ATM over and over showing me there was an ATM at the front of the store for her tip. A terrible pedicure and terrible customer service. read more
