We request the water again and this time one glass comes out. There were two of us. Ok. Not really impressed with the level of attention from our server/s. Appetizers come out, which were fine, and then the meal arrives. I ordered the lunch special Cajun boil. I eat a few shrimp which were delicious, and I crack into the crab leg and the meat is gray. Mushy. Clearly spoiled. I immediately return the dish and when the manager comes to speak to me, he leads with "we changed vendors 3 days ago, and I would offer you another boil but since you didn't like it, I'm afraid the other crab might be the same". Because I didn't like it?! It was clearly spoiled and someone in your kitchen isn't doing their job. After a few more words, finally the apology come out (which is what he should have led with) and a 50 dollar gift card to another VC. He should have comped the entire meal!! I ended up needing an IV of 2 1,000 ml bags of sodium chloride, Zofran for nausea and medication to stop the stomach cramping. Never ever again. They lost me as a customer.
