The ambiance is quiet and calm. The service is okay, not because I have something to say or it was bad but it's contact less. You order on the screen, you get your food/drinks and move on. Not much to say. The drinks were nothing special or to die for . I would say this boba location is great for a one stop and go. Try it and if you like it come back, but it's casual and not significantly impacting . I enjoy a good drink when I'm on the go or shopping and driving. This is one of those. 7/10. My first time trying Coco Bubble Tea! Apparently it's an older boba chain from the OG days. Powdery drinks, low quality, less expensive. My boyfriend and I were at the 168 Market next door and decided to get some drinks here. My boyfriend had a medium Milk Tea ($4.25) with Pearls ($0.75) and I had a medium Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.75) with Sago ($0.75). The drinks taste like they were made from a powder mix. My boyfriend mentioned how his pearl or boba was hard and overly chewy My sago was fine but it's not as sensitive of an ingredient as boba. They probably don't have good foot traffic so the boba isnt fresh. Looks like I wasn't missing out on much all these years. Definitely not our first or even second pick for getting boba, but maybe if it's convenient and no oter options are around. read more

Located in the old suite where Ding Tea used to be, Coco Bubble Tea promises a really great experience. The menu is not too extense which IMO helps a lot when you really have a hard time deciding what to drink. The add-on menu is very straightforward as well, so your choices are on point. The staff is nice and the place itself was re-vamped. It has a lot more lighting which makes it look a lot more ample. Didn't know this is the new addition to Hacienda Heights. They were having 30% promotion for top 10 drinks, so we got taro with sago and strawberry black tea. My favorite was definitely the sago topping. They are quite chewy and very much like mini bobas. I also really like there are a lot of real strawberries in the black tea. My go-to is the tropical special! They recently added more seating, which is nice. Prior they only had a few seats by the window. While their employees aren't super affable, they're not rude either. They do what they gotta do. The boba and jelly is always good when I order. And their service is quick. Pretty solid boba! I came here on several occasions and they're okay with consistency- sometimes the sugar wouldn't be fully melted/mixed into the boba so I would be chewing on sugar crystals. But they also have good deals that change on occasion. When I stopped by, they had a deal where a large jasmine milk tea was only $3.99! Seating is plentiful, it's always almost empty when I stop by. I noticed a couple outlets too so it could possibly be a study or hangout spot. In terms of parking, the store is located in a plaza so it could be a gamble depending on the time and day, but shouldn't be a problem for the most part. I was excited for a new bubble tea shop in the area, so I went as soon as Coco opened. We got 2 drinks: the sago taro milk tea and the fresh grapefruit green tea. I usually order some variation of taro and grapefruit, so I was excited to try theirs. The taro tasted like artificial powder, which I am personally not a fan of. I also didn't taste any tea flavor. The grapefruit drink was refreshing, but again, no tea flavor. Even though we ordered 50% sweet, we thought it was still on the sweeter side. I don't think this place offers "exciting" exploratory drinks, but I think it offers traditional Boba drinks that brings me back to when I was in Taiwan (which is not a bad thing ). Yay another Local Bubble tea location! I've been waiting patiently for this new location to open and I finally saw the open sign! The service was great they are fully staffed which means they are ready for business. Although it may look empty they did have a lot of to go orders. Inside, the clean and bright space is welcoming though seating was sparse, clearly designed for quick visits. I ordered the Tropical Special at 50% sweetness with less ice. The drink, with its vibrant citrus tea, was sweetened by the toppings, chewy boba and firmer, rectangular jellies. The combination created a delightful texture contrast and a blend of citrusy and sweet notes, though I do think at 50% sweetness it is still a bit too sweet.
