They have popcorn milk tea. It was a little on the sweeter side and missing the tappiochi from another store but it was still very good. Worth the price too since the drink sizes are big. It also looks like they sell uji matcha. Service was fast. We also came 30 minutes before they were closing so it wasnt busy.
I'v ordered tea deliveries from this place a few times. Most of my teas tasted very good especially the yuzu matcha with sparking water. Boba oat milk tea was a bit sweet but the boba was very tasty. I don't usually drink boba milk tea so it was a rare treat. The earl grey latte was yummy as well. The only drink wasn't good was the coconut milk matcha latte. Don't know why there were chunks of coconut milk in the tea drink! So I had to dump the whole thing. Overall it's a solid tea shop that I will order deliveries from time to time!
My daughter and I were shopping in the area and stopped by to get our refreshing drinks. This is my second visit. Ordered: Coco Mango Green Thai Milk Tea with no ice Ambiance is nice and clean. This is grab and go boba shop. Friendly staff and service. I will definitely be back.
PARKING: Free in the plaza it is located. My husband and I came to get our boba fix. No one was there so service was quick. JASMINE GREEN MILK TEA: I got this with brown sugar boba and less ice. Tasted exactly how I expected and enjoyed it!
If you're a coconut person, taro person or both, I would recommend Coconut Taro Blend. This was a rather thicker drink especially with the coconut jelly, but the flavor is perfect. You get a great earthy blend of both the coconut and taro flavors. I ordered mine at half sweet which is 60% and I would say it's perfect! Anything more, I would say would make it too sweet. This drink was creamy and refreshing!

I ordered the Strawberry Fruit Snowy ($6.95). It's thick, sour, creamy, and sugary. I appreciated its freshly diced strawberries, but this drink is an acquired taste. Personally, I did not enjoy its playful & sour aftertaste; rather, this gloopy drink made me crave water. I arrived at The Tea (Hacienda Heights) on Monday (around 12:10PM). Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Staff held a bright smile, and staff spoke softly & kindly. The drink took one minute and nine seconds. Extremely fast! As mentioned, I disliked my Strawberry Fruit Snowy ($6.95). Although its ingredients tasted fresh, it had an off-putting texture and aftertaste. It's a potent, sour beverage. Strangely enough, I felt more thirsty after drinking it. Regarding ambiance, The Tea (Hacienda Heights) is minimal. It feels like an order-and-leave location. The music is extremely loud; the one counter had backwards chairs; and the location had no restroom. It's a fairly small place with its door left wide open. I had to swat my hand around as a fly buzzed near my face. Strangely enough, despite the lack of seating & space, there's customer wifi with password. It's also pleasant how parking is very plentiful and simple. Overall, The Tea (Hacienda Heights) offers affordable and generously-sized beverages with delightful & welcoming service. Although I vehemently disliked the Strawberry Fruit Snowy ($6.95), I can appreciate its existence. 4 out of 5
Located in a big place by Azusa amd Colima. Plenty of parking spaces. The shop is small without a restroom and tables. To go orders only. The order was placed with the cashier up front, touchless payment system was accepting using my mobile phone. The wait time was a bit long and seemed to be served randomly. I only ordered 1 drink, but my order came 2 customers after. And it was a simple order; #18 milk tea. The milk tea itself was tasty but the milk was not smooth. More like powdered milk Its alright, if you want to get your milk tea fix. Dont expect to much. It gets a 3.1 out of 5.
Uji Matcha Latte: 5/5. Highly recommended! Quality matcha, pairs well with brown sugar boba. Locates in a big plaza with plenty of parking, you can order at the cashier or self order. Service was fast.
Found this spot after a football tournament in the area and it hits so good. The coco mango is a refreshing slush with fresh coconut bits. The mango pomelo sago was dessert in a drink. Peach momo is a yummy tea with cream and jelly. Service is friendly and this will definitely will be our tea spot when we are in the area.
I stopped by because I needed some tea on the way home and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this place was. We ordered through the kiosk and waited about five minutes for our drinks. I had the Uji Matcha Latte, while my wife had the Golden Mellow Milk Tea. Both were nicely made, perfectly sweetened at 25%, and tasted like quality ingredients. We left very satisfied.
Got the osmanthus oolong and dragonfruit aiyu with no cream. My pure tea was with no sugar, nice brewed flavor, it was a little strong for me but others may like it still. For me if I could adjust, I'd add a little more osmanthus. My mom's dragonfruit 50% sugar had a very nice floral aroma and perfect sweetness for her. There was soft clear jello inside as well. Pretty good drink I'd get next time...or later after dinner if we come back lol. Limited seating inside as it's more of a take out tea but the AC was strong and worth it to get away from the sudden heat wave in end of February. Nice and friendly staff.
First off that I noticed. They have a wide variety off options of drinks. The location looks fresh . I guess that goes along with their fresh drinks. They have very limited seating. Not a location for groups more than 2. I had ordered the lime smash drink at 30%. . Wow. It is definitely for people that like tarty drinks. Serenity, one of the girl was sweet enough to make me another drink full sweetness. Still a bit sour me. She did recommend a lychee drink which I end up changing it to. She was super sweet and helpful. If you happen to run across. She will help you with any of your needs or give the best commendations.

This has to be one of my favorite places to get my drinks. This is my second time here and so far, the drinks that I have gotten have been so good! The first time here I got the Coco Mango and man, it was so yummy and refreshing. That was the drink that got me hooked to this place. The second time back, I tried the Mango Pomelo Sago and it was very good. They use fresh mango and the drink has the tapioca pearl, which is one of my favorite toppings. Service was quick and the ambiance is nice and clean. Will definitely be back to try other drinks. read more

I've probably been here a couple times but never took the time to write any review simply because everything about this place is good enough and i thought they already had a decent amount of review they don't really need mine. But last Tuesday this little tea shop exceeded my expectation so here goes my essay. So normally I'd order the toasted brown sugar boba milk because it's insanely delicious, but at the time they ran out of boba. I was kind of sad but I ordered something else anyway. When I picked up my order, Sam (the sweet girl who works there) gave me a little cup of brown sugar milk with crystal boba as extra. She didn't have to do that but she did and that really made my day. It's been a week and I still think about her. I hope her pillows are cold both side and her daily commute are full of green light with no traffic. Ok end of story . Here's my rating for the items my friend and I ordered: - Fresh taro puree milk: 8/10 has a generous amount of taro and sea salt cream. Straight up so creamy and filling I couldn't finish, I had to put it in the fridge. And it still tastes good the next day. - Dragonfruit Aiyu: 9/10 surprisingly refreshing! Not only the drink looks pretty but the taste is also delicious. Great for anyone wanting a light option with sea salt cream. I live in the area and will definitely come back for this drink. The store workers are attentive and super friendly, especially Sam. They also make our order very fast. Overall, a solid choice for boba! read more

Roasted oolong was 5/5!!! I will definitely be coming back for more. The golden milk tea was okay, it's one of the customers top favorites so I thought I should have a try. Prices are fair. They were in the middle of mopping so our barista came out and gave us our drinks so we didn't have to walk through the store and potentially slip. Service was great! There's not really any space to sit. read more

This place was a very small shop in an empty plaza. The workers there were very nice and there were free samples of their chocolates and cookies which were both good. I want to come back for their cookies. Moving on to the drinks I thoroughly enjoyed my drink which was the yuzu matcha green tea because all of the flavors were distinct and prominent. I could taste the perfect balance of yuzu and matcha. There was also pulps inside the drink which shows that the drinks are made fresh. read more
First time at The Tea on 2/28/26 and we really loved everything about this cute boba place. We were greeted warmly as we entered. We ordered through the kiosk which is convenient. I love mango so I ordered the coco mango and I really enjoyed it! I loved that it had chunks of fresh mangoes and the taste reminded me of mango sticky rice. My daughter ordered the sea salt latte and she really loved it. She was talking about saving it for the next day and the staff heard her and they prepared her coffee and milk separately so she can enjoy it whenever she wanted it. How nice and thoughtful of the staff. Service was great! My husband also enjoyed his milk tea. The place was clean and modern and we loved the music they were playing. So glad they were in the same plaza as Tokyo Lobby. Perfect way to end the night with some delicious drinks! Wished we loved closer, we would definitely be regulars at The Tea! There was a promotion going on for Buy 4 Get 1 Free, essentially $5 off your 5th drink. The boba shop is located next to Little Skewer but may be hard to find because it's hidden amidst the construction zone upfront so you can't tell if it's open yet or even find it at times. This is their 2nd location after their Monterey Park spot and quality is just as good here. Their matcha is definitely of ceremonial or higher grade which makes their drinks even better. We love coming for their speciality drinks like Coco Mango, Coconut Taro blend and the Smashed Avocado. The owner was so friendly and thorough in explaining the drinks and the sweetness levels of each. We appreciate the great service! Don't give up on finding the location even though it may be easy to miss, because you'll be missing out on their handcrafted and authentic delights! read more
Pretty good if you ask me. The service was really quick and the owner is super friendly. The menu is displayed in the front and everything looks pretty delicious if you ask me but I chose an Avocado drink (forgot the name) which was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The showstopper. Parking here is plenty, so u have options. There are no tables inside, to sit and chill but then again, the store is kind of small. The perfect menu makes up for it tho. Came in for some after dinner boba. The store was bright and welcoming, and the service was friendly and fast. I got the seasonal peach tea with tea jelly. The peach drink itself was a nice rich slush packed with peach flavor, and the tea jelly added a nice mellow sweetness and smooth springy texture, which was a great contrast. I'd already been to a different location in Monterey Park previously and enjoyed the matcha drink I had there, and this did not disappoint. There's a lot of good boba spots in the sgv, but this place is still up there. Definitely worth trying! read more

Popped in real quick because I was looking for either a brown sugar milk tea or a matcha and decided on a brown sugar tea. It's hard to find spots that have tea in their brown sugar milk drinks so this place having it has made it onto the roster of a stop place. The staff was super nice, friendly and informative. This tea a spot is in the 99 ranch plaza off Azusa and Colima. We had dinner in the plaza and luckily walked past this gem. I ordered the Golden Mellow Milk Tea w/ Taro Puree and was impressed! The tea flavor is unique, kind of tastes like earl grey, and the taro is fresh and sweet. I ordered it 30% sweet since I don't like my drinks too sweet and it was perfect. It was also nice and clean inside which is a plus. Looking forward to trying more teas when I'm in the area as the owner was saying they specialize in teas and put a lot of thought into their tea selection. New boba shop in town means I must try! The staff was super helpful and nice - explained their menu and the differences in their drinks. They have a bunch of fresh fruit teas, matcha, and blended drinks, and a wide variety of toppings. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients. I got the strawberry snowy and turns out it has Kaffir in it, which is something that I love! It was creamy, fruity, and delicious! They recommended full sweetness as the yogurt adds tartness but I could honestly take a notch down because I added custard pudding (which I highly recommend!). Located in a very large but very busy parking lot. Weekend parking is wild here but luckily I stalked two ladies and was able to get three parking. It's located next to the dental place. The variety of Matchas, coffees, smoothies, teas, makes it easy for everyone to have something they enjoy. I ordered much mango and added extra bits of mango. There was like 10 different things I wanted to try everything looks so good and refreshing on such a super hot day. I used the self check out, so I didn't interact with the staff too much. But the girl that gave me my drinks, said my name correctly and she was very pleasant. read more

First time here, ordered online, and the matcha didn't disappoint! We arrived and our order was finished before our estimated time. I got the Uji Matcha Latte with whole milk and it had a good balance of matcha that wasn't too underwhelming or overpowering. I could taste a bit of the powder, but once I shook it up more, it was gone. The plaza itself is pretty big so there's plenty of parking around! read more

A new tea place has opened up and it is named The Tea which is an interesting name. I didn't go in because of the name. We had just finished eating at Lucky Skewer and wanted to grab a drink (nonalcoholic) and this was right next door and it was open. So we decided to check this spot out. I ordered the toasted Oreo drink and my friends got a coconut with Taro drink and another got a strawberry drink. We all loved our drinks a ton and I can't wait to come back and try other ones!! read more
This place has a large selection of drinks! I ordered the taro coconut blend with almong milk and it was a bit pricey, I oaid a little over $8 just for the drink. Service was great, they are very attentive and help you right away regardless of how busy they are. It is a very small place but the other drinks seemed good too, mine was delicious! read more

This is their second location in addition to their Monterey Park one! Love that they use real fruit and authentic matcha. Some of my go-to orders are the coco-mango or taro drinks! The space has a small waiting area but no tables for actual seating indoors. There are a few tables outdoors. Plenty of parking since it is in a big plaza! This place is perfect to stop by after lunch/dinner. read more
