This place is very bad. took my dogs in at 9:30 am and didn't get them back until 4 pm!! thats over 6 hours and they came out looking messy. The hair was not cut correctly and looked choppy. I'm deeply disappointed and angry with this place. Please do not take your dogs here for either grooming or boarding. I boarded my dog here for 3 nights. When I picked him up, his voice was hoarse and he couldn't bark normally. The groomer casually said he barked nonstop and that it would "go back to normal." After leaving, I discovered his butt was covered in poop, red, and irritated. A vet friend told me it could be an anal gland infection, so now I have to take him in. I called the groomer to let him know, expecting some accountability. Instead, he denied knowing anything, raised his voice, and blamed my dog. When I asked for a refund, he rudely told me, "Fine, go ahead and write the bad review." Accidents can happen, but what shocked me most was the lack of care and professionalism. There was no apology, just denial and blame. This is unacceptable. I will never return, and I urge you to take your dog elsewhere, even if it costs more. i took my puppy to this horrible place yesterday asked for a clean trim and a bath. My puppy was washed poorly leaving gunkyness and oil. His cut overall very messy. I asked someone else to pick up my puppy so I discovered the horrible job later that night and i couldn't believe my eyes. I have one of the most difficult dogs ever, she's reactive, hates her paws being touched, groomers won't even try to brush her teeth or trim her claws. She's a husky, boxer, Akita mix so I'm sure you get the idea... Got her back after a 3-hour drop off and she was the best she's ever looked. Claws clipped, paw pad hair trimmed (she's never had that done before), they even got her to stop shedding for a few weeks (we took her in because she was molting at the time). If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FOUR STAR REVIEW LIKE ME. This groomer damaged my dogs fur around the crown of her head. Originally, I wanted to ask for compensation because my dog was hurt. However, when I confronted him about it, the owner proceeded to YELL at me, saying that it was my fault. I have never experienced someone yelling at me to that extent. Looking at the past reviews, I see that he has a tendency to yell at customers and blame the customers for their dogs' wounds. I have never dealt with someone who lost so much control of themselves to yell at others for something that could have been resolved. Friendly, convenient, and great prices. They helped me out in a pinch when I was out of town and needed to bring my dog somewhere for the weekend when other plans fell through. They were able to take my dog without a temperament test first, which saved my situation. I have a sweet elder small dog, and I'm so thankful it worked out. Horrible!!! save your precious dog!!!! It looks like family owned business. When I drop off my dog I asked the guy to be careful with my dog. And he said ok. When I pick up my dog her eyes was red and it looked like she pocked her eyes with scissors. I went back to tell them . The wife ( owner ) was so rude and screaming ( obviously crazy) not admitting what she did . And husband was blaming me I cut my dog hair at home !!! Doesn't make sense!!! Crazy two owner !!!! They did an excellent job grooming my puppy. I wished they have used a better bow though because the one they put on her fell off. Actually, I would rather have a bandanna or a bow that goes around her neck. They need to invest in that. I noticed they have a terrific deal on daycare. Only $15 to leave your dog there between nine and six. And only $25 to leave it overnight. the only thing I didn't like is that the gentleman there was not interacting with the dogs in the daycare. He was on his phone the whole time while they were in the pen crying. But that's still a really great deal. I am definitely going back. read more

I had a bad experience in this place. I went today to take my dog and as soon as I arrived one lady (Korean one) assuming she is the assistant looked at me like in a funny way, when I told her that I want my dog to be groomed she said, no I am sorry we are full today no space available, then another lady approached and said yes, we do not have space available, too much work today. I felt some suspicious thing in the way the first lady told me that since I noticed the way she looked at me. I left and I walked one block just to confirm, I called the place and surprise, the person that answered told me that they can take my dog to be groomed. Are these ladies racist?, maybe I looked like a homeless? I am wondering. I just want to think that probably they do not take walk ins, but there is no sign stating that nor even they told me that. I do not know if the owner of the place knows what kind of persons are working for him, I want to think that may be he does not know, but these ladies are going to make him lose some clients, well, he probably does not care. I read the reviews and I saw that this place has many bad reviews, my mistake was not to read the reviews first, it will probably save me from having this another bad experience. According to the vet, the groomer DAMAGED the first layer of her eye to the point that we almost had to spent thousands of dollars to cure it ! Thank God she was able to heal due to the prescribed eye med. The owner of this groomer shop called me back after seeing my review and tried to play it off by saying that my dog had "millions of fleas," which I mentioned BEFORE they started grooming her! All the things people are saying who rated this business a one-star are true. -- they are inconsistent and quote based on whatever they want. -- They are completely impersonal towards your loved dogs. They took my dog to the back room without even asking for her name and what services I need. -- English communication is terrible. Just when I thought I was clear about the hair length I wanted (not too short) they damn near shaved my dogs hair bald. I'm almost embarrassed to post a picture lol. Usually I am forgiving towards all of these things but I'm writing this review is because I am convinced that they injured my dog. She has been limping since I brought her home. I recently took three of my dogs to get a flea bath plus medicine he recommended for them just for them to have fleas and still be itching a lot the next two days. This place is convenient for accommodations, but would not recommend for grooming or pet sitting. I took my puppy to get groomed twice and both times he came back with cuts on his underbelly. The prices seem to fluctuate too. When I dropped him off, the lady quoted me for a price, and when I came back, the guy inflated it by $15. When I told him I was quoted differently, he honored what the lady told me. Lastly, I live near the area and consistently hear dogs bark at night which makes me think they limit walks, feed times, and checkins during overnight/weekend pet-care. read more

I found this place on yelp and I was very satisfied with their service! I needed a last minute same day appointment for my dog Haru and luckly they were able to reserve me on the same day (Sat.). Although this place only had two reviews, I wanted to give it a try. I am super satisfied with their grooming service and they did exactly like how I wanted. I wanted a ball shape for his cropped tail (I didn't, the previous owner did; poor little one :( ), and very short hair cut without any irritation. When haru got very short hair cut from different grooming shop, he scratched himself allover the house. But not this time! The price was even cheaper than the other places. He is around 14lb, and I paid $35 plus tip. The owners are vey nice and they also have a daycare which is around $10 a day! Wow. Very worth it! :) Also it was spacious open space where every customer can see them. I would definitely drop him off one day for a daycare. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
