Our groomer, Danniel, sent me video updates throughout the session, so we could see how our dog was doing. We thought this was a great touch, and made us feel at ease with our dog being with a new groomer. There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy. Danniel and his team did an excellent job and we will certainly be back.

We weren't sure how she'd do so picking the right groomers was ideal so that she'd see it as a positive experience. Her experience with the groom was exactly that :-) Parking is decent during slower hours but can be a little crazy during rush hour. There's a nearby coffee shop with a patio we spent the hour hanging out at while she was getting groomed-- so that's a plus! Sadie will be back for her next me day
