Paid $130 for disappointing service and even worse attitudes. I just left this place, and honestly, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Aside from one employee, the overall vibe was negative. My mom went in for a pedicure and an acrylic overlay on her natural nails (both fingers and toes). The guy doing her pedicure didn't seem to be in a good mood at all, which already set the tone. The owner the woman at the first booth worked on my mom's hands. Instead of simply providing the service requested, she repeatedly questioned why my mom wanted an acrylic overlay instead of suggesting alternatives in a helpful way. It came off more dismissive than professional. To make matters worse, she kept stopping every few seconds to tap on her phone while working. On top of that, her handling of my mom's hands was rough pulling, twisting, and turning them in a way that was uncomfortable to watch. Another thing that stood out: she used a vacuum during the service to clean nail dust and debris, which felt unusual and distracting in that setting. I went in for a pedi and full set and they did not put anything in my pedi water it was just plain water, the job was rush, and did not file my nails the way I wanted them. Then I asked for color powder on my nails and they said that they only do gel polish and that they don't like to do dip cause it doesn't last. I've been coming to this nail salon for 3 years. I've always had a good experience - Pedicure, regular manicure, gel manicure, nail dip, and acrylic overlay with gel polish. However, their prices were already more expensive than the other nail salons in town and they keep on raising their prices. I'm a regular - the only time I get a pedicure elsewhere is if I'm out of town and I need one badly. I went there last month and their pedicure was $28 ($3 more than the average pedicure around town). I went yesterday and they charged me $32. Apparently, they raised their prices within the last month and failed to tell me. The lady that did my pedicure was great, but the lady that owns the place she did my nails. She is very rude, she ran the drill over my skin multiple times. My fingers are so sore this morning. My nails look okay but not great. She acts like it is killing her to do your nails. I am not sure my she does anyone's nails. Lately service has been horrible, I requested to have my nails removed with a soak off but they kept insisting that they were easy to remove and kept using a nail to pull the acrylic and gel off of my nails. It hurt and I had to pull away a couple of times, my nails are so damaged and she even made my pinky nail bleed. They charged me $15 for a soak off that I never got! Went to get my eyebrows waxed they got me in and out quickly and did a great job. I had read on Google where they said to avoid getting brows don here. I always apply rubbing alcohol around my brows after anyone has done them to avoid bumps so I didn't have a problem. Bring cash there is a $10.00 card minimum. read more

When it was time to pay they would not take my hundred dollar bill because it was "too old" she claimed her money marker did not work for my money. When she checked me out she asked if I had cash so said for what she said I needed cash for the tip because they don't let you put a tip on your card. The nail tech cut me twice pushing the cuticles back on the sides of my nails. The color is horribly uneven and she only did one layer of the colored powder on a dip manicure. She cut my nails extremely uneven and when I asked her to fix it, she cut my nails all the way down to the finger tips about as short as they could possibly go. Came in on a Sunday , our first nail salon choice was closed so we ended up at Cocos. My friend and I wanted a fresh Mani/pedi for the new yr. We asked for gel Mani and regular pedi and were seated immediately. However, my friend had to wait 20 min for someone to start her pedi and they dunked her hand in pure acetone to get her previous shellac polish off. Umm.. drying much?! I then had to wait 20 min for my mani. So short staffed, however we did not have an appt. The UV light to dry the polish during Mani was burning hott more so than most. :( The staff was polite and nice. No small talk which was fine with me. They did a good job on the Mani and polish. That is where the stars are from. The negatives include the wait time, the horrible method of soaking my friend's nail polish off, the overly hot drying lights, and at the end of it all... The price tag. $65 plus tip--so over $70 for a nonspa/fancy place. I have never paid so much for these services and I am from Miami. So lesson learned. Always ask for the prices. read more

Terrible experience! TERRIBLE SEVICES! Entire staff needs a refresher course or something! Both services rendered were just piss poor! I paid over $125 for a pedicure and refill. The nail tech made me soak off my nails because she just couldn't work over someone else's work. I asked if she would be able to do my nails as pictured and she replied "yes". My nails looked nothing like the picture! She had my acrylic nails way wider than my actual nail bed and didn't even shape them properly. My pedicure turned out like this too and they were done by another technician. They were very rude and extremely ROUGH!!!! i pulled my hand away from the nail tech due her being very rough. When it was time for payment I expressed how unsatisfied I was with the services I received and they were not willing to compromise with me. First off even though I may not understand their language but tone and body language is not hard too over look.
