Mind you the shop was completely empty when we walked in. There were three employees just standing around and I tipped five dollars ahead of time on a $13 order. It had already been almost 25 minutes and I've not said anything and could not have been met with a more rude response. When my friend asked for a refund, an older man who seemed like the manager or owner came out and the first thing he said was, "Nothing is wrong with the wrap, it's fine." It was dismissive and rude. Instead of asking what the issue was, he immediately brushed us off. He did eventually give the refund. About an hour later my friend got food poisoning, and later that night I started feeling sick too (I only had a bite). The bowl was missing items it's supposed to come with and I ordered everything to go so I didn't know this until later at home. The Cool Down was pretty good. It separates quite a bit though if you let it sit. The only thing I would recommend for the fresh pressed juices, is to include ice in your cup. I didn't realize they didn't come with ice. I think the ice would help with the stirring and recombining everything once it has separated. The Strawberry Ginger Lemonade appears to be a seasonal item. That was also very good.
