I very politely told them that I'm leaving the store with the tuxedo or a return receipt, take your pick. Finally, the manager got involved and generated a return receipt for me. I ordered 4 shirts for my husband last August, and 2 of them were made from their most expensive fabric. After just 3 months, one of the shirts developed a huge tear--not even at the seam, but right in the middle!
