OK, I guess it's been a while since I had my carpet cleaned. Matt, who came, was hard-working, energetic, and so grateful to have my business. I am blessed that he was chosen to come help me. He let me know when he was coming, and unfortunately left when I was in the other room tidying up. I did have to call them back to make sure that he was tipped for a job. Well done. I really appreciated him! He was extremely professional, and I never saw anyone put corner guards so the hoses would not hit the walls or paint. Thank you again, Matt . I WOULD RECOMMEND!

I've used Coconut Cleaning a few different times and the results have always been varied. Yesterday they came out to clean our carpets and an accent chair. I felt like the job was rushed this time around. Attaching photos of our accent chair that still looks dirty.

Hello, we got our home serviced this week and honestly we are a bit disappointed. It felt like more of a sales pitch than anything else. The customer service and service in general went downhill once we did not agree to the monthly plan. There were several areas of our tile that looked like they had just been bypassed. It's super disappointing because we are a recent once income family and this was a splurge for us to do to make sure our floors were clean for our newly crawling child. I wonder if we would have agreed to the membership if we would have been treated. Our friends has a similar experience and we wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but it seems like that's how this business operates. We were so excited to be able to share this business with all of our friends but not after the job done. This is something my husband and I could have done if we had a free afternoon and a new mop.

Todd came out to clean 3 rooms and our area rug (that is from Yugoslavia and has been passed down through 3 generations). Our carpets were clean, Todd was on time and friendly, and really can't beat the service for the price! They use a similar concept to ZeroRez, but better! Will call them again.

Our senior pup had an accident in our bedroom the other night. I called coconut cleaning the next morning and they were able to schedule me quickly. Aubrey was really sweet and very helpful and informative when I was making the appointment! Erik, the tech, texted me when he was 30min out and arrived within that timeframe. He was professional and communicative about what was going to happen and the items that they use for the cleaning. Honestly, our bedroom carpet looks brand new and our area rug, which has seen better days, is looking new too! I'm so happy that I found them, this is one of those little joys in adulting :)

Not able to clean or remove dirt per the techs.

Update: I was contacted by Coconut Cleaning following my review which was very professional of them. The manager explained they were unable clean bamboo wood floors. They apologized for the situation and would use the experience to train and update staff. I appreciate the outreach and they even offered another company who may be able to correctly clean the floors. So overall while I could not get the cleaning the company did go above and beyond for customer service! Waste of time and would have been money. Per Coconut Cleaning's website they offer hardwood floor cleaning. I called to schedule, told them what kind I floors I had, and the phone rep confirmed that the hardwood floor cleaning service, did in fact clean wood floors. Last night I removed all my furniture from the rooms and pre cleaned the areas. Today the techs arrived, look at my floors and said their cleaning was really just a bit better than mopping and wouldn't really do anything or improve the look of the floors. I am not after a full refinish, nor do the floors need it but they do need a deep clean which apparently Coconut Cleaning's own employees don't even think they can accomplish. If you can't deliver a service, don't offer it.

Would HIGHLY recommend Coconut Cleaning for your carpet cleaning needs. Had them come out to clean the carpeting on the stairs, in the loft area, and three bedrooms (2 kids bedrooms, 1 guest bedroom) and closets. Trevor and Jordan showed up within the two hour window given (they gave 20 minutes advance notice that they were on the way). They were very courteous, very efficient, and were able to remove stains that were of unknown origin or source that had been there quite a while. After they were complete, they asked me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction - and I was very, very impressed with their quality of work and how quickly they were done. For the price and quality of work this is not worth it. They were in and out within 15 minutes and several spots were missed. Not impressed with the quality of work. Called in to make an appointment they were booked two weeks out. Sheri was nice enough to let me no there was a cancellation and I got my floors done the next day. I couldn't be happier with the service! Nano was Professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy, as soon as he was done with the floors we walked through everything was perfect, he made sure his work was complete. Family used them, we we're not impressed. Bad quality of work tech did not know how to clean stairs. Left the edges wet. We had to show him how, with his equipment no less. We we will be letting everyone know not to use coconut. Zerorez did a much better job definitely recommend. read more

I recently called Coconut cleaning to see if they could come clean some furniture at my house... Luckily they squeezed me in because they were very busy. They also happen to be doing a 50% off upholstery sale which made me excited because I had to have furniture cleaned. The technician who came to my house was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He looked at some of my furniture, and he was honest and said I can clean it, but I don't think it will really work due to the material. He tested a few things, and unfortunately he was right - they wouldn't clean up. I appreciate his honesty though. He didn't charge me additional money. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell. My couch had been in storage for awhile in between moving and it had accumulated dust and some stains. It cleaned up so nicely! I've learned from my coconut cleaning tech that I really should get furniture cleaned at least once a year to keep it in good condition. I was very happy and will definitely use them again and again! read more

Wow! I am honestly surprised at the response and the speed of response I have received from the business. I was made aware the information that I had about the product was incorrect so, I take back the gimmick part. Sheri did give me a call and explained that I should not see issues like I have seen the next time. I understand that businesses are made of employees and since one messed up and the other fixed it, all good. Also like mentioned, the cleaning is at par with industry standards. I was quoted $400 to clean my couch. The lady I spoke to didn't respond to my text pictures for the quote after. I had to follow up and then she proceeded to tell me the price changes if I have a promo. It's normally $300 for other customers but it's $400 for me since I have a promo. So long Zerorez!!! We've used zerorez half a dozen times over the last 4 years for couch/upholstery and carpet cleaning. Every time we've called over the last year, their prices keep going up and their quality of service down. Upon recommendation from a dear friend of ours we gave Coconut Cleaning Co. a call. Nano showed up on time and SMOKED IT! Half the price of their competitors quote AND he ended doing an area rug that we weren't expecting to have done. Couches and chairs look like new. Nano, knowing I'm incredibly particular, must have said a dozen times, "tell me what you think about how this item looks. I'm not done til you're satisfied." I've owned several rental properties over the years and have dealt with many cleaners for both the rentals and my own home... we are FINALLY done playing the "quote" game. Assuming these guys don't ever let their prices creep up, they have my business for life. read more

WORST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY OUT THERE. The technician either had something with blue dye in the carpet wand, think Bic pen, felt pen piece etc.etc. or found something with blue dye in the carpet. Either way he then spread it to 2 additional rooms. $200 carpet cleaning has turned into replace 3 rooms worth of carpet. Coconut Cleanings response ? "We don't have anything to clean that up with. If you want your carpet destroyed, if you want to be taken advantage of, and charged for shit service then definitely call Coconut Cleaning. read more

Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

Pricing was extremely FAIR including repairs of some grout and tiles that were popping up. When it came time for cleaning, Daniel arrived. He again was knowledgeable and informed us he would make our floors shine! When we arrived back at our home after the work was done, less than an entire day, we were extremely impressed. Our grout was back to the original color, the repairs were seamless and our floors were shining! Numerous people have commented on how much different our floors like. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

My problem was they were walking (with shoes in and out) all over the new carpet. There was NO attention paid to this at all. It wasn't until day 2 when they said they ran out of carpet and I brought this to the supers attention was anything done about it (oh and the super said "thats a good idea to put down plastic; I'll bring that up in our next meeting". Seems to me after you are told when shopping around "NOT" to walk on your carpet with shoes that it should go without the customer saying anything that plastic is laid down. Oh and he also suggested having the "NEW" carpet cleaned for us. Did you know that every time you clean your carpet it breaks it down? It was when we installed our previous carpet 16 years prior. Now the running out of carpet thing was super annoying. What???? They wanted at first to leave the staircase (full of tack strips) for 2 weeks. Then, it was well we can leave the bedrooms and do the stairs. Very unorganized. And suddenly they find the carpet to complete the job. It was an exhausting day 2 with the installers here well past 8 pm. Day 3: The job gets completed and we are trying to get the house back together. Couldn't find furniture legs anywhere for the sofa and so the installer was kind enough to just pay me out of his pocket to order new ones on Amazon. By now I am so frustrated with the installation process I am questioning why I went with this company. The following Monday, the new manager or whatever she was calls. After going over the entire mess with her she offers me a $250 deduction. Ridiculous! But whatever. The carpet was now done and it does look nice. Now I just have to deal with this company on the "free" first cleaning within this next year. My suggestion is to shop around before using this company. The salesman John was really the only professional.

This company is PAYING to take my review down again and again. Coconut, if you want me to stop play fair with your customers, or give me a call, you have my number. You want to know something nasty? This company profits on lies. They pride themselves in "state of the art machines" yet there vans and machines are consistently out of service and frequently break down, forcing them to clean your home with unsanitary barely functioning equipment. They pride themselves in "consistent 5 star reviews" that they pay for, they have a long list of people they provide free services to in exchange for good feedback so you believe what they state. If you leave a bad review they will throw you a $50 credit... it won't cover a single service they provide and will find how to make it up by adding services on. The technicians are "quality and professional technicians" yet they hire homeless men off the streets providing less than the bare minimum on service. Constantly damaging your walls, baseboards, carpet, tile, furniture and air ventilation systems. Don't expect to pay less than the $400 job average that your "technicians" (aka trained bait and switch salesman) are required to make so they aren't fired. Think of them as the used car salesman of carpet cleaning. Have you heard of their coconut cleaning club? They make a huge profit percentage when you pay your BIG upfront fee. Which they state will get you $99 services, again they have a required minimum they can collect at your home. Then will treat you like a broke person when you speak up about the improper behavior, conditions and services they give to you and chalk it up to "buyers remorse". This company profits on putting YOU the customer in high pressured, low quality conditions. Take my word for what it's worth, but DO NOT get suckered into the "hype" that is not there. read more

We had just moved into a new home and since the previous owners had cats, I knew I had to get the carpet and tile cleaned throughout the house so I wouldn't ...well...die... since I am allergic. When I called coconut cleaning I spoke to Sherri, who was SO helpful and so accommodating to my schedule. She made scheduling the carpet/tile cleaning a BREEEEEEZE. We set up the appointment for the same day I was actually getting the keys to the new house, and they said they would be in contact with ME and try to work around my schedule if I didn't get the keys in time for them to come out. Well turns out they did keep in contact with me. Evan called me multiple times to make sure everything was still set and clear for the cleaning. The techs that came to my house were so knowledgeable and gave me great tips since I have never owned a house with travertine tile and tile before. The techs kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was fully informed on price, procedure and how long they were going to be from the very beginning. I truly felt like they answered all my questions before I even had time to ask them. Coconut Cleaning was fast, efficient and most of all AFFORDABLE! . They did so well with our carpet/tile that I even paid for them to do our couches! Our couch had spent 4 months in a POD storage, and before then it was very loved by a 3 year old toddler and two doggies. Attached I have included a picture of my couch before/after. This might be my first Yelp review, but the service I experienced today warrants a posting. I had scheduled a carpet clean with another Phx company and had worked with my wife for two days to remove every piece of furniture from our three bedrooms, only to realize that this morning the other company lost my reservation and would not be there to do the work. Mistakes can happen, but this was on a Friday and they couldn't provide a solution until Monday. Uggh!! I started to think about options, and learned that Coconut Cleaning is business partners with the same folks I use for our pool (Pineapple Pool) and our scorpion spraying (Mango Pest C.). One call into Sherri at Coconut cleaning and I was on my way. She worked to find an associate that could come TODAY, (not tomorrow, not Monday, but TODAY!) and the price she quoted was much more affordable! The result? Two hours later, my carpets were being cleaned by a great guy named Dylan. He walked me though the process and then got down to working. He showed me results after the first room, and I was thrilled at the outcome. No up-charges and and no hard selling for more work. Wow! I was so impressed, I signed on to their "Coconut Club", which is a way that we both can benefit from routine cleanings. Our toddler had developed some allergies and was having a hard time sleeping. We could smell that at some point before we bought our house, someone had cats. So with the emerging allergies and the old odor, it was time to get our carpets cleaned (or replaced!). We went through the house with a black light and found out our toddler's room was apparently "the cat room", where the cat(s) spent most of their time. My husband called Coconut Cleaning and had them come out. After evaluating the carpeted areas, and seeing the "cat room", he got to work. He promised to pay a little more attention to the "cat room" to see if he could help with the allergy issue. Since the treatment/cleaning, we have not had to give our toddler one single dose of allergy medicine! Not even exaggerating! And apparently there was so much leftover cat hair, it clogged his brand new machine and he had to clean it out to finish the job! (See picture. This was the clog he cleaned out of his machine.)But because of his extra care for us, our carpets look and smell fresh and most importantly, my child is no longer suffering while she sleeps. First and foremost I have to compliment Coconut's amazing standard of customer service! I feel there aren't many companies out there with this level of professionalism all the way across the board. I get so happy when I see the blue van pull up! The guys always look sharp, and are helpful, educational and polite. They take the upmost care of your home. Their equipment is top notch, and the cleaner smells soooo good! They are always timely. We've had both Andrew and Sheldon clean for us and they are both awesome! As a member of the coconut club I pay $99 a quarter and receive $160 towards my service. We have 3 dogs and a new baby... throw in living in the dusty desert and the quarterly cleaning is super needed! I find it affordable and worth every penny. They always do our big area rugs, the baby's room and rug... and we switch off between the fabric couch and the baby's rocking chair. I've also had them do our tile! That was amazing! I had my tile floors cleaned with coconut cleaning and I was very impressed with the job. My main concern and reasoning for having the job done was the grout in the home I bought was so dark it looked like the previous owners mopped with motor oil! I got 2 prices, I went with coconut strictly based on price as they were $40 less than my other quote. The whole process took about 2 hours as the house is mostly tile in all the common areas, and it is travertine so the naturally porous tiles had a lot of grime built into the surface that I didn't even notice until after it was cleaned. The house smells more fresh, the grout is sparkling white now and even the body of the tile looks better and more renewed. No harsh chemicals were used and although the equipment they use is fairly large, it didn't do any damage to base boards or other areas of the home. I haven't had them do carpets as I am putting new carpet in but I am sure it would be great for that as well. read more

Called them and discussed pricing and detergents, then set a schedule for today. Kyle M. called to tell me about what time he would arrive. He arrived and I showed him the rooms that needed the cleaning. He explained the process, informed of the pricing and I signed the authorization. Kyle did not stand around. He began his work and didn't stop until he believed it was done. He asked me to look and I did. Not only do they have great equipment but Kyle is an expert. All the carpets in all the rooms looked very clean and soft again. I looked for things he might have missed but he missed nothing. Unlike other companies I have had over the years, Kyle left the carpets slightly damp. Other companies charge much more, don't do as well and leave the carpets wet. Our technicians were Kyle and Nick. They were amazing, professional, and our floors and carpet look amazing after the treatment. So let me spread some news about an amazing company. We moved in a little over 2 weeks ago and we have NO dog door. Well my puppies aren't used to that so Zoe went potty in the new office.... a few times. I tried my hardest to clean it and it still smelled of dog pee. When Nano arrived he told me he would do his best, but my carpets were old and matted. (Super old, just cleaning them per my lease but man they were trashed. My floors were in serious need of a deep cleaning! Unfortunately our carpets and tile were victim to the puppy phase and we had some stains and discoloring. The service we received from Sheri was amazing and our technician Sheldon was SO GREAT! Not only did he arrive on time but he also gave a phone call to let me know when he was on his way with his ETA. He explained the process, looked at all the rooms and confirmed my quote with me. I attended the recent Maricopa County Home and Garden show, hoping to find a company to do tile and grout cleaning. Lucky for me, I saw the vendor booth for Coconut Cleaning and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and clean my kitchen and hallway tile. I just had their technician Nano perform the job, and the results were fabulous! The tile is over 12 years old and I did not have very high hopes for the level of improvement that I got. My husband had complained about our tile grout for awhile and when I came across this company on a Instagram, I called them to get a quote. It was incredibly affordable and I got an appointment right away. The process took about 2 hours and I was absolutely shocked at not only how clean my tile felt but how all the dirt/grime was removed from the grout lines....WOW! This was the best money I've spent in a long time. I also feel really good about the products used...no harsh chemicals or smells at all. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and certainly knew what he was doing! We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Nano just left our house this morning and we are blown away by how great our carpets look! He called ahead and was right on time, when he arrived he walked through our home and advised us what he recommended for each room without pressuring us into any decisions. He was knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for with the carpets as well as cost! We had additional areas we wanted cleaned and it wasn't an issue adding those in. As he cleaned, he had us look at each area to make sure we were completely satisfied! We have gotten our carpets cleaned many times before by other companies, but nothing compares. The carpets look amazing, and we can't wait to have him back for a tile clean in another few months! Thanks Nano! read more

We had Emiliano ("Nano") out today for our first carpet cleaning with Coconut. He was promptly on time (with a courtesy call before!) and came ready to work. We did a walkthrough and he noted all of my areas of concern and assured me he would do his best - everything came out flawless. Throughout the visit he was checking in with me, asking me how things looked, and encouraging me to speak up if I had any issues. I really liked that the lines of communication were open and it wasn't just a in and out, no discussion type of service. We've had lots of different providers in the home but Nano stands out as personable, kind, and genuinely wanting to do a good job. We can't wait to have Coconut (and Emiliano) back out! read more

This is an update to my previous review. I appreciate the customer service provided by coconut cleaning. They care about customer satisfaction. I received a call from Sheri the next morning after I wrote my previous review and she was very polite and was focused on making me happy. They scheduled a free cleaning and she sent a lead technician Andrew for the cleaning. Andrew was really awesome at his work. He not only removed all the stains from the Carpet but also guided me in the right way on how to keep my carpet clean. They have also given me a credit of $100 for my next service. Andrew completely changed my opinion of Coconut Cleaning company :) Really happy with their service. read more
