They happened to be running a special at the game, and I happened to be in the market for some carpet and tile cleaning. I called to make the appointment and the girl on the phone was awesome! When the guys showed up to clean, they were awesome too! They explained everything very thoroughly and told me exactly what they were going to do. When they finished a room, they asked for my approval before moving on. Second, the customer service and overall experience I had using Coconut was incredible! I had my entire house cleaned (carpet and tile), especially with 3 dogs they have had their fare share of making my house a mess. My tile and grout look brand new once Coconut left. As for my carpet, the techs got my pet stains/and the smell out! My carpets look brand new and smell amazing! I can't begin to express how amazing this company is!!! Kyle M did a walk thru first and spoke with us about the concerns we had and answered all our questions. He was so patient ( I ask a lot of questions) but he didn't mind one bit. The end results are amazing! I didn't think they could get the carpets and especially the stairs to look so good since we have 4 kids and a dog that run up and down those stairs all day long. But my carpets/staircase are so clean, the bedrooms look so so so good and it smell amazing!!! When Kyle M was done he went over the drying time instructions and he provided us with cover shoe booties so we could walk on the carpet if necessary. Update: Our dogs are lucky to be alive after toppling two full glasses of merlot onto our newly cleaned carpet. But Nano was able to get most of it out. Red wine is an extremely tough stain to get out but he worked quickly and efficiently, going over the areas several times, and the area looks much better. The icing on the cake: no charge! I'm so happy I finally booked and used coconut cleaning for our carpets. Our appt was originally between 11-1pm but the technicians were running ahead of schedule and they called to ask if we would be okay with them showing up early! Of course I said YES!! Dylan and AJ came over and did our carpets. They smell so GOOD and clean!!! We've only been in our house for about two years and it's amazing how much dust/gunk can accumulate in such a short amount of time, especially with two toddlers running around. I decided to go with Coconut Cleaning based on their 5 star reviews!! Unfortunately that is not the service we received! We had 3 carpet bedrooms cleaned, which looked great! But our entire tiled house looked horrible upon completion. Streaks, footprints from the workers, leftover product left on floors. I actually can't believe they left it like that! The good news, they handled it wonderfully. A manager came out within hours and re-did the entire tiled part as he agreed it did not look well done! I can't say we would use again :( read more

She offered to post a $200 credit back to my account due to the miscommunications that occurred regarding the rug Coconut cleaned. Seemed fair, given that I was quoted $94 initially but was ultimately charged $300. They also canceled the "membership" I had been signed up for. And because the rug that started all this nonsense still smelled like dog urine - after alllll that - she sent a supervisor to clean it a second time. When I spoke with the supervisor about what had happened, he chocked it up to lack of training.
