They showed up on time, did an AMAZING job and left my whole house smelling fantastic and freshly cleaned. My only "complaint" is that the two guys did not wear masks and they didn't fully explain that the urine treatment for some of the rooms would be an additional charge. I have 2 pets and 2 toddlers so we definitely needed the urine treatment I guess I just wasn't aware that adding that to a few of the rooms would hike up the bill. But overall, I am very happy and satisfied they had an appointment right away when I called and I was able to relax while they did all the hard work. read more

First of all, I really appreciate the text communication from the time of booking my appointment to arrival. I'm not a phone person and rarely answer a call I don't know, so texting made arrangements, questions and status of arrival seamless. I had 4 pieces of furniture cleaned. 2 cream single sofa chairs, large cream couch, and another large cream and sage couch. All of which shows any kind of dirt or stains super easily. Also want to mention I have a dog that claims every piece of furniture as his bed and personal lounging area. Andrew was awesome, knowledgeable, informative, direct and to the point. He explained the process in advance and also notified me of any potential concerns throughout. The entire process to about an hour and I'm so impressed how clean he was able to get everything. We have an almost white couch that turned dark due to a couple of grandchildren. Coconut cleaned it and it looks brand new now.

Very expensive!!! They go so fast, they miss most of the dirt. Couches cleaned at $140 each and still has massive areas that were not cleaned. They took 15 minutes per couch. Floor grout not cleaned very well. I was told it's wet now but it will dry brighter. Nope, same color... Miss cleaning floor tile in upstairs bathrooms X 2. Very pleasant to speak to about what you want, but stand clear! They'll be out in two hours. For about $1500 bucks. Carpets were super soaked with water. I could have rented a machine and done a better job. Seriously, I was home and it was like the house was on fire and they had to go. Barely discussed the bill as they ran off. read more

We hired Coconut Cleaning to clean the carpets in 3 bedrooms. The carpets had stains from walking on them everyday and the occasional mistakes or spills, which are inevitable. Rigo and Mateo were apart of the coconut crew that came out. They were on time, professional, friendly, and overall very respectful. First, they gave us all the information on what to expect such as pricing, products, and services. After explaining everything, they got straight to work and completely revived each bedroom's carpet. They all looked brand new, just how they did when we first moved in. The entrance to each bedroom, where heavy traffic had started to change the color of the carpets to black, was drastically improved. Rigo & Mateo have far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this cleaning service over all others in Arizona. The whole process was done in about an hour. They were able to unload their van, clean 3 bedrooms, and pack everything back up in an astonishing time. All while providing great customer service. I was washing my truck in the front of the house while they took care of business inside. Rigo came out and offered to help freshen up my vehicle for free. He worked on my truck for about 10 minutes and it honestly looks like I had an expensive auto detail done. I was very impressed with their experience and expertise. Right after things opened from COVID in 2021, we had them clean our tiles. Due to a scheduling issue, rather than have 2 workers, only 1 worker was tasked with assisting our house. As such, corners were cut small crevices around the toilets etc were not covered, only places where the large steamer could fit. Maybe it was due to his quickness of completing the job or the design of the machine but upon inspection, there were cracks in the grout and also scuff marks from the machine. I did not see this till after he had left. I left an initial review within their internal commenting system and was responded to within a day by a manager who was apologetic and very gracious in assisting. I don't fault customer service in handling the issue, but I do fault management for not having more than 1 person assisting the employee. The tradeoff of clean tiles versus chipped grout is just not worth it. read more

Used Coconut on two properties within a few days of each other. Techs were fine, professional and well spoken. My disappointment is with the companies approach to doing business. A. All communications were via email, even though I asked the person to call me in an effort to save time (I am not monitoring my emails 24/7) and increased accuracy of communication. Coconut would not do it, so what could have been a 15 minute phone call dragged on for days of back and forth B. Pricing - No one came by to measure and estimate, I received instead a "rough" estimate via email based upon "rooms". They price by the room/hallway/bathroom rather than how long it will take to complete the project or how many square feet are to be cleaned. End result, we paid $559 for tile cleaning that took two techs AT MOST 2 hours. $140 per hour per worker per hour is too much for work like this. Car dealerships have been pricing repairs this way for years, it appears that some in the Trades are now doing the same. read more

I booked an appointment to have the carpet in my apartment cleaned upon move out - 2 small rooms. I was booking the special from Kyle on the Johnjay and Rich show which advertises two rooms of carpet cleaned for $49. The guy gets to my apartment and tells me it's going to be over $200! I said how did the price jump so much? He laughed and went on to say how ridiculous it was for me to think that I would get such a price and tried to make it seem like my carpets were too dirty all the while laughing and trying to make me feel dumb. My carpets were not even dirty - I cleaned them myself with a rug doctor every few months but I figured with moving out I would save myself some time. Finally after so much back and forth and "talking to his manager" he says he can do the deal that I signed up for but there's no guarantee that the basic service would clean my carpets. I said how would a rented rug doctor work but your professional equipment will not?? I find that hard to believe. I ended up sending him on his way and rented a rug doctor from Home Depot and did it myself. This company is all about the bait and switch and the "customer service" from the guy that came to my apartment was a joke. Update: the company got in contact with me and was very apologetic and generous in their offer to make it right to compensate for my poor experience. I am glad that this got their sincere care and attention and I'm hoping to take advantage of their offer in the future.
