Ian came back and hit a couple of areas again the next day that I saw after cushions dried. There's always up charges they get you to do. They advertised $29 for three rooms of carpet. I texted them, gave them my address and square footage. They confirmed that it was $29 + a $14 service fee. Well, when they arrived and charged me $344. This obviously is a company that takes pride in their work and values customer service. They plan on following up with the techs and ensure the equipment was working correctly. Why do service companies always mislead you on price? They quoted me $147 plus a $14 fee to come out for my living room carpet to be cleaned. Then said they would discuss the extra enzyme they could use for pet urine at the time of service. I thought it couldn't be too much more, maybe double the initial price they quoted. I was wrong. it was going to be be an extra $300+ dollars! I said that's way too much but the tech said my house would smell like a pee sauna and I didn't want that, plus he was already there. I reluctantly gave in. And the next morning my house smells like pee. Why couldnt they have been upfront about how much extra it was going to be? Because otherwise I would have declined and did it myself. Hoping they can make this right because what a waste of money. read more
