Brittney Taylor is an AMAZING hairstylist! I have been going to her for about 6 months now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else! The 1st time I went in, I wanted something new, I had below shoulder length hair, blonde on top, black underneath. I decided on an A-line, lighten the blonde and to get rid of the black. Throughout the whole process Brittney was very sweet and talkative, I was instantly at ease! She was able to get rid of the black in one sitting, and changed it to a pretty caramel brown color. After cutting, she styled my hair and gave me tips on how to straighten the back layers, and recommended a product to use on my hair to reduce brassiness and make the "white" blonde look last longer. I have gone back every 5 to 6 weeks since and have been very pleased with the results every time. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and will continue to go back to her:) read more

I booked a 90 minute massage with Sarah. When I got there the receptionist gave me a little questionnaire to fill out and Sarah came to get me shortly after that. I didn't have to wait long at all. Sarah gave me the best massage! I have had tension in my shoulders, neck and back that has been causing pain for months. Sarah applied just the right pressure on the areas that needed it most. We were in the first room closest to the mani/pedi area and I could hear muffled voices during my massage but nothing too loud that bothered me. Since, I have been out of work for 10 months and have not done any thing to my hair except try to a all over color myself (big mistake), Mary Ann was able to analyze my hair texture, shades, and skin coloring to find the perfect highlight/color design. She was also able to take care of past hair cutting mistakes and has articulated her future plans which include a seasonal coloring scheme. Michelle Neal is great! She always does a great job on my color and cut!

Well, I arrived at 10:40 for what I was told was a 10:45 appt. Turns out the receptionist told me the wrong time. It was actually an 11:45 appt as I was rather rudely informed by Chrystal who would've been my stylist. I was just going to walk out at that point, but the receptionist quickly found another stylist, Barbara. I figured no big deal on the mix up.... After the cut was finished and I went to pay, Barbara said I get paid directly and pulled out her phone with a square attached. OK.... Then proceeded to charge me $30, which is a 50% tip. Saying "I charge $30, tip is included". Well, that's not the way the service industry works. If she wants to do that, she should be up front about it and let the consumer decide. Men's haircut is listed at $20 on their website with no disclaimer that certain stylists charge more....... After getting home and combing through my hair to see if it was worth the money, I was really disappointed. There are chunks in my hair that are way longer than the hair right next to it and one of my cowlicks on my neck line wasn't even cut. I have had $10 cuts that run circles around this one....I will have to find someone to fix my hair before Sunday. Needless to say, I will never go back and will proceed to tell all my network about this really poor experience. *Obviously there are people that didn't have this kind of experience as derived from the rating, but know this experience can happen. **The stylist contacted me the next day and said she is going to refund the money. At least I don't have to pay twice for my haircut. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. The hairstylist refused to listen to what I wanted done and gave me the worst haircut I have ever recieved. I asked for a simple trim with sidebangs and long layers, and she managed to mess even that up. My hair was cut for 2-3 minutes and the next 25 mins was spent blow drying, flat ironing, and finally curling my hair to a crisp. I am left with a frizzy disgusting mess, and any hair that was healthy is not deady and frizzed. I told her I did not want anything short and did not want it sheared in a certain way to which she nodded, obvioulsy not listening to anything I had to say. She did nothing to my hair except the TWO THINGS I TOLD HER NOT TO DO. You have been warned... go to this salon at your own risk. No amount of free cookies and water with fix the damage they do to your hair. read more

Saw Michelle today after reading a few wonderful reviews. Needless to say, I WASN'T disappointed. She is super sweet and very genuine. I told her what I wanted and she walked me through step-by-step what she thought would work best and what she was going to do. I like that she didn't put me under the dryer to process the highlights and I think they look that much better for that exact reason. The hair wash was TO DIE FOR. I've never felt so pampered while getting a shampoo! Seriously, I would pay just for that! The color came out beautifully, which is difficult when you're looking for a natural, but lighter blonde. I also have long hair, and she had no problem giving me a nice cut and a wonderful style. I would definitely recommend her and will be going back soon! read more

I came in a year ago based on good Yelp reviews and left traumatized. Brought pics of a sleek long bob and the stylist gave me a short wedge cut with bouncy curls. Left feeling like a trendy soccer mom instead of a sexy young woman. Total disaster cried all the way home. It has taken a year for my hair to grow enough to even out the shortest layers to get the bob I originally asked for. Stylist( not mentioning name since hopefully she has improved) was a lovely person but seemed like a one trick pony? This place will not have my business again. so I got a gift card here for 120 and the service was wonderful but the experiences were bad, the first time I came in after waiting for my appointment I was told that I couldn't get my stiletto nails I had been waiting to get . They offered me a free pedicure and manicure but since I had my heart set on fake nails I decided to just pay for regular square painted acrylic nails . The second visit I came in and got a fill and got french powdered nails. my nail lady was so nice but her work on my fill was bad ..the lines on the white powder were bumpy & clowdy .. I am disappointed that I still have 50 bucks to spend here still :( read more

I was in yesterday to see Michelle Neal-Fry - this has only been my 3rd visit with her as my usual girl left her salon to be a stay-at-home Mom. This was my first appointment with Michelle where I was requesting highlights put in my hair. She made some suggestions as to coloring of my hair, highlights and cutting. I put it all in her hands and was absolutely amazed at how much I loved it!!! She actually managed to take some years off me. Even my husband noticed when he got home last night.
