I literally just called because I wanted to know the price of a new car key. That's it. I made that very clear with the first guy I was talking too. Yet he was asking me for the make of my car model, my phone number and my address. I was thinking that it was only for reference in case if I did book an appointment. I tried asking him the price of a new car key, and he said he had no idea. I asked him if he could give me an estimated number, and he said that if he guessed a price it would be lying, so I'd have to talk to the second guy about it. Alright, totally fine! Well, second guy calls. Again, I tried to make it clear I just wanted to know the price of a new key. There were some times when I couldn't understand him, and there was one time when he asked something with "would you like it tonight?" I said yes, thinking he was talking about the price. He said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. Well WHAT DO YOU KNOW! 15 minutes later, he texts saying he's at the front. Wait, he's at the front? He literally CAME OVER to my house! I did NOT ask for that. I NEVER wanted that. All I wanted to know was the price of a new car key. I texted him this, and he tells me it would be $185-200. Okay... that's all I wanted to know! I told him that I wouldn't be willing to pay that price, so I asked him to leave. He didn't reply back. I thought it would be over, but this morning I wake up to someone ringing my phone. It's the guy that came over last night. I ignore and block, because I do not want to talk anymore. Then the first guy I talked to last night calls. Ugh, ignore and block! Then a THIRD number calls. Are you kidding me? IS IT NOT CLEAR THAT I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO YOU?!?! 3 numbers? You can not be serious... At this point, I think this should be considered harassment. I don't know what it is that you want but I'm done talking to you guys. And NO, I'm NOT paying for anything. Y'all didn't even do service on me, and I didn't want you to come to my house in the first place. Your wasted gas is YOUR problem. I'm shocked that this service has a high rating. I'm dropping a 1 star on this, and hopefully after reading my review you could think twice before even CALLING these people... For me, I feel unsafe, knowing these people have my number and address (which I stupidly gave, guess you could label that as my fault). Welp, I'll just add that to my list of the many reasons why I have to carry pepper spray... P.S. There are cameras everywhere on our street, and we DO carry, so if you're planning on something because you've got our address, don't even think about it...
