    "Soya"?!
    Scott L.

Hard stop at 5 for Happy Hour lead me to order "Soya" at full price $15. The balance of my $50 bill was tequila. Two shots and one beer!? Well I could have left when I saw the $21 Hamburger. W.T. Heck is happening with restaurants? Anyway, the Soya, a grilled shaved beef on kabobs dish from Nigeria with a spicy peanut dipping sauce was disappointing. The Colorado presentation was chunks of grilled tough top round with a horseradish sauce presented on a bed of arugula and bird's eye peppers. Is alright, but lose the pretentious name. Ambience was ok. No music, TV, but nothing special.

Thai chili Bao buns ($13) - good but small

Stopped in for a light dinner, sat at the bar and service was good, food was okay but definitely overpriced for portions. Goat cheese Pizetta ($13) - listed as a shareable but with two ~3"-1.5" pieces of focaccia piled high with unstable toppings, it's a fork and knife situation and not what I typically consider a shareable style dish. It was good, not great. Thai chili Bao buns ($13) - pork belly was cooked well, sauce was tasty, slaw took the back seat, small.

We went here for dinner last night had the elk tenderloin others had the Asian chicken everything was good

Amazing sizzling skillet brown butter pancake. Enough to share. Could easily be a dessert. Outstanding!

Amazing brunch. Great service. Indoor/outdoor seating. Reasonable prices. Beautiful views. We will be back.

Rather than visiting Starbucks for a coffee or Wendy's for lunch, why not give Timberline a go?!?! Good food, nice alcohol selection, and a lovely outdoor patio this makes for a great rest stop. Whether on the way to your mountain resort destination or before heading home, it is very ideal for that "Whew, I made it thru the Eisenhower Tunnel" wind down, or the "Gotta work up the gumption before dealing with Eisenhower" power lunch. Timberline has a great happy hour and 1/2 off pancake deals Monday-Friday. I went with the lunch combo (mix and match with 1/2 sandwich, or soup, or salad). The chicken pot pie soup totally rocked. Lightly creamy, not salty, and packed with chicken and veggies. Portions are perfect and our meals arrived timely. Great open seating perfect for couples, families or friends to gather. Restrooms are gender specific and are handicap accessible. Decent parking area with disabled parking spots up front. Also note that Timberline passes on a 3% processing fee when paying by credit card. Cash is King! Timberline is located in The Green Village at The Silverthorne Outlets.

First time visit, Great experience! The happy hour is killer, really good bites and our server / bartender Thomas was awesome!

We came very early on a Saturday and we were the only ones dining for brunch. Not the friendliest host but staff was very nice and our server was knowledgeable on specials and recommendations. I will note for us being the only ones dining, service was extremely slow. While we had to wait for a while, once the food arrived, we were not disappointed! Pancakes are a must if you visit. Would love to return to have a lunch of dinner experience.

We love Timberline! They are very busy - make sure you make a reservation. The food is high quality and the drinks - whether it be beer, wine, cocktails - are top notch. We have tried many dishes and my favorite is always the pasta special and the cornbread. Highly recommend for brunch as well. It is Summit County, so it is going to be pricey - but it is well worth it!

Great spot to grab some good eats. Bar menu is great...try the Bloody Mary sampler/tasting! Our bartender was great and the food was so tasty!

We did a walk in and was seated immediately. Service was nice but she did get one of our orders wrong because one of us asked for wings with the sauce on the side. I got the short rib and it was yummy, good portions as well. The burger and wings were okay, Brussels sprouts delicious. It was freezing inside and the mistake of taking our order is the reason I had to give it a 3 star. Ambiance was nice and cute inside, just too cold for me personally.

Because I inhaled the Shrimp and Grits that was too delicious to stop and take a pic!

Visited twice this weekend because it's one of the few places we'd go to twice in a row! We keep reordering appetizers SUYA, Sliders, Salmon Dip; and entrees Shrimp and Grits, ELK Medallions, Short Rib, and Burgers. Yummly!

But as soon as we sat down, we knew that wouldn't be the case here. Natalie D. was incredibly bubbly, helpful, and funny, and made our beautiful rooftop meal even better than we expected. She ensured we got our happy hour stuff in by 5 pm, had great recommendations (which is always amazing, as indecisive people), and made us feel welcome and special. The cajun dry rub wings were amazing and the happy hour portion was generous for both those and the truffle fries. For entrees we had the braised short rib, HH smashburger, and scallops with truffle polenta. Everything was tasty! The polenta was slightly bland but polenta often is; Just ask for some lemon and salt on the side and it would be perfect. The scallops were cooked perfectly! Also the cocktail of the month for July, the Butterfly Pea Daiquiri, was delicious! Perfectly balanced and refreshing. At 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, it was fairly empty and had a great atmosphere on the outside section of the rooftop. Obviously the view was amazing, but everything else was great along with it!

Actually a quite underwhelming food selection. Menu needs to be expanded in my opinion. 4 dinner options just aren't enough for a fine dining experience. Extensive drink menu tho. Strongly suggest this place for a nice Strongly suggest the seared ahi tuna appetizer even though it comes with sad side salad no dressing even though the menu claims a carrot salad. Decided to sign our marriage license here ‍‍‍ ironically when you make reservations they ask if it's a special occasion. I filled that part out however, when we arrived and during our dinner no part of it was acknowledged. Why bother asking if they don't care? ‍

I had very high expectations for this restaurant coming into it because all of the places I've had…read morein Silverthorne have been amazing; both with food and hospitality. This place missed every single mark. Our food took almost an hour to come out and parts of it was cold. Hubbys pancake was hard (not crispy hard, like heat lamp hard) and one of the items on my plate was a completely cold, unbuttered English muffin. The eggs were cooked wrong (I ordered over medium and they were barely over easy with tons of runny white still and hubby ordered hard scrambled and they were scrambled and runny still), and our waiter stopped in to fill water cups once but did not check in or ask how we were while we were waiting. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back
