I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible. I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. The chicken was just two very small chicken tenders over a very small bed of mashed potatoes, smothered in the most salty gravy I have ever had. I asked for the gravy on the side knowing it might be salty, it did not come on the side. This was bad. It was hard to eat and the salt was overwhelming. The portion size was one for a kids menu and I am just so disappointed in the entire experience with the item. The ale soup was okay and could have actually used a little more seasoning. For 11$, it comes in the tiniest bowl... The martini was delicious and I would definitely get again. That item is an embarrassment. At first, I thought they had split it up for us... two chicken tenders for each person. But once I realized that was the amount of food you got for 18$.... I was very upset. A kids meal usually comes with at least three chicken tenders. I felt ripped off and with the gravy being dumped all over I just had a terrible time with this item. Please change it back. PLEASE. Nice place to relax after a long day. Bonus that it has outdoor games on a lawn for kids to entertain themselves while waiting for food. A bit of disparity in the portions. We have stopped here almost every year for the past 5 years when we come up for vacation. This year was very pedestrian food- my husband got the Rueben and I got the Lamb burger, the burger was ok but the fries were hard and cold when served, the Reuben tasted like it had sat there awhile and was not fresh at all. The beer is always good here so if that is all you want then go there but the food needs help. Service was ok but rather slow, probably contributed to the food flavor! Dillion Dam Brewery has been going on for a long time. I have ate here a lot and it's a very solid option, we had a couple starters that I felt were a little over priced but still got the job done. We were able to grab a reservation for a Friday night during Christmas weekend which means it was definitely packed. I got myself the rodeo burger and it had amazing flavor the fries were seasoned to perfection. The restaurant itself was very inviting and makes you feel like you're in a true ski town and it is awesome. If we're willing to spend a little extra money I would definitely recommend coming to the Dam Brewery. read more

What a difference a week makes? Should the quality vary so much in so little time? I'm talking' to the owners and managers: #1. When I belly up to a gigantic bar in a brewery, I do not expect to wait more than about 30 seconds before someone says, " Good Afternoon Sir, thank you for joining us! How May I Serve You? We have an excellent offer today at Happy Hour! May I help you with your selection? I waited, and waited, and..... #2. If the bartender is so overwhelmed with the 4:30 crush of 20 or so customers, get additional help. Maybe a manager could get off their butt and assist? Perhaps one of the half dozen wait staff playing grab-ass outside the kitchen could help? #3. I asked the hostess/skater-boy to see a manager. No one appeared, Ever. I waited an hour. Now we know the problem. #4. During my last visit I asked for wings Well Done. I did not ask this time and the same wings were loaded with fatty skin. Gross. How's about you guys ask customers how they'd like their wings? It's called customer service. For $21.50 it's the least you could do! #5. I was surrounded by Other Diners with Issues. Guy to my right was charged double for happy hour hummus. Guy to my left waited 30 minutes for his order, and it was wrong. What is going on? Do you care? #6. What's the deal with providing fresh cut celery with your $21.50 wings? Black gunk? Com'on man, what other corners are you cutting? Has celery become so expensive you cannot serve fresh? They were out of Here's Your Damn IPA so I got the Red Spruce IPA which might be my new favorite, It was an easy drink and had really good flavor. Stop by for happy hours before 6pm. Got seated for 7 right away. Ben is the server who very knowledgeable and hospitable to get water and drink order quickly. Our happy hour ( half price appetizers and $1 off beers) also came out fast. Sausages and sauerkraut are really good. Nacho plate and Brussels sprouts are yummy and filling. On a frigid evening in Keystone, we drove to Dillon to check out Dillon Dam Brewery for dinner. It's a popular spot and we found the last parking spot available in their lot. After parking, I was impressed with how the brewery looked from the outside. It looked just as great indoors. After being seated, I started with a flight. It's my go-to at breweries as it allows you to try a good variety of beers. I enjoyed them all and my flight included quite a few different types of beers. I also had their chicken fried chicken which comes with mashed potatoes, green beans, and caramelized onions. The mashed potatoes and green beans are standard with this dish but I've never seen it served with onions. I'm not a fan of onions generally so it took a little work to get them out of the way. The dish itself was solid but the portion size was a little smaller than I expected. Service was standard. read more

This is a large establishment so we elected to come since we had 7 in our party. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. They set up a stand to bring the food out on and made sure our table was aware to ensure no one got up and ran into it. Also they allowed us to get separate checks. The food is standard bar food. The onion soup was the best item I had. I also split the bison burger and fries. The fries were too salty for me and the burger was fine. There were two odd moments - the first was our soup came out before anyone's beverages did. The restaurant was not busy so I am not sure what the issue was at the bar. Also, most of us got a burger which came with fries and the burger did t come with ketchup. The waiter asked if we wanted any and then brought it out in dishes. I visited this brewery on 6/1/2026. After checking my bank statement on 6/4/2026 I saw that I was charged for my meal and someone else's meal. My meal was 70.00 and someone else's was 235.42. I called after noticing this discrepancy on 6/4/2026 and was told that their manager wasn't working and they would write my name and number down and the manager would give me a call on 6/5/2026. After calling 8 times around 11:05am on 6/5/2026 someone answers and says their manager is not working today and they'll see if the manager can call me tomorrow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I actually enjoyed the food and the atmosphere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] however their customer service skills regarding this issue are abysmal. If I took 235.42 from their establishment I'm sure they would want to resolve it as soon as possible however when the customer is the one that was wrongfully charged they seem to think it doesn't matter how long it takes to resolve the issue.
