Just left coffee cove and they are the nicest people. Immediately wanted to give us recommendations around the island. Highly recommend infused vanilla macnut cold brew!

BEST COFFEE YOU WILL EVER HAVE! & AÇAÍ BOWLS! We stopped here 3 times because we couldn't get enough! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a variety of muffins, scones and breads to choose from. You won't be disappointed!

It's hard to imagine a more idyllic coffee spot. Located adjacent to the historic Chings Punalu'u Market with outdoor seating and ocean views...this is a must visit on your windward trek to the North Shore. Service is always delightful. Great grab and go pastries like homemade banana bread or energy bites. Always a great place to break up the day.

Awesome little stop! Right across from the beach, there is even seating and a little beach swing across the road. The açaí bowls were amazing! Coffee too! Friendly service, attached to a convenience store, and an amazing shrimp truck.

Best coffee on North Shore! Such a sweet spot to grab a quick coffee and delicious chocolate banana bread. Right across from the ocean and convenient when you are heading out for the day. They have so many options to choose from but Vanilla Macadamia nut was my favorite. Service was fast and friendly.

We had their acai bowl for breakfast. It was so so delicious, healthy and fresh flavor! Good customer service and location is so convenient from our Airbnb place.

    Amazing Sunrise Views

This "blink and you'll miss it" coffee spot sits next to Ching's Punaluu Store. We are staying close and decided to wake up early and take in the sunrise with some banana bread and coffee. The staff (sister-in-laws) were warm and friendly making conversation and sold me on trying the banana bread latte and we also got a brown butter latte. Don't sleep on the banana bread latte as they make the syrup in house and is very refreshing as a cold drink. Candidly the brown butter latte didn't have much taste as a hot drink. The banana bread and chocolate coconut banana bread had a great taste and was moist but not soggy. I see why they get compliments. At the End of the Day two coffees and two slices of bread cost about $26 which is pretty pricey even by Hawaiian standards. Can't beat the beach and view though. So if you're driving to North Shore by way of H83 this is worth a stop and make your own opinion.

Perfect little coffee shop to get the day started! We ordered two coconut mac nut lattes, banana bread, and ground coffee for home. Service was quick and friendly. Lovely spot!

We LOVE Coffee Cove! My husband and I spent a couple of days oh this North Shore and found this little spot for our coffee multiple days. The vanilla mac cold brew was AMAZING and so smooth. I bought two bags of grounds to make it at home! My husband also loved his peppermint mocha. The employees were friendly and patient while we made our decisions, as so much on the menu sounded yummy!! We also tried the bread pudding, which was delightful. There is a small seating area, but the beach is also across the street. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. I want to return already!!

Amazing location, right next to the beach! I would say the latte didn't have much banana flavor but the coffee itself was great & their banana bread is amazing so I would recommend that. The workers were very sweet and helped me decide what to order!

Cute stop off the side of the road that offers yummy coffees and fresh made baked goods. Friendly and quick service with a quaint little outside sweating area. Enjoy your drink directly across from the beach!

For starters the place is super cute and across the way is the most beautiful beach. The girl working the window was so sweet and personable. The acia bowl is literally the best I've ever had. The coffee was amazing as well. I will be going back tomorrow to try the coconut Mac nut coffee

Little place right off the road across from the beach. I got the vanilla macadamia nut latte with oat milk. It was great! Very peaceful spot to enjoy a coffee.

One of the sweetest parts of the experience was the owner -- a sweet older lady who takes your order herself and carefully packages everything up for you. It feels very personal and old-school in the best way. Here's what we tried: Long John - The star of the show. It's served chilled and doesn't look like your typical long john. The donut itself was light, pillowy, and slightly crispy. The texture contrast was perfect. We'd honestly come back just for this. Mochi An Pan - Really good. The mochi had that satisfying chew, the red bean wasn't overly sweet, and the bread was soft and fresh. Mushroom & Onion - Savory and comforting. The cream sauce was flavorful and paired well with the soft bread Ham & Cream Cheese - This one was a bit too dense for us, likely because of the cream cheese topping. Not bad, just heavier than we prefer. Parking is easy and plentiful since it's in the same lot as the movie theater. Overall, such a cute local bakery, make sure to come early, bring cash, and don't skip the long john.

My favorites I always order are the vanilla cardamom bun, Don't Worry Brie Happy, banh mi, and Cardi B drink. I did want to share a couple of suggestions for the owner/manager because I'd love to see this place continue to improve. Lastly, please can you add some umbrellas above your wooden tables outside. It's way too hot, and the covered area is always full/loud. Would really love some umbrellas over the wooden tables. Coffee consistency: I've ordered the Cardi B around 20 times over the past four months. Less than half the time it's great, but more than half it has been disappointingly cold or poorly made. I understand that different baristas have different techniques, but the inconsistency is always noticeable. In my experience, about 15 out of 20 times the coffee drink has been cold because the milk is not being steamed and instead cold milk is being poured directly into the coffee. The amount of cardamom and sweetness/honey always varies too. Since the drink itself has such a great recipe, I'd really love to see more consistency in preparation--this could be improved through retraining baristas, reinforcing a gold standardized recipe, proper milk steaming technique, temperature guidelines, or additional barista training. Also, I've never had the same barista or cashier in all the times I visited. As a local regular, I do wish I could have a regular solid barista. Consider the best practice of scheduling people with consistent schedules weekly so people can develop loyalty and relationship with your cafe. Bagelweanies: These are SO delicious, but they are also way too salty. The large sea salt crystals on top look beautiful, but there is so much salt that it overwhelms the flavor and health nutrition. I always have to peel or scrap off the top bread to remove all the salt. The weenie itself is already salty enough, in my opinion. I'd strongly suggest reducing or even removing all the sea salt on top. It would make them more enjoyable and a more healthy. They will still taste great, look great, and you reduce the expense of sea salt! I'm sharing this because I genuinely love the food and want to see the café succeed. The pastries and food are clearly made with care, and with a little more consistency in the coffee and less salt on the bagelweanies, I think you'd have an even stronger experience.
