Every bite was enjoyable, and we left completely satisfied. But as wonderful as the food was, what really made our visit memorable was the customer service and friendliness. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive, and that personal touch made us feel right at home. The ambiance was wonderful, too. Nani's has a relaxed, comfortable North Shore atmosphere that makes you want to sit back, enjoy your meal, and take your time. It's the kind of place where the experience is just as important as the food. We've eaten at many places, but it's not often that the food, service, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality all come together this perfectly. I asked for a coconut milk instead of whole milk. When I picked up my drink I could see the latte looked diluted.
