LOVE THIS PLACE! We lived in Los Angeles and we love Bubble Tea (called Boba Tea there). We have tried EVERY place in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and Murfreesboro that has Boba on their menu and Coffee Fusion is the ONLY one worth a darn! We go every chance we get. The pho here is a must have. I have tried pho all over Nashville and I'm the one who usually introduces Pho to my friends, with that being said here's why I think the pho here is the best. The broth here is consistently fresh every time I go and that's a huge deal. Most pho places is a hit and miss when it comes to the broth. Depending on which day you go you might get the bottom of the barrel broth from last week or the top of the barrel which is mostly watered down. My sister and I ordered a couple drinks. We ordered a taro bubble tea, very watery and bland tasting. I'm thinking they didn't put enough of the mix or they don't care to be generous with it. Also ordered a Thai Tea bubble tea, again, very watery and bland tasting. I asked them if they could remake it or add some of the powder. The second go around was better, but still very liquid-y and not enough. I felt like I was drinking watered down taro/thai tea. We also ordered a Laos coffee, keep in mind that I am Laos.. Definitely not close to what I'm used to drinking! It tasted watered down, like the rest of their drinks! I'll give them another shot in a couple months. read more

BBQ pork sandwich was decent but I think it needs Mayo and the pickled veggies were barely pickled tasting. My iced green tea latte was milky and the matcha powder didn't come through at all. I understand they are newly opened and it seemed the owner was still training his workers... but food and drink were disappointing. I will go back within a month and see if anything changes. Next time, I will have to try their actual coffee. Maybe that is their strong point but I didn't choose it today. I really wanted to love this place but didn't. I drive by this place everyday to and from work and was finally curious enough to try it out. I was surprised to see that had Banh Mi and Lao coffee. I got the pork roll Banh Mi (Asian Sandwich they call it) and the bread was good but the pork roll itself was very salty. Lots of meat but I couldn't handle the salt so I about half way I took the meat out and just ate the bread. I also had the ice hazelnut coffee which was okay. I only like it when the owner/ lady works there cause I just went today to get some khao piek, and I usually eat there when she's there around like 4pm. but I went this afternoon. And the dude working there didn't say oh I'll be right with you in a second. He just looked at me, and was doing other things. and asked if I was picking up. like no I'm here to order. but still don't make me wait like I'm an idiot, at-least let me know that you're finishing up other things and be right with me when he's done. but anyways I got home, and I didn't even get the veggies on the side. And that's the best part of any type of noodle dish because it brings out the flavor. And should've put the garlic on the side as well. not in my soup. and should've asked if I wanted the veggies that comes with it every time I eat here. Now, the best part of this place are the drinks. Honeydew bubble tea is my absolute favorite and I really appreciate the owners not making the drink overly sweet. It was the right amount.
