What's nice about this place as you could actually reserve either tables or the conference area in advance if you have a meeting to attend to. The place is nice nicely decorative and extremely clean. The service is attentive and quick.

I accidentally selected 7 items instead of 6, and I clearly told them multiple times that I only wanted 6 and did NOT want the extra item. Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. This situation could have been handled politely in seconds, but instead it turned into a negative experience. I won't be returning, and I hope management seriously works on customer service.

My teenage daughter introduced this cafe to me, as this place has become one of her favorite places to hang out in Schaumburg. Well, this place looked reasonably nice and clean, but i cannot understand her strong enthusiasm about this place. This place is just A-OK to me. The coffee was OK. But I'd rather prefer a stronger coffee style, like the ones offered by Starbucks. Their tea selection looked definitely better. I tried a bowl of Bingsoo, the shaved ice snack, and it was OK; and one good thing about it was that it seemed definitely lower in calories than a full-fledged bowl of ice cream. My daughter liked all of their Bingsoos and smoothies. I would recommend this place to someone who wants to try some different style of cold snacks. And I think their tea selection is quite nice. read more
