Apparently this was a tough request. Once we cleared this up, payment was processed and I took a seat at a booth. Coffee order was brought out in a small plastic cup. Yes- plastic cups. Mmmm, hot liquid served in plastic is my fav. (I'm kidding of course) worse yet, the coffee was straight up awful. Truly, it was bad and I hate to even say this. I know a small biz needs all the love it can get and I REALLY wanted to love this place. I even had an extra shot of espresso added and this drink wasn't even as good as a gas station. I'm a huge espresso lover. I have a fancy machine at home but I love to support coffee shops when I'm out running errands. There are very rare times that I have negative comments. Additionally, their POS system is asking you to add gratuity, even though they're already secretly auto-charging you 10% gratuity. That is flat-out disgusting. There was very little labor/time involved. So on top of the high prices, with greatly reduced toppings, they are encouraging people to pay upwards of 30% gratuity?
