Two things: First, I understand it may be frustrating when customers dont know what the different menu items are and employees have to answer the same questions, but this is not Colombia. If you dont want to be bothered by people who don't know what the different menu items are, maybe put an English translation of the Spanish name and description in parentheses. Lastly, if you have the skill to craft a lovely pastry shell, take the time to fill it with quality ingredients, and dont serve old, stale ones.
