Decent coffee, today was in the mood for something more refreshing so I got a Yuzu mojito and a Jasmine green tea cream. Both were delicious, I just wish the Jasmine green tea had stronger notes everything just kind of gets muddled together and the cream is slightly overpowering. But still they were both really good and refreshing.

Recently heard about Coffee Up, so we decided to give it a try. The menu looked interesting. It is a small location attached to a predominantly medical offices building. They have two small tables and a bench outside the entrance, which means there is little seating. And that patio is south facing, which means a lot of sun. The place seemed popular enough at 9am on a Friday with a steady stream of customers. We waited about 5 minutes to order (only 2 people ahead of us in the line). They seemed a bit understaffed based on the number of orders (including ordering ahead), but the wait wasn't horrible. There is a self-service kiosk for ordering. The service was okay, not great, not bad. About our order: 1. Hot latte (breve style = half whole milk, half half and half): it started out decently well, but by the time I was half way through the cup, it tasted almost completely like straight half and half. 2. Parisian Hot Chocolate (I think that was the name): pretty tasty, super sweet. We couldn't drink too much, so we took it home to add milk or something.

New coffee shop in Chino. This one is located in the new buildings across the street from Target. Very small inside so I would say definitely order ahead through their website. I got their Vietnamese Iced Coffee with oat milk. Delicious. Perfect amount of sweet. Perfect balance. I was really hungry but I've tried their breakfast croissant and their spicy chicken avocado sandwich. Both good. Breakfast croissant is a good size portion. I enjoyed their spicy chicken avocado sandwich. Order ahead. Be patient if you order at the location.

This location is on the smaller side, with limited indoor seating and just a few tables outside. The drinks were good, although the cup sizes felt a bit small for the price. We ordered the Spanish latte and the strawberry matcha, and both were flavorful and well-made. Overall, a nice spot for a quick coffee stop if you can find a seat.

this is honestly my #1 favorite local coffee shop. i always hype this place up. it helps that it's less than 10 minutes from my work. i recommend to always order ahead on their website so that your order is ready quickly because the inside is very small. i love how they have so many drink and food options with both sweet and savory choices. they also have snacks near the ordering kiosk. if you really like their coffee, you can also buy their beans here. my go to drink is the mayan mocha. this store made me obsessed with mocha drinks and the way the chocolate and spice compliments the espresso is so delicious. i've tried many variations of sweetness and milks and it always tastes good. i've had their other coffees before and they're also all delicious. i haven't tried their matcha yet because i come here for the coffee. i just realllyyyy love the taste of the coffee beans used here and all the various latte flavors. my favorite food here is the spicy chicken avocado panini. you can choose your side to go with it but i usually choose kale with a side of spicy mayo. it's always perfectly crispy and the flavors go so well together. i have tried some other sweet and savory options and they're all a hit. you can't really go wrong with anything here. the inside is a really small store but it's perfect to eat at quickly before heading to work or while on break if you're solo. not a great place to study or chat with friends. they do have a small bar table inside with 3 seats and 1 or 2 small tables outside with chairs. absolutely love this place. the taste and quality of every food and drink is amazing!

When in Chino, Coffee Up Roastery is a good option to satisfy your latte fix. The shop is fairly small, so be prepared to wait outside to order/for your order - there are two tables outside for you. I got an iced Hawaiian latte (with almond milk), which was tasty! Had the right amount of pickmeup, was smooth and creamy. Highly recommend this latte that's made with chocolate and coconut and comes topped with macadamia nuts. Also ordered a strawberry matcha and blue lavender lattes ( honey + lavender), which the family enjoyed. Coffee Up is located on the side of a new apartment complex ( looks like it may still be under construction), so it may look like you're in the wrong spot. Plenty of parking available.

A charming coffee shop, located in a building plaza. Minimalistic interior design and limited seating. This place is meant for coffee to go. The staff is nice and fast with their services, especially when they have long lines. I ordered a Hot Hawaiian and it has macadamia nut, chocolate and coconut, it was good.

I tried the Biscoff latte, expecting it to be pretty sweet, but surprisingly it wasn't. It's topped with a Biscoff cookie, but the flavor itself is much more coffee-forward. I think I was hoping for more of that cookie-butter taste, but it was still good overall. The location is a bit hidden and very tiny--definitely more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to sit and hang out. There are two little tables outside and a small counter with three stools inside. Also, the prices seem really reasonable in this market .

Found this hidden gem on the way to work. They have a lot of variety and unique drinks, which personally I love! I always am eager to try different drink combinations well out. And this Hawaiian latte def hit the spot for me. My only complaint is, it took over 10 -15 minutes to get my drink (I was the only person in there) So they do get busy with online orders. Normally I don't mind but again was on my way to work needless to say I will be back here lol

Stopped by this cute coffee shop with my friend before we went apple picking and I LOVED IT. Everything about the visit was pleasant even if there was a slight wait. Parking was ample, it's in an unassuming area which made it even more impressive how busy this spot is! If there's a wait, normally it's THAT good and this place was THAT good for me. The spicy chicken avocado panini was hot and fresh. The crisp on the bread and the flavors melding together, ugh so good. It's not very spicy at all though haha. I'd order it again in a heartbeat, the prices were very reasonable too. The salad was decent, not great, but it is just a side and honestly better than nothing so I'm happy with it! The drinks all looked good. I opted for a fall season drink because why not.. it was tasty and I enjoyed it lots. I had a pumpkin biscoff oat latte. I think they are popular for their biscoff drinks as I saw so many people order them. Love the cookie on top, it's cute. Lastly, the workers there were really nice. Give them grace when there's a wait. They are trying their best and they are still kind. One of the workers even gave an extra biscoff to a father who was willing to pay for an extra for his kid. I know it's a minor gesture, but still shows the heart of this shop. Come support this local coffee shop!

Tried their avocado toast. It was so yummy and of good value! The multi-grain bread has avocado spread, hard-boiled egg and some lemon pepper. two slices of avocado toast also comes with spring mixed walnut salad and dressing. easy and fast to order online for pick-up. read more

Finally--a great local coffee shop in Chino! The coffee and service are both amazing. It's a small space, so it can feel a bit cozy when it gets busy, but the quality makes it worth it. I haven't tried the food yet, but I've noticed plenty of positive reviews about it. I've been stopping by almost every weekend to pick up drinks for my siblings before our board game day, and they love the drinks just as much as I do. Definitely a spot worth checking out! read more

This place was so hidden that I wouldn't have found it by myself. My friend recommended this place to me when I mentioned that I needed some caffeine. First try, I drove into the parking lot with the medical building. Because of construction, access was blocked off. I had to get back out on the street and make a U-turn. No biggie. For a good coffee place, I was willing to go through the trouble. When I finally found it, there wasn't a sign with their name on it or anything. The only way I was able to locate it was through the neon "open" sign on their window and a small sandwich board outside their door. Despite the lack of signage, I was glad to enter the tiny cozy space. And by tiny, I mean there was barely standing room for me and another customer who was waiting for her coffee. I ordered the strawberry matcha and asked for it to be only lightly sweetened. Wow the drink came out really fast and looked amazing. They put small chunks of fresh strawberries at the bottom. That was a nice touch. All the flavors were there and everything blended well together! I also noticed that they had some delicious sounding sandwiches on the menu. This is worth a stop if you're in the area. read more

Ordered something sweet (biscoff latte) and something classic (americano) and the coffee was not it. In the latte, the coffee presence was missing and even at 50% sweetness, it was more sugar than anything. $6.50. The americano had a strong burnt taste and flavor (like cigarettes).$4.50. Also, no greeting which is fine, but it made our visit feel slightly awkward. read more

I am obsessed with small businesses, like Coffee Up Roastery, who appear to be crowded but have exceptional effectiate customer service!! You are welcomed with a smile and smell of ground coffee. Service is top notch accompanied by a variety of coffee selections, I am here almost everyday and appreciate them now being open on Sunday's. If you're going just for coffee, then this is a great little spot. No seating available inside, and only two tables available outside so plan to grab and go! Check their schedule! They don't always offer the full menu. Staff can be friendlier, but honestly I still go back simply for the coffee which is the reason for me given them such a high rating . read more

Coffee Up has top tier drinks. I've tried the Iced Spanish and the Biscoff. Both were delicious! Not to mention their prices are the best in the area for speciality coffee drinks ($5-6). The Monte Cristo sandwich is my favorite sandwich here. It's grilled panini style and it comes with either a kale or mixed greens salad, or chips. Very filling and affordable lunch spot. Keep in mind it's limited seating so it's more for grab-n-go or to-go orders. read more

10/10 would not recommend this place. 1. My drink was not good at all. Had 2 sips and had to throw it out. I got the Iced Hawaiian and it tasted like a plain latte with a slight burnt coffee taste. 2. I also ordered the Monte Cristo panini. Cost me $10 and was tiny and not very flavorful. 3. The wait time is crazy. You wait forever at the register for someone to take your order because there is only 2 people working. Save your money. read more

I found this place through Google and wanted to try it. I got 2 drinks for myself because I couldn't decide! I got the Vietnamese with breve and the tiramisu with oat milk. It was $11 for both! That's almost the price of one specialty drink anywhere else. I like that neither was too sweet and I could actually taste the espresso. Customer service was friendly too. read more

Wow. First timers here and we decided on an iced Spanish latte, an iced Vietnamese coffee, and 2 breakfast croissants - one turkey and one ham. The coffee was amazing - and we can't wait to come back and try the entire menu. The sandwiches? So so so bomb. They used a soft boiled egg which completes the entire sandwich. Been coming here religiously for awhile. I love their diverse menu, and the prices are great. I always recommend this place for people in the area. Their espresso based drinks are velvety rich and have a strong flavor. (If you want something really strong my fav is the Vietnamese) I would recommend ordering ahead, the wait time can be a bit sometimes, but that tells you how good it is! There also isn't much seating, so I wouldn't plan on hanging out there for awhile. TLDR: drinks are crafted perfectly every time, very rich espresso flavor, lots of options, good prices, but should order ahead and not so much of a hang out joint. read more

Ok this is such a cute and cozy coffee spot. It is new and upcoming. It was a little hard to find but so glad we found it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm here first thing in the morning every day without a doubt. Every day I'm greeted with a smile by the friendly baristas and a delicious iced macadamia latte. I'm so happy this place opened up so close to home. It has been my go to since they first got here. I recommend Coffee Up to everyone I know. Coffee Up was established by two brothers from the healthcare industry who started as home coffee enthusiasts. Their love for coffee led them to open their first cafe to be able to share the many different flavor profiles of the world with the community.

Meet the Business Owner: Jonathan L.

Since I was able to walk, I was already fascinated by the art of crafting the perfect cup of coffee, starting with finding the ideal balance of sugar, milk, and Folgers coffee for my mom and her friends.   At Coffee Up Roastery, we go beyond just making coffee; we delve into the science behind every step. We source high-quality, fair trade, organic green coffee and create customized roast profiles to highlight the unique origin notes of every bean. We meticulously time and weigh every shot of espresso to ensure the best possible experience. The end result, we hope, is one more happy customer.

The interior is a bit cozy, featuring a long table with a few chairs, but there's additional outdoor seating with comfy couches--perfect for relaxing and enjoying your drink. A quick heads-up: during my visit, the payment machine briefly went down due to an internet issue, but it was resolved later. Just in case, it might be a good idea to bring some cash. This is Coffee Ups second location and I am so glad! Chino Valley was in need of specialty coffee. Their Ethiopian coffee beans are amazing. Their Hawaiian is my go to with that delicious macadamia nut cold foam and nut topping, yum! This location is small but has some bar seating and a couple of patio tables outside. The latte was disappointing and didn't taste very good, and they don't offer "for here" cups. The staff also wasn't particularly friendly, which further took away from the experience. Matcha is good, but the place is tiny with a bunch of people crammed in there. The service is so slow so expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your matcha.
