I'm always down for an empanada, but I'm also quite picky with them and CoffeeStamp did not disappoint! Super friendly staff, a fun menu - items wise and display wise, and DELICIOUS coffee. I highly recommend coming by here for a tasty empanada (or several) and get the chimichurri sauce!

First time visiting this charming coffee stop in St. Louis that is minority owned. They roast their own coffee right next door. I think someone told me the owners family is from Honduras, where some of the coffee is sourced. I'd like to know more about this story (on my next visit). Service was good and engaging. They had more traffic coming through than I imagined. I enjoyed a lovely mocha and my coworker enjoyed black coffee. Noise level was moderate. We were able to have a business conversation even with music playing and a steady stream of customers flowing. Highly recommend giving CoffeeStamp a try.

Really innovative menu and coffee syrups. The breakfast empanada was DELICIOUS. The pastry it was baked in was freshly out of the oven and was warm, flaky and stuffed (definitely money's worth). Great service even though they were busy.

I haven't a clue about the makings of good coffee, nor do I have any baseline to judge what a "good" cup of coffee is. That said, Coffeestamp just served me an absolutely beautiful latte. I always thought coffee was coffee, but this latte proved that wrong. It went down silky smooth. A slight smokiness (not burnt flavor) lingered on your taste buds with subtle earthy notes. But, it was still light, with just a bit of bitter. The interior was super dope. Given the name, they have really leaned into their theme of well traveled coffee. The staff were wonderful. It was a pretty quiet sunday morning inside. A few small groups bonding and connecting over their coffee. If you want somewhere quaint, communal, and driven by good coffee take a trip to Coffeestamp!

Iced vanilla bean matcha latte with whole milk

I love when my matcha is flavorful and creamy, and coffeestamp does it just like that. I asked the barista how they make the matcha and they were knowledgeable of the process, using traditional powder and water to whisk it. I added vanilla bean syrup to mine with half of the sweetness and it was to die for. Not pictured, but I also got the burrito AM with chicken and spicy mayo, which is my favorite thing on the menu. I also highly recommend any of their empanadas if you're not super hungry. The burrito AM with chicken and spicy mayo fills me perfectly. I love that they describe the menu items so there's never any confusion! Of course, their chocolate chip stamp cookies are a staple no matter what I get. The cafe itself is wonderfully decorated and gives a homey vibe with extra study/ seating upstairs for a pleasant view. It's never too loud in there. So glad to consider coffeestamp as a part of my community.

Stopped by Coffeestamp today because they were hosting a Sugarwitch pop up & im so happy I did! Both empanadas were delicious & I love the dirty horchata - I have a feeling I'll be craving another empanada soon! Just beware the inside is very small with limited seating, so plan to take your order to-go or you will probably be sitting g outside. read more

I have been lazy, but here we go. Coffee stamp is legendary because the opened and closed right when COVID hit. These people have very good empanadas I usually get the Pino. I also get quad latte from here. I recommend you try these people out, if you need to study there is an upstairs designated area. Also nice seating outside. read more

I love this place! I had a matcha latte, brunch empanada, and burrito AM and 10/10 recommend all of it! My friend had their Pino empanada which was savory and filling. Their empanadas have the perfect, crispy crusts and their burrito AM is delicious! The staff is nice and they had some desserts out for pride. read more

Nutshell: Unique local roastery, friendly and helpful employees. Worth a pop-in. I've been on a mission to try various local coffee roaster's wares and I finally made it into CoffeeStamp. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly. It was a weekday during covid, so I was the sole customer and they had most of their tables put up. The overall feel and decor though was pleasant. Since I was already hopped up on caffeine, I didn't order a java for the road. I did a little research on their roasts before I came in, but I still asked for a recommendation. Several of the blends, they literally roasted and bagged that day. I wish I got his name, but the employee I talked with was very helpful in finding a light roast. I went whole beans, 12oz. Unfortunately, I can't find the name of the roast I bought, so maybe they don't have it anymore. It was very light, so next time I think I'll go with something a little bolder. The overall mouth-feel was pleasant though. My total was about $16. I'll be back to try a different bag as well as partake in their pastry case and have a cup of joe on premises. read more

This gem was a wonderful find when visiting St. Louis for the first time. Maddy, Dominique and Spencer were welcoming, friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. ( I hope I spelled their names right ) . Coffee lovers must try this spot!! We had a cortado and a café Au lait . Truly pure coffee!!! And that's to be expected when they roast their own coffee!! They even have an expresso muffin!!! For foodies , try the avogoa bagel and the grilled cheese. It was delicious.To top it all off, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect Monday morning spot! read more

Had an intense crabbing for matcha and stumbled across this awesome establishment. Aesthetically pleasing on the inside, service is awesome and the staff was very friendly! I had a hot matcha latte (amazing and exactly what I was looking for) and the Avogoa Bagel (everything bagel, goat cheese, strawberries and avocado) which I would have ordered two if I knew how good it was going to be. Great new coffee shop in the McKinley Heights/Fox Park neighborhood. The coffee is roasted on site and carefully crafted. They have amazing empanadas and also offer pastries from Diana's bakery. Amazing coffee, coffee beans and food. You cannot go wrong with this place. However the coffee cups could be better. Twice, the lid has come off the coffee cup and spilled coffee all over my car's coffee cup holder as I was trying to keep the cup in the holder. Now I am afraid to use their coffee cups and might transfer the coffee into my travel mug before entering my car. (I can't use a travel mug to begin with due to COVID precautions). read more

Everything about this coffee shop is great. I got a pour over of the Honduran coffee and a chicken empanada, and both were delicious. The owner was nice and helpful and genuinely happy to be able to provide quality coffee to more people through the new shop. The crossaint was so flaky and buttery. And for me the pricing was very competitive. My only disappointments were in how eat in items were served. I was killing time in between events and so the pour over came in the glass carafe it dripped into but came wiith a nice stoneware small cup to drink out of. The stoneware kept the heat but couldn't contain the entirety of the pour. So the remainder in the glass cooled pretty quickly that way. Also I had the crossaint warmed but it fries the brie. That's on me for the request but it would have been great if someone could have caught that for me.

While I'm not a coffee drinker, I do enjoy tea from time to time, especially whilst under the weather. Since it's hot out, I opted for something light and went with the Mango Magic. She asked if I wanted it hot or cold and I said, "cold". While it was an extremely hard decision, I opted not to get any sweets and stick with the drinks only. While my drink was being made, I had a chance to walk around and I really liked what I saw. It's a chill vibe, and not stuffy how'd you expect most coffee shops to be. I got my drink to go and was on my way. The first sip wasn't as sweet as I had hoped but was still refreshing, nonetheless. Overall, I see this place being here for a long time, and I know I'll def. visit when I'm in the area!

Luckily, the suggestions were divine, and my trust is still intact ‍ They did ask me what I prefer coffee-wise, and I ended up going with my usual at any café (a vanilla latte). The barista recommended their house-made vanilla syrup and suggested coconut milk with it, so I decided to trust the process. I'm gonna be honest, y'all......I thought I didn't like coconut, but my god. This latte was DELICIOUS! 10/10 I also got a cheese and chive croissant, which was yummy, but I'm definitely going to try some other things here too. I do wish it had been warmed up. The place is clean and inviting. There are a lot of tables to sit at, but there's a 90-minute limit, so I assume they get busy. Can't wait to be back soon

He immediately asked if Kylie would like a pup cup which she happily accepted. The staff here was outstanding. 5/5 stars for customer service. I had misplaced my credit card and they reminded me I could do tap to pay from my IPhone. Problem solved. On this visit, I only ordered a cold brew coffee and it was a smooth, mellow blend. It was perfect. They made it exactly the way I ordered it. There is street parking out front and in the surrounding area. This is the perfect coffee shop to gather with friends, read a book alone, or to savor a rainy or cold day.

Coffeestamp serves amazing breakfast empanadas, made even better by their delicious salsa. I usually order online and pick up, which is super convenient. This morning, they were out of iced coffee, so I opted for their latte with rosemary and rose, and it was pretty good. Finding the pick-up area was a bit tricky--I had to ask for help. With the line out the door, I'm glad I chose mobile ordering to avoid the wait. Overall, Coffeestamp is a great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast! read more
