I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!! I felt realllyyy good knowing that my family and I, especially our grandsons were riding in safe vehicle out-of-town!! It really put my husband and my mind at ease!! Recently I took my car to TT and I received a call from Billy at TT and was told that May car needed to have the Master Cylinder replaced and the cost was $1000.00. That sound a bit high so I checked the price from several parts stores and the part was much less than $200.00. Several mechanics said that it should take an experience technician around 1 to 2 hours and I do understand that there will be cost for break fluids but $1000.00 for this repair? I was told that I had to have an insurance claim number before I could pick up my personal belongings. I had highway patrol call them to get it straightened out. They can hold the car, but not my personal property. Burlington lot is like a prison yard. Keep your head on a swivel because this is a bad area of town (constantine wire and all). They wouldn't let us drive to my wrecked car to transfer my personal property. Had to make 5 trips walking from my wrecked car to my ride back and forth. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but we were hurt from the accident. This was very painful and difficult for me. Of course, I hope I won't need to be towed in the future, but I don't want Adams anywhere near me. Do not recommend ever.
