While they provided a printout of the manufacturer's oil pressure specifications and OBD results, they confirmed they do not have the mechanical gauging equipment required to perform the actual pressure test and tell me the exact PSI. I am now seeking a formal diagnostic elsewhere to verify engine safety. =============== Original Review ================== Total lack of professional accountability. Although I explicitly requested full synthetic oil, the shop used a synthetic blend instead. Within 24 hours, my red oil pressure light began flickering. When I returned, the owner (the guy in the front desk) refused a standard mechanical pressure test to rule out engine damage and became hostile when I asked for a written record. The owner told me, "You can stand there and be mad if you want, I won't do anything unless you are willing to pay for a full diagnosis" and--most dangerously--claimed, "you can continue drive if you have that oil light on." That is catastrophic advice that would lead to total engine failure. They are happy to take your money but refuse to stand behind their work or verify basic safety. Proceed with extreme caution.

I cannot say enough…read more Count in from lunch I realized there was a chunk of metal in a tire, so I took my car by as they were shutting down. They checked it out, and ordered me a new tire even though they had technically closed. Then I left, and realized I had a spare, so I swung back by and even farther after closing time they started changing my tire for me without any hesitation. We ended up removing the chunk of metal, and I didn't need a new tire, but they were so sweet to do all that for me, and didn't charge me a cent. Next time I have a car issue I will definitely be bringing it to them. Their customer service is amazing.

No change in car condition. Very frustrating. They said it "might" be the catalytic converter. For another almost $300, they would change it...couldnt say if that would fix it though. Later I called a mechanic at another shop, and over the phone he said sounds like a bad coil pack. It was. A $40 part fixed it. Of course, add the $300+ I spent for a wasted morning, and superfluous part swapping at this auto repair shop I suggest you do not patronize!

She tried telling me the window tint thats been on the car since I purchased it brand new off the lot in 2020 was illegal. I tried telling her there must be a mistake, since I have passed inspections every year at different locations. Her response was they illegally passed my car and I needed to remove the tint. Instead of wasting my time arguing with this lady I immediately drove down the road to Flow Honda and my vehicle passed literally an hour later. I have already filed a complaint with the state and will be disputing the charge to my card.
