I don't know if she was okay, but I broke my knee and sprained my ankle just stepping down onto a poorly inflated mat. I immediately hit hard floor through the mat. On my way out to head to urgent care, the gal at the front desk was on her phone and missed the fact that a 2 year old ran out the front door by himself while his mom was getting her other kid. Luckily there were no cars driving past and he didn't leave the parking lot before I limped to the door and brought him back inside to his mom. I will never be coming back to this location.
