I parked on the street , the parking was full, came inside to check it out and was very impressed. The laundry mat is super clean , the price is reasonable , the washers don't smell , they have a variety of washer machines and dryers. The dryer cost $0.25 for 8 minutes. They have 50 and 30 lb dryers. The also have 60, 40, 30, 20 lbs washers and the regular small load washer. Prices for the washers range from $2.25 to $6.50 . The restroom is very clean and free. I didn't see any homeless or drug users. They have benches to sit outside and inside. It's very fresh inside the laundry mat and either the owners or the worker is constantly going around to sweep and mop. They are open 24 hrs. The daughter of the owner answered my questions , welcomed me for being a first time guest and even gave me free water. I told her that for me, the washers not smelling and being free of mold and lint is a big deal. I don't want my clean clothes smelling . She expressed that the family takes pride in keeping up with the property and making sure the prices are reasonable to keep their regulars happy . That speaks highly of the family. (up $1.00) $6.50 - - Qty.: 4 (60 lbs.) (up $1.00) $9.00- $9.50 - - Qty.: 1 (80 lbs.) (up $1.75-$200) DRYERS 25 cents per 10 minutes This was the same as the price I encountered in 2022. I am not sure if the ten minute timer setting has remained the same or not because my drapes stated not to dry them... a.k.a. I didn't use the dryers. DRYER SIZE: 2 loads - - Qty.: 42 NON-FUNCTIONING: None of the 20 lbs washers (5) were functional. 1 of the 60 lbs washers was out of order (motor bearing) MISSING IN ACTION: I noticed that the charging station was no longer where it used to be, so maybe that is completely gone.
