And the Cabernet is lovely. The escargot is glorious, it is served with a little toasty roll that you use to dip up that glorious garlic sauce in the serving dish. I had the dover sole, which was straight in from, you guessed it, Dover! ;' ) I had it with fresh broccolini and parmesan risotto. G had sea bass with lobster risotto. Both dishes were cooked beautifully, the fish is flaky and light and the risotto were perfect. Our server Cody, who is absolutely wonderful by the way, tried to tempt us with desserts (one of which was a caramel hot lava cake!) but we were so full from dinner that we had to decline.
