I called the insurance company and informed them that Chuck with All American Roofing stated we did not need to replace the roof. The insurance company guy said that in all his years, he had never had a contractor say that a roof did not need to be replaced after an inspector had deemed it necessary. The claim was canceled, and money was saved for both us and the insurance company because of Chuck's honesty. We will keep his contact information and refer him to others in the future.

SOOO happy Cristian responded to our review in the manner that he did -- perfectly shows who he and his company is, what they stand for, and what awaits you as a homeowner. 1) Admits that one of HIS EMPLOYEES DID make those promises to us. This is the only reason we decided to move forward with the job -- "nothing will scratch this product". Particularly our dogs and entry foot traffic. If we would've been told that there was ANY risk of scratches, we would've never moved forward and co toned looking for other treatments. We were deceived. 2) "Employee is no longer with us" Just because you fired someone one later, doesn't mean that the promises (lies), and work (mess) they did while representing your company magically go away. It was your employee, working under your name, take accountability, that's business. 3) "Sorry we couldn't keep your dog from scratching your floor" Again, dodging accountability and flipping the blame back to the homeowner. Outrageous statement to make after having admitted that his employee did make promises of "nothing will scratch this product", and us having specifically asked about - dogs, shoes, rocks, and dragging furniture. But what he will tell you now is, "you should've known". As if the homeowner is expected to be the expert. Extremely childish. 4) Despite whatever he may say now, IN WRITING, he agreed to pay back 50% of the job ($2500) over 10 months. And after 5 months, only $200 has been paid. He will dodge every call, every text, and when you do finally reach him, he will LIE and say "oh yes, I'll send it right now" , and then have you start the monthly chase cycle again. He made this agreement himself. Not a former employee. So what's the excuse now? Yet another example of Cristian and his company failing in their promises and commitments.

From planning, to materials selection, to excavating, building and leveling the paver foundation, each step was carried out with professionalism and attention to detail. The paver placement was "icing on the cake", artistically rendered, with a stabilizing polymer and future sealant to secure and protect thedurable surface. Javier is very easy to work with, and makes a point of keeping the homeowner informed on each step of the work to be done. His work crew was dedicated, efficient and entirely dependable. They respected my property. And I had fun keeping up with their progress. I am posting "in progress" pictures for now. NOTE: Most importantly, these pavers sit on a foundation that was meticulously excavated, filled and graded with several layers of stabilizing materials. And while it is graded for drainage, the entire surface feels like one, solid, level surface. In my yard, and for my purposes, I preferred it to concrete, but needs may vary. Post-project pictures will follow shortly - just as soon as we get the sealant down, and the grass turns a bit more green and growing after our Arctic winter days!

He even referred us to another company to do the irrigation system and drainage work that we needed; so he sticks with what he's good at and knows when to bring another guy in. He and the other company worked seamlessly together in coordinating the work. Ricardo was excellent at making suggestions and allowing me to make some changes as the work progressed. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and can't wait to enjoy our new patio!

I had 4 roof repair companies come out to give me an estimate. It turned out, I had a leak around one pipe jack. Most gave me the option to seal around or replace the whole pipe jack and seal. The prices varied, but a coupe wanted to charge me double the others for pipe jack replacement. Finally, I got one last quote from José at Legendary Roofing. He gave me such a detailed explanation of the repair and my options. He charged me the same as the lower end quotes I received for the pipe jack replacement, but he also replaced all the pipe jacks on my house and did roof maintenance for that price. He also noticed some broken shingles from a tree rubbing against my house and replaced that too, all for a great price. I felt like he cared and took his time. And he showed me detailed pictures of everything done. Now, in 2020, he was the only one I called when I had a leak in a new area. He provided great detail, showed pictures of what was happening and showed me in my attic as well where a potential new leak could happen. He even gave me the option to seal the problem children for free versus replacing the plywood and shingles. I went with his recommendation to replace the plywood and shingles, and he also included some vents to my attic/roof for the cost. The repair was complete two days later.

I live in the Minneapolis, MN area and told them I had already had my roof done and that I was not interested in it. The salesperson persisted and would not listen to me. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.
