Instead of just apologizing and saying sorry about that you keep it cause we have to throw it out. Takes it out of my hand and places it in the holder then attempts to make me the correct cone. As I walked out I've never felt so confused. 4 people watched the guy ring me up and a guy improperly prepare my ice cream. A reminder to not visit on a Thursday because the staff seems to be the least helpful.
