What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient. Nothing felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is cute and quaint. Perfect for a quick stop or a casual treat. Overall, Paris Baguette delivered.
